I started going here when I was 17 a 8 months before I was s18 after a long time of no counciling. They still were able to be patient with me the receptionist are very nice ladies and the councilors are very dedicated and kind people

All personnel working here have always been supportive. Have never seen the receptionist be anything but friendly, courteous, and helpful to everyone who comes in.

With Jesus moving through me doing my devotional groups in the morning and recovery groups in the afternoon being serious about the program and my recovery 12-way is awesome and God moving through the process I'm very thankful thank you to the staff at 12 way all the volunteers and my brothers is there I have now rebuilt my life through the blood of Christ.

I called out at Twelve Way Foundation and talked to Bryan Butts about valenteering at the shelter the man was totally straight with me about working at the shelter i liked his honesty very much he had a great additude he has already has me liking the place i hope i can help those people in a big way.

There is no place on Earth like 12 Way. This place saved my life and I will forever be grateful for it and for the staff. I highly recommend it to anyone who has an addiction and would like a change for the best. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

A blessing to the communities of east texas.

Three months ago, my dad was very sick and was ordered to go the nearest hospital and so I drove him . We were immediately checked in and the Doctor immediately went to work on him. They explained everything that was going on and treated him well. He was admitted to icu, where he spent the next five days. Dr. Miller ( who I can’t say enough good things about ) was awesome from beginning to end. Unfortunately after three months passes, my dad is having issues, because of the care he received we took him back to this hospital. Again, they had him checked in, the nursing staff treated him with great care. The Doctor on duty was not what I had experienced at the previous visit so I can’t say I was happy with her. She only came in the room once and stuck her head in once. She didn’t explain anything to us. Never knew what was happening. Later he was admitted which would be around 4 am the next morning. Dr. Miller was with my dad by 6 am. The nurses took very good care of dad. He loves Ms. Dorsey. From that 4 am admit until today when we left, every single person we came in contact with was educated, I caring and super friendly. I am happy that our hospital is making some good changes. I pray that it continues to strive. We need this place in our town. Thank you Dr. Miller and staff for helping my dad live a little longer, thank you for caring about not just him but his children too. Keep up the good work.

The nurses and staff here treat my elderly mom with such care and compassion. They are always on top of prescription refills, paperwork and anything she needs. I appreciate so much how they are so sweet to her during visits and how they treat her like family. It helps so much knowing they are a part of her health care team. Thank you Dr. Vera and staff/Valerie!!

My first time seeing Dr. Vera and I was very impressed. He listened attentively. He was very thorough with my medications and I was able to stop taking a couple of them. He was very full of important information that benefits my health. Thank you Dr. Vera!

Me and my mom came here every morning at 4-5:30 am she would be close to the front of the line her name was DEL LANGHELD SHE started around year 2000 or 2001 until she passed away in 2015 this clinic was amazing to he if sick they would dose at car if she couldn't come in or something we were there for a long time i hope they continue to do great work even though i live in Denver now and go to Denver methadone clinic my self i still miss coming there every morning

I arrived at the mission on November 30, 2018 broken and lost, an addict with no sense of direction and 17 years of self medicating. I joined the one year program then graduated to the internship program for another year. Once I completed my internship I became a staff member which lead to another four years. What the mission gave I could never repay. I found christ and letting him into my life as been the best and most rewarding experience. I now have a relationship with christ and first put God first in every decision I make. Now God is restoring family back into my life, Thanks to all the donor that makes it possible to help people in need. I will always be so grateful for what the mission has done for me . The mission has gave me HOPE again Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you , says the Lord . They are plans for good and not disaster , to give you a future and a hope... The mission will always hold dear to my heart . The mission and letting God into my life as given me life again And thanks to all the stuff that help in the process of 6 years of being at the mission Love all of yall .

Palmetto’s counselors are great, the community is the best part as well. I really think this place can help those who really are trying to seek out a sober life.

Could not have asked for a better place and people when I was 17. The counselors genuinely care about the kids and I wasn’t at the time but am now glad I had the opportunity to go here and learn the tools I needed. Thank you guys!
