I have been to several different treatment centers yet never a place like this!❤️👍❤️ The clinical team was outstanding and the recovery advocates were amazingly loving and caring... I was treated with total respect and the place was beautiful... The food is amazing 🤩 The bedrooms are very nice the facility is soooo clean ..... The classes for recovery are great 👍 Like I said the staff pays 120 % attention to you.. What more could you ask for then to recover on a gorgeous island. South Padre is beautiful. I've been sober 105 days and gained the tools I needed to live a life in recovery.. I would totally refer anyone to this place. Trust me it's perfect to recover from such a nightmare of any substance abuse you may be suffering.. they'll teach you everything you need to get well and stay well 🙂🤗

Do NOT recommend this place to anyone, my sister was in there and she was “ grounded “ to not being able to have visitors because she wasn’t behaving which was odd. There was another day of visiting time and the nurses kept making excuses for us not to be able to see my sister as if they were hiding something but we insisted on them letting us see her because it was already gonna be 2 days of visiting days without us seeing her and they only let us see her for about 5-10 minutes because apparently she was feeling sick and they didn’t want her to get us sick, turns out my sister ended up showing us she had bruises from when she had gotten in a fight there and the nurses also failed to inform us about this incident and the bruises. So where were these nurses , they clearly show that they don’t pay attention to their patients if this kind of stuff is happening in there. After my sister being aggravated by the other patient she was also not seen by a medical doctor to check if she was okay after being hit in the head by the little girl and my sister kept complaining her head and body were hurting from where she received hits. After my mom saw these kinds of things were happening she decided to take my sister out of that place and even then they were giving her a hard time and excuses that the doctor had to “ authorize “ for her to leave which was dumb because the doctor never showed his face and so did the so called “ supervisor nurse “ after a while of her not figuring out anything for us she stopped showing her face. It wasn’t until a cop came to help us get my sister out of there, he even said himself “ if i were you i would take her out of here too “ which says a lot about this place for a cop to say that himself. I would not recommend for anyone to take their loved ones there. The front staff as well as doctors and nurses are very unprofessional and rude. They fail to report anything to you. If anything kids come out worse from this place.
