Good quality VA services. The only problem is with prosthetics, I have been waiting for my back brace for over 3 months! Every month, I check/follow up, and they tell me it's still on order!

The clinical team was outstanding and the recovery advocates were amazingly loving and caring... I was treated with total respect and the place was beautiful... The food is amazing 🤩

I was in the Hannah House from February 8th until March 10th. Everyone there is awesome. They literally care about everyone that is in there. Not going to lie the first couple weeks were rough but I survived thanks to the loving staff there. I learned routines and have kept up with them at home. I went in a very broken person addicted to Xanix and alcoholic with depression, grief and anxiety. I feel great no cravings whatsoever and I have been clean and sober for 62 days today! I was able to work through my depression, anxiety and grief also!! Thanks to this wonderful place where I will always call home.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is so good here. Katy the therapist is very good at what she does and is so sweet and understanding. She’s super knowledgeable and actually cares about everyone. Can’t say enough good things about her! Breakfast and lunch provided and medication management with Dr Agapito (who is the best psych I ever seen). Highly recommend the IOP program as a way to cope and develop skills to help mental health issues.

My experience at my first hospital like this goes to show why people work at where they work. The techs were really patient but it also meant that they were very distracted among other things and the doctor rarely even sees you unless your case turns into an investigation. They prescribe you meds as soon as possible so its probably best if you know what they give my experience was overall alright on the basis but i feel they could do better than just doing things by the protocol or book. Anyways they make you feel at home and welcomed so i personally recommend this place as your first option.

In all honesty, what matters is the number of councelors that take you seriously. There is no need to be rude. They’re there to assist you. Wether you take the help, or not, it is not their problem. As the saying goes,
“You can lead a horse to water, but that doesn’t mean it will drink it.”

The specialty clinic is clean, and as of this post, wait times for scheduled appointments are very minimal.
Great staff and veteran service.
As far as the windows where the clerks are, I feel the computers should not block the view between clerk and veteran (very rude).
Also, when at the clerks windows, there should be a "pull ticket paper number" and a diisplay showing what window the veteran should proceed to.
The ckerks fo a great job assisting veterans.
As a veteran and Google reviewer, I highly recommend the South Enterprize VA clinic.

I have not yet been to the new clinic so i can not evaluate that at this time. However, this review is based on NP Laurie Collis alone. She is indeed the very best. Most VA providers should take a page from her book!! I have been in the VA system for over two decades and she is the best provider I have ever had at the VA.

I just want to share ,that when my granddaughter alicia osterhoudt went to this place she loved it there because everyone was so loveable and friendly, i got to meet mr henry on the phone when I explained to him my Situation about my granddaughter, how she was abusing drugs, he knew all about it. It gave me a little testimony praise God. He helped me get my granddaughter in the was so understandable. Very nice to this day.

Ok so I have to say that I was at first skeptical of the services that are being offered here, and I put alot of value on my peace of mind over most everything else. Well there is no other place that can offer you ample amount of time for sleep and relaxation. I can literally lose out on sleep at my house, come to class, and take a load off and go right to sleep like nobodies business, this program works if your looking for a creative way to get a few extra hours of restful sleep say if you have a partner who snores and keeps you up 💁🏻♂️ They sometimes have punch and donuts which at first come off sort of Jonestown'ish but no complaints I mean I'm still here unfortunately. The ladies are extremely nice at least to me..I would have given it a 5 star review but they don't have any fitness center available for us, no weight systems and we can't control the TV ever. We never get to talk about the significance of the teachings of Jesus Christ ever but I think would be of great importance if we did thats just my personal opinion. ..

I've been to over a dozen different treatment facilities in my lifetime. They all had similar approaches. Treatment associates has an unorthodox style that only a small sliver of the population would actually benefit from. If you don't benefit from treatment there, then YOU are the problem, not the drugs or alcohol.
