This place saves lives and not just because of the medicated assisted treatment program they offer. I don't know where I would be if it weren't for the kind staff member that answered the phone that day, I was in the middle of detoxing and was desperate, If you know you know! Yolanda answered she gave me strength to stay clean and courage to wait until I could do my orientation. She was caring, understanding, companionate and most importantly she treated me with dignity, which is not always the case when on medication for addiction. Since I've been attending the program I've gotten to know all staff and they are ALL just as amazing as Yolanda! If your looking for a MAT program I definitely recommend, however call ahead and get all details on how to sign up I know they do orientation on certain days and time. WE DO RECOVER! One day at a Time!!

Mrs. Escobar is AMAZING. When I first reached out for help I was very very sick. She explained that the doctor is only in on Tuesdays and I was calling on a Wednesday. She said she'd reach back out to check on me but I didn't really think she would. Monday came around and she actually called. I came in and am now doing better then ever. The staff is amazing and I'm greatful for all their help.

Good quality VA services. The only problem is with prosthetics, I have been waiting for my back brace for over 3 months! Every month, I check/follow up, and they tell me it's still on order!

The clinical team was outstanding and the recovery advocates were amazingly loving and caring... I was treated with total respect and the place was beautiful... The food is amazing 🤩

I was in the Hannah House from February 8th until March 10th. Everyone there is awesome. They literally care about everyone that is in there. Not going to lie the first couple weeks were rough but I survived thanks to the loving staff there. I learned routines and have kept up with them at home. I went in a very broken person addicted to Xanix and alcoholic with depression, grief and anxiety. I feel great no cravings whatsoever and I have been clean and sober for 62 days today! I was able to work through my depression, anxiety and grief also!! Thanks to this wonderful place where I will always call home.

I received treatment from Hannah's house twice, and was amazed by how powerful sobriety can feel. The staff put in an immense amount of work into teaching the language of AA and sobriety, as many are recovered addicts and alcoholics as well. I am eternally grateful to have been able to experience this journey with many other woman who walked along with me.

Do not go to this if you want to get better . Very unprofessional.
They overdose me on a withdrawal medication, which I ended up in the hospital.Waking up 2 days later.They had not called my mom to inform her this. On the 3rd day it took me cell phone. I'm promised that I had a bed.. The next day I was told that I was no longer their patient and the decision did not have a bed. The only people that.

Wow, I'm speechless!!
Some of these statements and comments are disturbing and they bring doubts into my mind!
But I have to say quite the opposite! The day I called I was in a crisis and TTBH -Weslaco, kicked it into hi gear and I was given an appointment for intake and placement of services right the next day! And yes I even got a call back at 20:20 pm that same evening the operative asked and wanted to know how I felt and if I needed any help or if I was still presently in crisis! Then the next morning again I got a phone call at 0830 am, from another operative wanting to know if I was okay? Her call I missed because I didn't pick up, I thought it was a misc. call!
But I made it to my appointment and I got the Red Carpet Treatment!! DR m when I walked into the building till when I left at 17:15 pm, I felt like they cared and I was their #1 priority!! They even had transportation for me from one of the supervisors who does that for a complete strangers!? I'll tell you who, Texas Tropical Behavioral Health -Weslaco!
So, Idk and I'm not speaking for anyone else but myself! I'm going to give TTBH -WESLACO, a chance and I'm going to stick with them and my LOC plan! And if there is something I don't like I'm sure we can talk about it like civilized individuals!!

My experience at my first hospital like this goes to show why people work at where they work. The techs were really patient but it also meant that they were very distracted among other things and the doctor rarely even sees you unless your case turns into an investigation. They prescribe you meds as soon as possible so its probably best if you know what they give my experience was overall alright on the basis but i feel they could do better than just doing things by the protocol or book. Anyways they make you feel at home and welcomed so i personally recommend this place as your first option.

The one star is for the sweet nurse who took my vitals. She was very understanding and empathetic.
Everything else about this emergency is wrong. At this point they need to shut this ER down so people can go to Bay Area or Spohn because that’s where they’re going to send them anyways.
I went in for excruciating pain, a large cyst in a very sensitive area , the NP working took one look at me, didn’t give me testing, labs, nothing. She looked at it told me there was nothing there to drain. I told her I thought maybe I had a yeast infection from the medication as well her response “you’re young &healthy you shouldn’t be getting those”
NO SWAB, TESTING NOTHING. How unprofessional!!!!
Sent me home with a prescription for lidocaine for temporary relief?
Well guess what I drove myself to Bay Area and now I’m scheduled for day surgery for something she couldn’t see. The lack of empathy and professionalism. I had my mother with me and we left so confused like “did that just happen?”

I was there a few years back and it was a very good program enjoyed it and got alot from the programs offered. I am very thankful to them for the services that were offered and the hospitality. The specialty clinic is clean, and as of this post, wait times for scheduled appointments are very minimal.
Great staff and veteran service.
As far as the windows where the clerks are, I feel the computers should not block the view between clerk and veteran (very rude).
Also, when at the clerks windows, there should be a "pull ticket paper number" and a diisplay showing what window the veteran should proceed to.
The ckerks fo a great job assisting veterans.
As a veteran and Google reviewer, I highly recommend the South Enterprize VA clinic.

Like so many other people's reviews, I can honestly say that this place has saved me, and my guy. Heroin is the one drug that I couldn't stay away from. It has been almost 12 years since I got on the methadone, and although I hate being tied to it, it is the one thing that has stopped that craving that always took me right back. I am so thankful to the staff here. It was hard at first, living in Robstown without a vehicle, so we had to bus it there and back to make it to work on time. Hustling to make our weekly payments until we made our first paycheck. The counselor, Kat worked hard for us to get state funded, and we worked hard to get our weekly takeouts. I have been through alot of the counselors, and all have been very helpful and respectful, that includes the receptionists, nurses, everyone. As long as you show respect, you'll get respect. Try playing them like they haven't seen and heard it all before, and you are only going to end up hurting yourself. We are very lucky to have this clinic. Because it has state funding we all try to do our best and follow the few rules. It is the only one that has funding and many on a fixed income or out of a job would suffer

Never go to this place.. this place stressed me out with this type of woman named “Kimberly” it made me more anxious and it did not help my mental health.
They told me that I had bpd when I don’t know what I really have.
This place is a mess! I’m glad they no longer have me as a patient...
