I was at this facility in 2023. Katie was so helpful to me and every single staff member was very supportive and accommodating to everyone. I highly recommend APN to anyone struggling with mental health and other issues related to it. I’ve been clean since I was there for my month long treatment.

I struggled with early life growing up in the small town in Wisconsin. Didn’t realize how bad it was until I was hopelessly hanging on by a thread. Nearby recovery resources helped me discover Choice House, and that is where my life really began to change in unimaginable ways. I worked through early recover here; spent three months inpatient at the lookout, and four months in outpatient sober living while transitioning into a new unimaginable fulfilling life. The choice house team was extremely helpful in guiding and encouraging me through the difficulties of early recovery. Much love and appreciation for the whole team.

Harmony was one of the best experiences of my life. It is in the most beautiful setting to go through detoxing and rehabilitation of the body one could imagine. If you're ready to stop fighting, and want to make lifelong changes for the betterment of your physical and Spiritual self, there is NO better place! There are even Buddhist and Indigenous Spiritual paths to recovery introduced at Harmony. Luckily, I live near Harmony and have already been present for one alumni event, but I plan on staying engaged with Harmony in the years ahead. With that said, as with all recovery, you should come to Harmony fully surrendered and never wanting to drink or use again. You cannot get sober for anybody else. Harmony truly will give you back as much as you desire to quit. The facility is amazing! The detoxing was time to spend in quiet reflection and learn to even function around other people again until you are ready for the next level of care. The rooming cabins are extremely nice... next level of quality and care! This is where you learn to live again. Where you'll notice the laughter and joy return. And where you can form lifelong sobriety friendships. The peer support is really stressed at this level of care.

It's hard to describe the level of care and support that Rose House provides. No family ever wants to be in this situation, but Rose House provides a level of knowledge, confidence and assurance that we couldn't find anywhere else. The fact that it is female specific makes its mission that more effective in not only dealing with addiction but the underlying roots of abuse and trauma. We were desperate and they gave us our daughter back. This place is not an adult daycare or resort. They require not only the patients to do the hard work, but the families as well. If you care about your family member you have to put in the work as well, because these folks have a tough road ahead of them and no one goes it alone in life. For these people that need this level of care Rose House is superlative in giving patients and families the tools they need to turn their lives around.

I had a life changing experience during my stay at the Rose House. The staff are kind and firm at the same time. The dynamics between the clients is also a very therapeutic part of it all. The way we cared and called each other out was very crucial to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about a clean and sober lifestyle.

I want to start this review by acknowledging that recovery from mental health issues, trauma and addiction is HARD. There is no one place that will be a good fit for everybody and no place will work until the client wants to change and is ready to do the very difficult work required for healing. We stumbled upon the Rose House when we had almost lost all hope for our 18 year old daughter. She had been in and out of various mental health facilities and rehab facilities but nothing worked. She was an addict but if she checked into a rehab facility the trauma she had experienced caused her to go into a fight or flight response. She acted out verbally and by self harming. Although they would claim to be a dual diagnosis center, they would always call us within a day or so and tell us they didn't have the type of facilities to help her. If we tried to get her residential mental health help we were told there was no such place. She could only be put on a 72 hour hold if she was a danger to herself or others. Our daughter's addiction began when a couple of men lured her into their trafficking scheme. She was 14 and they paid her a lot of attention. In her mind one of them was her boyfriend and she felt flattered that an older man would want her. They started giving her drugs in exchange for sex. Soon she needed the drugs to stop the feeling of guilt and disgust she felt from what was happening to her. When she finally said no to one of them he physically and forcibly raped her. I wish we had understood earlier what was going on. (This man is now serving 97 years in a Colorado prison) We walked into the Rose House and took a tour at her lowest point. She agreed to look at the Rose House but wasn't committing to going. After the tour we sat in Alison's office and I asked her if she thought the Rose House could help my daughter. Alison said if she is willing to come she is exactly who we help. My daughter said no one can help me I'm broken. My daughter checked herself in a few weeks later after being arrested for a DV situation and a high speed chase with the police. She spent a night in jail and realized she did not want to spend another one there. She had a court hearing. Alison met us there to support her and then took her to the Rose House. We couldn't speak to her for 2 weeks during the settling in period. Once we could communicate with her we saw growth every time we spoke or saw her. I asked her what was different this time. Her answer was 1. I'm ready for help and 2. the staff knows what they are doing and I know they care about me. I don't want to paint the wrong picture, recovery is never a straight line and it doesn't always happen in a set period of time. I was glad that the Rose House worked towards goals and that's what drove moving to the next step - not a set number of days on a calendar. They were also there on the tough days. Setting boundaries when needed, treating clients with respect and always showing compassion and consistency. The other thing that is different about the Rose House is that they really believe that the healing of the client's family is important and do a lot of work towards that with the weekly family zoom meeting and the family weekend. We learn that we can not control the decisions of our loved ones but we can set boundaries for ourselves. We can support them in their recovery but we can't do it for them. Our daughter graduated from the program and spent some time in the step down program. She is now 19, just received her 6 months chip for being clean and sober and is holding a fulltime job. She continues going to meetings almost everyday and is working with her own therapist to continue the work that was started in the Rose House. I honestly believe that if we hadn't found the Rose House she would be dead now. Instead I get to hug her everyday and get to see the wonderful woman she is becoming. The Rose House and it's staff have our undying gratitude.

I can't say enough good things about this organization and the people that work here. Coming up on 2 months of sobriety, I can honestly say I would not be here without the amazing staff and therapists at NorthStar. I want to give a huge shout out to Sean who worked with me in helping me identify my triggers and to create a plan for my future. I could write a review a mile long if I started naming all the great staff at the lodge, but I'll keep it to this: from the AM staff to the PM staff, every single person there is invested in supporting you on your journey, and they truly 'get it.' From laughter to serious moments, they facilitated the perfect healing environment for me. KW was also very influential in my healing.

Summit womans recovery is phenomenal! I just celebrated 4 years sober and without SWR, I wouldn't be where I am today. The only reason there isn't more awesome reviews is because of the stigma around admitting online you went to a recovery program. If you have a problem with drugs or alcohol you will get the tools to get through it with SWR.

Summit Women’s Recovery was instrumental in my transition from inpatient treatment to moving home. Jeanette and Susanne are amazing, insightful therapists who assisted my entire family in building trust with each other and mending resentments. I have been sober a year and a half and owe a debt of gratitude to SWR for helping me to forgive myself and navigate a new, happy, peaceful life in recovery. This place saved my life. The entire staff is incredible and I quickly built relationships with everyone. And I could go on and on about my counselor Lindsey. She’s incredible, literally the only person in my life I look forward to talking to twice a week. She’s hands down my absolute favorite person ever. Even though I was court ordered to this place. They accept walk ins and will help anyone. You have to want the help! first time around I tried methadone it didn’t work for me, everyone is different. I did the groups and therapy through court. Learned so many things and have continued therapy a year after being off probation

My therapist Kate is a great support system! Through changes within my life she helps me stay calm and think through how I am feeling and action I want to take with certain big decisions in school and in day to day activities. She’s shown to understand my sensitivity and love for arts and crafts, along with thoughtful conversations. Kate is helping me through a very transitional and challenging time in my life, even though I only see her once a month for about an hour she’s shown to be very helpful to me long term. Centennial Peaks changed my life for the better. All of these negative reviews are people with negative attitudes in general. This place is what you make it, if you give what you have, they will give out what they have in a professional and hospitable fashion. CJ, Zach, Ethan, Matt, and countless other staff members at this hospital are so caring! I’ve never felt more secure and truly taken care of in a vulnerable position than I did while I was here. I’ve had a bad experience at West Pines behavioral and was hesitant to get help from a facility again, but to say the least I recieved an overabundance of hospitality, true care/follow ups/ect. This place truly set me up for success and I am very impressed and inspired by every. Single. Person. Who works at Centennial Peaks. God bless all of you!

Fire Mt saved my daughters life. She was 15 when she went in, and had had 2 suicide attempts before Fire Mt.. My daughter was diagnosed with severe ptsd. from some things that tragically happened to her as a baby and beyond my control. The therapists at Fire Mt explained to her what her ptsd was, and helped her while she was going through it. The food was super healthy and my daughter learned so much. Although she did run after 4.5 months, (which I was upset about because Fire Mt is a once in a lifetime opportunity for any kid), she is doing so much better because of Fire Mt. She still eats well, because she learned that eating well made her feel better there, and she tells people how much Fire Mt really helped her. She complained to me on the phone while she was there but when she reflects upon her time at Fire Mt now she says it was the best thing I ever did for her. I am forever grateful to Fire Mt for their expertise in handling her and for all the staff. There were a few issues I was not thrilled about ; I was very upset that Fire Mt would not take my daughter back after she ran, but the good far outweighs any bad and the time my daughter spent there was life changing. I am forever grateful that Fire Mt. exists. My daughter left last July of 2020 and it is a year later that I am giving a review because I could not find the words. These people go above and beyond. My daughter is now a straight A student. I dont think she would have survived without the intervention of Fire mt. Huge thanks!

Fire Mountain truly changed my life for the better. Not only did I receive the diagnosis that would forever change the way I went about my struggles, but I met amazing people that inspire me. FMRTC changed my life. I finished the program not knowing how I would survive once I left, but it turned out that internal conflict wasn’t something necessary. Everyone that I had met there, including the other residents, helped me find my new perspective on life, especially my amazing therapist. There are most certainly hard days and now, I know how to manage them and keep living the best life I can because of what they’ve taught me. I was able to move out and continue my undergrad and hope to one day become a psychotherapist myself. But as of now, I am a behavioral therapist at 18 years old. I never thought I would see the day I would be able to help people and use the struggles I went though as motivation, unable to see that there was a future in store for me, but here I am, following my passions. I hope to one day be able to return the favor of everything FM did for me and to go back to beautiful Estes and work for them. **My tribe’s the bear tribe!!!**

This place is unique! The way they adopt deep and well-planned therapies to treat patients’ ailments is impressive. The way they also involve the family members - a key support structure for a sustained and lasting recovery - just blows me away! It is with unending gratitude that we thank the Rose House for the transformation they provided our daughter. She went through both the (initial) 3-month phase at the Rose House itself and then followed with the Step-Down program for 7 months. The entire staff was consistently professional, supportive and knew their way around any "challenge" that was presented to them by any of the residents. Specifically, the Rose House (1) truly showed themselves to be committed to their residents (they do not give up!) (2) the care for each individual is personalized (3) They think through a holistic program that offers the resident a remarkable opportunity for a permanent recovery. (4) Their communitcation with family members is exceptional; providing family members tools to help the person (& the family) in recovery. Our daugher now has a new lease on life (as do we)!! UPDATE - It is now 6+(!!!) years later and our daughter is still clean, healthy, is holding down a job (has gotten promotions, etc) & is just about to move into her own condo!!! We absolutely hold the Rose House “positively responsible” for giving her the foundation upon which to rebuild her life!!! Endless thanks, again, Rose House!!!!

Went throught this company for DUI group therapy. They offered it through telehealth and the group I went through changed counselors a few times when I first started it but I finally ended up with Paul. He was a great counselor who was kind and came across non-judgemental and was never condescending. Seemed like he was genuinely interested in listening to everyone's experiences in the group and offering his own necessary when providing the actual counseling. The groups were very informative and helpful, especially because everyone had a metaphorical open table to discuss at and it felt less like a single person pushing an agenda/curriculum rather than a group of people working through it together. Great experience, even if I hope I never have to do it again.

When I first came to this class I was terrified. I sat in the back watching from a distance. I didn’t want to participate, afraid I would be treated poorly. With this said, Anne held my hand and lifted me up. She is an Angel sent from heaven! I truly believe God placed me with her.
