I have been to several different treatment centers yet never a place like this!❤️👍❤️ The clinical team was outstanding and the recovery advocates were amazingly loving and caring... I was treated with total respect and the place was beautiful... The food is amazing 🤩 The bedrooms are very nice the facility is soooo clean ..... The classes for recovery are great 👍 Like I said the staff pays 120 % attention to you.. What more could you ask for then to recover on a gorgeous island. South Padre is beautiful. I've been sober 105 days and gained the tools I needed to live a life in recovery.. I would totally refer anyone to this place. Trust me it's perfect to recover from such a nightmare of any substance abuse you may be suffering.. they'll teach you everything you need to get well and stay well 🙂🤗

I was in the Hannah House from February 8th until March 10th. Everyone there is awesome. They literally care about everyone that is in there. Not going to lie the first couple weeks were rough but I survived thanks to the loving staff there. I learned routines and have kept up with them at home. I went in a very broken person addicted to Xanix and alcoholic with depression, grief and anxiety. I feel great no cravings whatsoever and I have been clean and sober for 62 days today! I was able to work through my depression, anxiety and grief also!! Thanks to this wonderful place where I will always call home.

Good tax money for a good cause! 👋🏼 In all honesty, what matters is the number of councelors that take you seriously. There is no need to be rude. They’re there to assist you. Wether you take the help, or not, it is not their problem. As the saying goes, “You can lead a horse to water, but that doesn’t mean it will drink it.” You can request to change your counselor if you genuenly feel invalidated. 💛 Thank you! 🙏🏼 The community will need SCAN more than ever this year! 🇺🇸😊

I’m writing this with a heavy heart and deep frustration. My experience with this adolescent treatment facility was heartbreaking—not because the entire team failed, but because the people who were supposed to be leading and protecting the children dropped the ball in the worst possible way. The floor staff—and counselors those who worked directly with the kids—were the only saving grace. They showed care, patience, and compassion in an environment that desperately needed it. They tried their best, but unfortunately, their efforts were constantly undone by poor and inconsistent management. What was most damaging was how management allowed one parent to take control of decisions and situations that absolutely should have been handled by trained staff. This was a treatment facility, not a private visitation center, and yet management failed to establish boundaries. Instead of providing neutral, therapeutic support, they handed over influence and authority to a parent whose involvement only escalated existing issues. Rules seemed to change depending on who was asking the questions. There was no consistency, no structure, and no consideration of how this instability was affecting the adolescent—who was already there because of emotional and psychological struggles. The lack of clear leadership and the constant contradictions caused more harm than healing. It created conflict, confusion, and deepened wounds that were supposed to be addressed in treatment. This was supposed to be a place of help and hope, but instead it became another source of chaos for a child already struggling. Unless management steps up, takes accountability, and puts the child’s well-being first—over politics, convenience, or favoritism—I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility

I just want to share ,that when my granddaughter alicia osterhoudt went to this place she loved it there because everyone was so loveable and friendly, i got to meet mr henry on the phone when I explained to him my Situation about my granddaughter, how she was abusing drugs, he knew all about it. It gave me a little testimony praise God. He helped me get my granddaughter in the was so understandable. Very nice to this day. I still remember Mr. Henry. It's Li can hear his vowhen, he says. All Alicia, this girl. She's gonna get it right., well today is june 17.2025 I just want everybody to know this place has change alicia in so many way , I do recommend this place I give it a 5 star because I got to meet alot of the works and how they love and take care of the people that come in , thank yall so much for caring for my granddaughter, she always wants to call andera lol , love you guys take care god bless yall ,yolanda torres
