This place saves lives and not just because of the medicated assisted treatment program they offer. I don't know where I would be if it weren't for the kind staff member that answered the phone that day, I was in the middle of detoxing and was desperate, If you know you know! Yolanda answered she gave me strength to stay clean and courage to wait until I could do my orientation. She was caring, understanding, companionate and most importantly she treated me with dignity, which is not always the case when on medication for addiction. Since I've been attending the program I've gotten to know all staff and they are ALL just as amazing as Yolanda! If your looking for a MAT program I definitely recommend, however call ahead and get all details on how to sign up I know they do orientation on certain days and time. WE DO RECOVER! One day at a Time!!

Mrs. Escobar is AMAZING. When I first reached out for help I was very very sick. She explained that the doctor is only in on Tuesdays and I was calling on a Wednesday. She said she'd reach back out to check on me but I didn't really think she would. Monday came around and she actually called. I came in and am now doing better then ever. The staff is amazing and I'm greatful for all their help.

I was in the Hannah House from February 8th until March 10th. Everyone there is awesome. They literally care about everyone that is in there. Not going to lie the first couple weeks were rough but I survived thanks to the loving staff there. I learned routines and have kept up with them at home. I went in a very broken person addicted to Xanix and alcoholic with depression, grief and anxiety. I feel great no cravings whatsoever and I have been clean and sober for 62 days today! I was able to work through my depression, anxiety and grief also!! Thanks to this wonderful place where I will always call home.

I have battled with addiction to opiates since 2004, but since I became a client at El Dorado in June of 2015, I have been able to completely change my life. My counselor Gabe is very helpful, as is the supervisor, the receptionist, and the nurses. I received treatment from Hannah's house twice, and was amazed by how powerful sobriety can feel. The staff put in an immense amount of work into teaching the language of AA and sobriety, as many are recovered addicts and alcoholics as well. I am eternally grateful to have been able to experience this journey with many other woman who walked along with me.

They overdose me on a withdrawal medication, which I ended up in the hospital.Waking up 2 days later.They had not called my mom to inform her this. On the 3rd day it took me cell phone. I'm promised that I had a bed.. The next day I was told that I was no longer their patient and the decision did not have a bed. The only people that.

I'd give them zero stars if I could.I blame Tropical for my dyskinesia, a neurological condition that involves involuntary body movements, because they sent me to the Rio Grande State Center, which turned out to be a stressful environment that I never needed to be in... So I blame the RGSC too, but Tropical feels so generic and predatory.From the beginning, they didn't actually listen to my concerns, which were that I've believed myself to be on the Autism spectrum for several years with probably ADHD... Which apparently they don't even do assessments for Autism, so that would've been nice of them to disclose that to me, rather than just glossing over my concerns.Instead, they took portions of what I said regarding eating and sleeping, which I have no issue with, also took what I said about my spiritual experiences and labeled them as "hallucinations"... basically just twisted my words around to jot them down as potential disorders, then sent me to RGSC without informing me first. They purposely don't disclose certain information, so that you won't refuse "treatment". All I wanted was a therapist and I got a disability. :) Thanks, Tropical!I will be looking for an attorney to file a lawsuit against this place for predatory, dishonest practices, which led to my newly acquired disability.

i am a parent of a patient that went to Origins and he was released on October 10th 2025. I was contacted by the accountant and was told my sons insurance covered everything except $1,900 at this point i asked to make $100 dollar payments and was told no by Stephanie Ballesteros accountant for Origins, and on November 24, 2025 she took $2,026.00 clearing out my checking account and savings account, leaving my bank overdrawn $790.00 so close to the holidays and do not think this is a good way to treat the parent of a struggling addict. This tells me they are only in this for the money. I was left with zero money in my bank account and do not appreciate this at all. I have nothing to say about the treatment this is only the accounting department. i would like to put zero stars when it comes to this person again Stephanie Ballesteros in accounting.

My experience at my first hospital like this goes to show why people work at where they work. The techs were really patient but it also meant that they were very distracted among other things and the doctor rarely even sees you unless your case turns into an investigation. They prescribe you meds as soon as possible so its probably best if you know what they give my experience was overall alright on the basis but i feel they could do better than just doing things by the protocol or book. Anyways they make you feel at home and welcomed so i personally recommend this place as your first option.

The specialty clinic is clean, and as of this post, wait times for scheduled appointments are very minimal.
Great staff and veteran service.
As far as the windows where the clerks are, I feel the computers should not block the view between clerk and veteran (very rude).
Also, when at the clerks windows, there should be a "pull ticket paper number" and a diisplay showing what window the veteran should proceed to.
The ckerks fo a great job assisting veterans.
As a veteran and Google reviewer, I highly recommend the South Enterprize VA clinic.
