Lincoln Nova is a great place for recovery! Excellent care with superior staffing that cares about the clients. The recreation therapist is the best in the business, and so is Ms. Andrea. You don't find many facilities like Lincoln Nova that allows each client to have their own room! WOW! I recommend Lincoln Nova if you're serious about recovery and superior care!💯💯

By far the best recovery center in La. With the wide variety of specialists in many different ways if you don't learn or find this place helpful you simply wasn't looking for help. St Christopher was a wonderful experience for me to get sober, learn about Alcoholics Anonymous, and learn about the disease and about myself. The staff from the front office down were fantastic, before, during, and after treatment. I would recommend this place to anyone

I have been a professional interventionist since 2010. I was introduced to this program in 2012. I have been referring there since then. My clients have always had a positive experience and the clinical and support staff are the most responsive and knowledgeable. They want what’s best for the client and the family and have long term options. They do very well young adult males and most recently I referred a 69 year old man first time treatment. It was a family member and he’s doing very well and committed to 90 days of treatment. I can’t thank the clinical staff and administrators enough for the program they have created. This is a great place to get a reset in life and the tools to do so. The facility is clean, and all of the staff are helpful. From intake to the numerous programs they offer after your stay, I recommend this place to get your life back on track.

Each night when I pray to my higher power, I thank God that I spent 35 days inpatient at Victory. For the longest time I was in denial and thought I could control my drinking. From the techs, nurses, counselors, admissions, and peers, I learned life-long lessons. If you allow it, this place will change your life. If you aren’t willing to accept change and open your heart and mind to the idea of sobriety, then don’t waste your time. Victory will work you hard and educate you about addiction and how sobriety is key to a better life. Through Victory I found inner peace. After completing my stay at Victory, the outreach and peer community have been awe-inspiring. Recovery isn’t over when you leave, it continues and the support is there. Victory and its peers have become my second family. I know that in my constant quest for sobriety, Victory will always be available to navigate me during difficult times. 😍

I am sober and incredibly happy thanks to Victory. The staff from techs to counselors to admissions and everyone in between are excellent. They are very nice, helpful and truly invested in your recovery. The facility is clean and comfortable. The peer support is second to none and become your family for life. Aftercare is amazing. I wouldn't recommend any other facility for residential treatment and recovery.

They really care about their patients and or clients and communicate with them on a level that people can relate to… They know exactly what kind of treatment that you need for whatever you may have been battling with! They also find the right case worker and have Drs on deck that are Great at what they do that will work with you directly to take care of your needs! The Nurses wow!! They are all very pretty and just as kind as they are beautiful! If you have something in life that’s holding you back from reaching your goals or just to be that better person you know you can be! The best treatment facility I've been to. It was one of the best experiences I've had and really made me truly enjoy being sober and showed me how much more I could enjoy life without substances; it was life changing really. The staff there is phenomenal and attentive I couldn't have asked for a better support system while I was there and also up to today. They gave me hope for a better future and helped me get to where I am today.

There isn't enough space to say how I feel about Lake Wellness. I woke up on 9/10/23 and decided to reach out to them via online. I filled out a form and was called within minutes offering help. I honestly could not do it by myself. The staff there is exceptional. The counselors there were exceptional. And the doctor very caring. Everytime I went in I felt like I was walking into home and knew I was safe. Thank you so much Lake Wellness, yall saved my life!!!!!

Narcanon Louisiana is a safe haven. This is a place that can help you drastically change your life if that’s what you need. The entire staff has first-hand knowledge of what a drug addict is going through, and that carries a lot of weight toward rehabilitation guidance. The tactics used here are outside of the box, and they are teaching powerful methods of conflict resolution that can be applied in so many life situations. A person always has to be proactive in their own path in life, and this program shows you how to forgive yourself and move forward in a more meaningful way than previously experienced. I will be forever grateful to Narconon Louisiana.

I left Narconon in September of 2022. I am enrolled in school now with my own apartment, car, and healthy relationships with all my friends and family. Considering I came from about as rock bottom as it could get (broken hearted, socially despised, and facing felony charges), I have completely altered the outcome of my life with the help of these dedicated and knowledgeable staff members. This is a 10 star place! The immense knowledge I have gained from my student program, as well as nearly a year of staff work, has laid the foundation on which I have been able to start building a life I never thought I could achieve. From being a hair away from a bid in prison, to a high functioning and appreciative member of society, I share the wealth of knowledge I learned here with everyone who is facing conflict in their own lives. The program is not easy, and will force you to take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of your life. The unrivaled support and relationships you acquire here will last you a lifetime, but you have to first be honest with yourself. I don’t mean to put down anyone’s subjective experience, however, the one star views prove to me presence of an intense bias. Proof? Why are there no 2 or 3 star votes? How is something either 5 stars or 1? Contemplate that for a second like I have and you will come to the reasonable conclusion that those 1 star-raters have a strong emotional bias towards situations that they feel they were victim to. This place only means to help!

I recently graduated the IOP program and I thank Woodlake for everything they've done to help me heal from addiction I highly recommend their trauma therapy that's what really gave me the breakthrough I needed to stay sober

Edgefield first caught my attention because of its location and history but upon arrival I was introduced to the compassionate staff that made me feel at home. The repuposed plantation house is such a charm with beautiful chandeliers, fireplaces, and paintings to gaze at between classes, meals, or in the afternoon. The staff was so caring and involved in my recovery process. They genuinely are concerned for the patients and it shines through all of the employees, from the physicians, techs, and lunch room employees. Being set on a quiet bayou with lots of wildlife to observe and appreciate. I recommend a volleyball game during your stay. The food was amazing and filling, so if you are on a diet I suggest passing on the 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches they offer as snack. Thank you for helping me so that I could help others.

Absolutely beautiful grounds and the most supportive, caring, and loving staff. From the moment I walked in at Intake I immediately felt welcomed. Was greeted by staff that also had personaly experienced the recovery journey. Having that in common made it easier for me to be able to start forgiving myself and focusing on my sobriety. The techs were able to guide me , answering all my questions and calming my anxiety. There was plenty of other clients to talk to. We enjoyed fishing, volley ball and basketball. Staff even played with us. My counselor was able to listen, be empathetic but also hold me accountable. Which I needed more than I knew at the time. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for my self healing. I can't thank Edgefield Recovery Center enough for giving me the opportunity to get my life back. One I am proud of. I would strongly recommend Edgefield to anyone ready to start their journey. We had nightly AA meetings, small groups, one on one counseling, mediation, yoga, gratitude, family meal's. (BTWThe food is Great!!)Edgefield Recovery Center saved me. The discharge planner was even able and willing to work with me to find me a sober living home in my preferred area to where I was able to get a job, have transportation and begin on a healthy path!!
