I'm really impressed by this place! It's small but really thoughtfully decorated and appointed, it smells great when you walk in, and the staff member who greeted me was kind and welcoming. I got a massage from Bree and she did an excellent job. I'm really grateful to have this place in Gypsum and next time I'm going to try out a massage with a student. I'd also love to try out a float session!

I find this to be the most relaxed of 7 clinics I've been to ,both in and put of state...councellors& groups are better too...I kno it'll be possible to get settled off methadone in due time tòo.

My therapist Kate is a great support system! Through changes within my life she helps me stay calm and think through how I am feeling and action I want to take with certain big decisions in school and in day to day activities. She’s shown to understand my sensitivity and love for arts and crafts, along with thoughtful conversations. Kate is helping me through a very transitional and challenging time in my life, even though I only see her once a month for about an hour she’s shown to be very helpful to me long term. I highly recommend women’s health center if you are looking for a friendly, flexible, and affordable therapist. Thank you!

This place saved my life! this was my first attempt at treatment and it was amazing , they are strict, and thats what I needed. They dig much deeper, and they go into your trauma, I would pick this place 100 times over and over again if needed to go! They have the most amazing staff, they are there to have the best intention for you and your well being! It's such a safe place, you can talk and they will listen and wont judge you! Thank you for being there when I needed the help you truly saved my life.

I came to south west counseling for impatient treatment. I was told they have a women's house where I can also have my children there, only to be told that my children were to old to be able to be there with me. I get that there has to be strict rules, it's a rehab center, I get that. But I think what bothered my the most was that 90 percent of the people in there are on medication that they we're not on prior to being there, or they are put on suboxone for long periods of time,, if you haven't researched the side effects of long term suboxone use here's some info. -While taking Suboxone can be highly beneficial in your recovery, using it long- term can be dangerous. This is a drug that is only meant to be used for the short period of time when your body is detoxing from opioids and is adjusting to that physiological change. When Suboxone is used more than that, it can produce the reemergence of withdrawal symptoms, such as: • Anxiety • Depression • Insomnia • Lack of motivation • Joint and muscle pain • Sweats . Fatigue • Nausea Long-term Suboxone use can also cause the development of psychosis, which is characterized by mental health symptoms that signal a loss of touch with reality.

Paul the counselor he's a awesome guy. He'll help you get through the hard times and he's there. If you need someone to talk to just a straightforward guy. I couldn't.Have got through my classes without them. U the best Paul.

I was skeptical when I was getting signed up for the counseling but after I got a few classes in I knew it was going to be beneficial for me and my health. My counselor was Paul Padilla a very funny and kind guy who helped me lay the groundwork for my sobriety and giving me guidance when days were getting rough. All around glad I am done with treatment and excited for my continued recovery!

I've not been to the lakewood location, but i'm sure its the sane.. All of you people on here, commenting how the clinic's service was so bad.You're gonna go back on drugs blah blah blah. Do you need a tissue?Go cry?Somewhere else you're blaming your problems on some person that literally has nothing to do with it.Oh, well, if they change their rules, your job is to follow them.If you want to be sober, obviously the people on here complaining, they're just so entitled for the whole world to bend to their whim

This place is the best thing since Color Television! 😁 Seriously though, this place in and of itself.. was a contributing factor to which saved my life in the sense that when I knew ‘I was done’.. I had the BEST support & amazing championing from some amazing people sharing a common goal of maintaining their sobriety while putting their focus on their physical wellbeing and self esteem in their bodies and minds rather than just the ‘mumbo-jumbo’ of traditional, socially-conditioned methods of recovery in addiction and, having said being championed; I’d like to pay a respectable nod to a specific person, Carson.. whom by all accounts went out of the ordinary to see me thru a rather unorthodox necessity for assistance at a time when I was on the right path, yet.. just simply needed a hand-up and a simple ‘break’ and was obliged to help make a difference in my path and how I launched into my life of recovery and fitness! As a result of continuity and perseverance in this said path.. I now have the privilege and utmost pleasure of saying I’m a volunteer & will be soon be of service to the community within, and look forward to continuing my journey in my own recovery and the journey of others in their journey of growth and success within their lives as they pursue their fitness goals and aspirations as well! I had the opportunity to help with some service work and lent my time to clean some of the workout equipment, specifically the medicine balls, to which are highly utilized by many, and after approximately 32 hours of deep cleaning.. many more are using this equipment more often as they look brand new now! One of my children has been enrolled here for 4 months. The staff and owners here are amazing, supportive and patient. I can't imagine a place that is more likely to help my child succeed. They truly treat the whole family through parent coaching, whole family and multi-family activities, and even coaching other siblings in how they can build their relationship and support the sibling that is enrolled. Some reviews mention a high staff turnover. In the 4 months we've been here, I've noticed one person leave. It hasn't been a problem though. Our child regularly works with several people here and they get to know each other really well.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Equinox. The staff is not only caring but goes above and beyond to create a supportive environment for our child who is in the young adult program. The positive direction in which my child is heading is noticeable, after only a few months. It's clear that the EQ team is dedicated to fostering growth and well-being. It is a family-focused approach. The support doesn't end with the individual; it extends to the entire family. This holistic perspective has strengthened our family bonds and contributed to the positive direction in which my child is heading. When looking for a counseling and wellness organization, every child and family has different needs. Finding the right match can be challenging and is a crucial part of the success for the families. For our family, I believe we have found the right match in Equinox. Thank you to the entire team for the incredible work you do!

I believe EQ saved our family. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and empowering. It is a hard space to be in when your child needs this level of care and EQ was the best space for not only our daughter to heal, and become a successful young adult, but a place for our family to heal. We endured 14 months at an RTC before finding our “unicorn” with EQ.
