Overall I'm grateful to this place for the help that they've given me, cause I'll be real, they can only do so much and then it's up to me. The reason for four stars is because of the wait times, they are ridiculous, and the way I feel I'd that there had got to be a better system put into place so that people who are their to simply dose can do just that and get on with their lives..if there is someone doing anything other than that then there should be a line for other stuff. And the people who cheat and can't wait in line is becoming a huge problem. Honestly I feel like it should be a take a number system or something...alls I know I'd something needs to be done because there's been days I'd rather just take the AWOL and turn to leave once I see the line. If I had a job I would be very upset at the process because as it is it appears they don't seem to care that people have other things to do. Perhaps there should be a cap on the amount of patients maybe, the policy take everyone that comes obviously is causing more problems.

This place has changed my life! My counselor Carrie is the best!! She always makes time for me and really cares about my recovery and my life. The staff here have always been respectful and supportive. I have been in and out of treatment for many years and this is the only place that has helped me to achieve any kind of real clean time. I am so grateful we finally have a clinic in Longview/ Kelso! We've needed one here for such a long time! If your ready to change and do what it takes to get your life back on track, this is the place for you.

With all the reviews I was scared to go to this place but the doctors, nurses and staff were amazing. I've had a lot of bad experience with doctors, and the doctor listened to me and helped. I was at lakefront before this and some of their doctors are super disrespectful to the point where I left crying. This place deserves at least 4 stars. Not sure why this office is getting hate... they're really ontop of stuff for me and they seem like they care.

Since switching to the Kelso from the Longview one, I've had nothing but good experiences here. I've found the staff fantastic and quite professional. People do need to realize that it is the low budget provider. However, I've never felt that way towards this hard working office

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. We see Melissa & she is awesome! She really listens! Sometimes referrals take time, but she sends them right away, so i dont know why its so slow to go through (Possibly insurance). We've never been treated negatively by anyone there. Appointments are a couple months out, but if you call right at 8am for a same day appointment, they can usually get you in. You do have to wait on hold though as I do think they are usually short staffed. We will continue being patients with this clinic.

I have gone here more 4 years and it has changed my life. I had no where to go and lost everything and when I showed up they took me in and picked me up at my lowest in life. They go out of their way to help you and they have been a life saver for myself. I could never have got threw my issues and they changed my life for the good.

The staff was very kind and helpful. 24 hour nurses on staff is a must and very appreciated being someone that had problems sleeping from withdrawals. The classroom was engaging and helpful, the teachers did a great job explaining how to be successful at staying sober. I m almost 1.5 years clean and never have cravings but know what to do if I did. You can t pick who your in there with but it feels so good being around people that know what your goin thru and like to talk and get to know you. Wish I had more of those people when I was there but it is what it is, gotta stay positive and focus on getting better regardless. They have lots of games to play which was a blast and a great way to keep the time rolling. I would definitely go back there if I needed to, I feel a lot stronger and better off after getting treatment there.

Their clinic is great, however I see that their GPS needs to be updated. I tryed calling to talk to someone about canceling my appointment but they said they were closed. So I'LL have to call Tuesday instead. So idk maybe they r closed early because of covid 19 or maybe cuz they just decided to change their hours.But don't bother calling sat,sun,mon,they are closed. Well for one these guys and gals go wahhhay out of their in helping me. Even tonight if it werent for my Dr. Seth Mercurio and his being an impeccably great doctor for thos e on recovery i had no one else to go to and even after about 8 months ago gelling them i was to be taken in seriously ..well i was having a very hard time and they understood. Talked it over and helped me and still ..gone out of their way to make sure my ailement would not take me to the hospital,which is frankly embarrassing for me well he pulled out all chances of that and put me first me and my boys and saved the day. Gunna go big here with the FIVER. 5 stars babyyy!! Why?The bottom line is that I am happy it's here and I'm thankful for the employees. Everyone has lives and deals with things, I can only imagine the people that come in. That said, I had an amazing experience here after not seeing a doctor for over 15 years. Not to mention their male flobotamist is an absolute master of the craft.They offer dental in the same building? Hell yes!Anyways I have now been to this office a handful of times and each time has been fast and wonderful.I'm seeing a lot of ONE stars of people complaining about rudeness etc....i think those people suffer from what I call "MY WORLD" Syndrome....where they don't take into consideration that employees are humans with emotions too.A lot of people think just because it's a clinic that said clinic has to do do do for them. Update: much better in 2023-2024! Loved my dentist and very much appreciate the sliding scale.I have paid for my services and ma still waiting to get my work done. They have cancelled twice and when I call to reschedule-make me wait until the first of the next month to attempt to schedule again- which has not been fruitful yet- 4 months later. Oy.

This place was very nice as far as I'm concerned. The facility is nice. The private rooms are nicely done with dark blue fuzzy soft blankets, you get two and you can drag them into the day room where there is group a few times a day. Facilitated by loving caring people. There are movies, Wii and games. There is no negativity in this place. None. The food is good and there are lots of good snacks with fruit and a fridge full of stuff to eat and drink.The nurses are wonderful. Whenever I was in my room crying they were so sweet and talked with me. They listened and remembered the things I was having a hard time with. Also very supportive with phone numbers of doctors and various programs and places to go. They were sincere and empathetic and just so nice. There was always a therapist on hand the few times I had sudden anxiety and PTSD flashbacks. I didn't have one negative encounter with any of the staff there. The place must have changed from the previous reviews I read. The prescriber was such a good listener. Very professional and very understanding. Very everything and never goofy or animated in a way that some prescribers and psychiatrists can be. My only other experience with being an inpatient is At Johns Peace Health. Columbia Wellness was so much better. I went in there already knowing that I was not going to get the meds that I really needed and they worked with me as much as I worked with them on finding acceptable alternatives. My accepting that I have to be proactive about my anxiety attacks was a huge help for all of us. I realized that I can't expect to be fixed by drugs or other people. I did get some okay alternative for anxiety and I'm working on techniques to help me gain self confidence and help lessen my fear of the symptoms of my condition.I would feel confident referring a loved one here. There is nothing that falls through the cracks and the nurses and therapists treat everyone as equals without prejudice or judgement. I was there for seven days and the only reason I wanted to leave was because I missed my phone and baby monkey videos. Lol... I will go back again if I get squirrelly. If you have mental issues and need a safe place to get it together then I hope you go here and have a helpful experience like I did.

Witnessing a loved one hit rock bottom is a scary and heartbreaking experience, especially when you hadn t realized they were struggling with addiction. Then having to suddenly research treatment facilities was a raw mix of emotions. Thankfully we found Tree House Recovery PDX to help guide our entire family through the treatment journey, starting with my brother who was struggling with alcoholism.Tree House Recovery PDX is a holistic addiction treatment program for men. When first visiting their site, I immediately noticed their empowering voice mixed with an emphasis on team-focused, complete recovery not to mention MMA, Yoga, and Writing Therapy. Tree House treats the mind, body, and spirit for sustainable recovery, by building strength through fitness, addiction education, writing, 1:1, group sessions, etc. The more we learned about their holistic approach, the more we were ready to contact an admissions counselor and ultimately my brother made the decision to enter the program.Privacy is of the utmost importance at Tree House Recovery PDX, so I don t want to disclose too much, but know that the entire team treats everyone with care, respect, and professionalism. Clinical Director Karen Willock's monthly family group sessions were particularly impactful, and Nevin Andrews was incredibly responsive and kind throughout my brother s 5-month treatment. Where to being. Treehouse is the very first place that comes to mind when I think about where I would send a loved one struggling. I went through PDX and it absolutely gave me a foundation to actually build a life. The program design, team, staff, culture allowed me to get to a place of healing that had eluded me for years. I ve been to 15-20 rehabs in my journey. Detoxes, inpatient , outpatient, Salvation Army, the million dollar mansions in SoCal, and every SUD/ PTSD program the VA has- but none of them got CLOSE to getting me to the place that treehouse has. I am truly grateful for life I live today and I owe a tremendous amount of thanks to Treehouse as a whole#PDX

I have been to allied coda and many other from California to Oregon and this place is the best mat treatment around. The people here are amazing from Wendy the main lady to Marise and Joy and all other o e of the consler that isn't even mine Trisa sent me an email forever changed my life my consler is Joy and she goes above and beyond for me and marise use to be my consler I can just tell u amazing his stories are great and Wendy without her there would be know New Seasons. I did intake here originally December 2020, but have courtesy dosed here before. It is by far the best clinic in the Pacific Northwest. Previously I attended several clinics in Seattle.It is important to understand that they are doing the best that they can with the number of people that they have. I have seen job postings for nurses on their website for years. It is not their fault nurses join and leave so abruptly or are hard to find and hire.Then you have the patient count that has steadily been increasing. Most stable patients qualify for take homes fairly fast, so don t expect to have to go daily for too long. There will be days the wait will be long. That s just life. People take vacations. Shit happens. Relax and get your dose.

This is my 3rd time in treatment. They say third time is a charm. They are right. Crestview recovery was an amazing experience. It was well organized and they knew what every individual needed to be successful on this journey of recovery. The staff was really nice and took care of all my needs. They were patient and gave me space when I needed it. They kept me busy and always learning something new everyday about myself and how addiction works. This treatment center has save me from death. I now strive to be my best self and show up even when I don’t want to. I’ve learned how to be patient with others because they were patient with me. This kinda of program will only work if you work it and I want to see change in yourself. Treatment gives you a new start to life no matter what awful things you did in the past. I highly recommend going to this treatment facility.

I attended the partial hospitalization and mental health outpatient program at Crestview, and it has helped me get my life and health back on track.
I felt welcomed and supported by the staff. The counselors were compassionate, knowledgeable and truly dedicated to providing individualized help that addressed my needs.
The program is structured similar to other PHP programs, providing a mix of group sessions and individualized therapy. The group sessions taught helpful skills, included some yoga, topic presentations, and allowed me to connect with others who were going through similar experiences. The individual and family sessions were where I felt Crestview really shined, providing individualized care that helped me get back on my feet, functioning and happy again.
I would highly recommend Crestview.
