I'd give them zero stars if I could.I blame Tropical for my dyskinesia, a neurological condition that involves involuntary body movements, because they sent me to the Rio Grande State Center, which turned out to be a stressful environment that I never needed to be in... So I blame the RGSC too, but Tropical feels so generic and predatory.From the beginning, they didn't actually listen to my concerns, which were that I've believed myself to be on the Autism spectrum for several years with probably ADHD... Which apparently they don't even do assessments for Autism, so that would've been nice of them to disclose that to me, rather than just glossing over my concerns.Instead, they took portions of what I said regarding eating and sleeping, which I have no issue with, also took what I said about my spiritual experiences and labeled them as "hallucinations"... basically just twisted my words around to jot them down as potential disorders, then sent me to RGSC without informing me first. They purposely don't disclose certain information, so that you won't refuse "treatment". All I wanted was a therapist and I got a disability. :) Thanks, Tropical!I will be looking for an attorney to file a lawsuit against this place for predatory, dishonest practices, which led to my newly acquired disability.

Hey, what a wonderful experience. Everybody was really nice and attended to us.

This place did give me the help that I needed, but the staff would be loud at night and the room was always hot. We would tell our techs but they wouldn’t really listen. But then the charge nurse (Samara) actually did something about it so that was good. I’m glad I went here to get help, I’ve heard that other hospitals have super bad conditions but it was pretty nice here

I recommend this place 100% to those who need help and are searching for a facility that will take care of you and your loved ones who are in need. Trust the process, they offer the best care if you truly want to get better and feel better. I've been in services with Tropical since 2005. I have been on and off their services and they have helped me a lot. They've helped me with an apartment, furniture, and everything I needed to settle into my apartment. I've never had a negative experience with them

Had a triage assessment for psychological services and spoke to a lady named Brenda. She was fantastic. She was patient, understanding, and overall greatly soothed my anxiety about the whole process of getting treatment.

It's much better than it was, unless it's not working out at this time. Then it's not what it should be. Answers elude many in the same situations.

Friendly and professional dental clinic

The specialty clinic is clean, and as of this post, wait times for scheduled appointments are very minimal. Great staff and veteran service. As far as the windows where the clerks are, I feel the computers should not block the view between clerk and veteran (very rude). Also, when at the clerks windows, there should be a "pull ticket paper number" and a diisplay showing what window the veteran should proceed to. The ckerks fo a great job assisting veterans. As a veteran and Google reviewer, I highly recommend the South Enterprize VA clinic.

Great staff.

Called to get some information, lady answered the phone, didn’t even give me a minute of time, said she would send me a phone number and didn’t even ask for my number before she hung up on me. Still haven’t received a number, if this is how you treat people who are struggling then get a different job.

One star is too much for this place. They says they have open 24hr and weekends are closed. The questions are made to the patient is “do you feel like taking your own life” like seriously a person with a mental health condition is not going to tell you yes! I am very disappointed the way they treat patients

I don’t really know what was going on before, but I know what I see Now and seems to be pretty cool to me. Can’t be any worse than any other place , they actually seem to give a shit here and are a lot more caring. Is it because they actually, do there job ? is that what makes them so terrible?

This treatment center is comforting as well as helpful. The new staff members especially Amber has raised the bar. I predict good changes this upcoming years. Thank you for your support!

The improvements at this facility are AMAZING!! The staff & counselors are committed to helping the residents & the information they teach help residents learn how to improve their lives & make positive changes. I am so glad that TA is available!
