I have had only the best experiences with this office. Dr. Ria May and Marion McAbee are phenomenal providers who truly listen to you deeply and try to find the best solutions for you as an individual. After having had some not so great experiences in the past, I am so thankful that I've found this office, and happily travel an hour from the mountains just to see them!

Dr. May listens to me, and I don't ever feel rushed when I see her. She's knowledgeable, has solutions for me, and she's caring. Wish i'd found her sooner!

I'm so lucky to have found Yazmine. She has been invaluable to my mental health counseling 🤗 I feel like she really cares about me and is invested in trying to give me good coping skills and she has improved my self worth and has given me the strength to change my bad choices and impulses.

Finding the right therapist is challenging, and Colorado Women’s Center does an excellent job connecting you with the person you need. If a match doesn’t work out, there is zero pressure to continue with that therapist after the first session. I have had such a positive experience with every therapist I’ve worked with there, even if I ended up going to someone else. If you’re thinking about therapy, take this as your sign to reach out. I promise, it is absolutely worth it. You are worth it ❤️

My therapist Kate is a great support system! Through changes within my life she helps me stay calm and think through how I am feeling and action I want to take with certain big decisions in school and in day to day activities. She’s shown to understand my sensitivity and love for arts and crafts, along with thoughtful conversations. Kate is helping me through a very transitional and challenging time in my life, even though I only see her once a month for about an hour she’s shown to be very helpful to me long term. I highly recommend women’s health center if you are looking for a friendly, flexible, and affordable therapist. Thank you!

Fire Mt saved my daughters life. She was 15 when she went in, and had had 2 suicide attempts before Fire Mt.. My daughter was diagnosed with severe ptsd. from some things that tragically happened to her as a baby and beyond my control. The therapists at Fire Mt explained to her what her ptsd was, and helped her while she was going through it. The food was super healthy and my daughter learned so much. Although she did run after 4.5 months, (which I was upset about because Fire Mt is a once in a lifetime opportunity for any kid), she is doing so much better because of Fire Mt. She still eats well, because she learned that eating well made her feel better there, and she tells people how much Fire Mt really helped her. She complained to me on the phone while she was there but when she reflects upon her time at Fire Mt now she says it was the best thing I ever did for her. I am forever grateful to Fire Mt for their expertise in handling her and for all the staff. There were a few issues I was not thrilled about ; I was very upset that Fire Mt would not take my daughter back after she ran, but the good far outweighs any bad and the time my daughter spent there was life changing. I am forever grateful that Fire Mt. exists. My daughter left last July of 2020 and it is a year later that I am giving a review because I could not find the words. These people go above and beyond. My daughter is now a straight A student. I dont think she would have survived without the intervention of Fire mt. Huge thanks!

Fire Mountain truly changed my life for the better. Not only did I receive the diagnosis that would forever change the way I went about my struggles, but I met amazing people that inspire me. FMRTC changed my life. I finished the program not knowing how I would survive once I left, but it turned out that internal conflict wasn’t something necessary. Everyone that I had met there, including the other residents, helped me find my new perspective on life, especially my amazing therapist. There are most certainly hard days and now, I know how to manage them and keep living the best life I can because of what they’ve taught me. I was able to move out and continue my undergrad and hope to one day become a psychotherapist myself. But as of now, I am a behavioral therapist at 18 years old. I never thought I would see the day I would be able to help people and use the struggles I went though as motivation, unable to see that there was a future in store for me, but here I am, following my passions. I hope to one day be able to return the favor of everything FM did for me and to go back to beautiful Estes and work for them. **My tribe’s the bear tribe!!!**

Amazing people work here! My brother has utilized many of the services of Jefferson Center for Mental health for many years including services for counseling, mental health treatments and payee services. Everyone has consistently treated him with kindness and respect! Everyone on the phone, in the office and at each of the service areas has been great! Special shout-out to Ben in the payee's office for listening to my brother, communicating with him, and providing me information so I can best help my brother with his budgeting.

Hello I am a 17 year old client from Redpoint Boulder. I had come to Redpoint on May 13th, 2026 from a group home rehab in Encino, California. Redpoint has done a lot for me in terms of not only continuing but excelling my treatment. Special thanks to my therapist Michaela who held me accountable and told me how it was and how it wasn’t. My personal therapy did tons for me here, such as exploring and becoming more comfortable with the person I am and what I hold. All of the other staff here from therapists to front desk humans are beautiful and they all put into the experience I have gotten from Redpoint. You will only get out as much as you put in. If you are a parent and your kid is in a bad spot good luck, it’s not easy but there is always a way to better living for you and them. Treatment is for everyone, all ages, from clients to parents to peers. You got this I recommend Redpoint. If you are really messed up go to a higher for of treatment first. Yea yea -Watti

My son was referred to Redpoint in the midst of a mental health crisis. I had tried therapy and medication, and were unsure what was needed to get him stabilized. From the initial meeting to our current experience of him getting ready to finish the intensive outpatient portion of the program, our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is incredibly easy to work with and their program is very effective. My son has learned many coping skills, how to navigate conflict better, and has a much stronger sense of self than he did before the program. His mental health has stabilized and he is now thriving. As a part of the program, they also offer family therapy, which has been really awesome, helping us navigate and improve our family dynamics as well. The entire family has benefited from my son‘s time at Redpoint. I highly recommend this program. It worked for us when nothing else would.

Just completed my 24 weeks of treatment and a big shout out to my counselor Paul Padilla he is a great and caring counselor he truly cares about everyone in his class and talks about true life situations and gave me and my class the strength to learn that we all can change as long as we want it.

Went throught this company for DUI group therapy. They offered it through telehealth and the group I went through changed counselors a few times when I first started it but I finally ended up with Paul. He was a great counselor who was kind and came across non-judgemental and was never condescending. Seemed like he was genuinely interested in listening to everyone's experiences in the group and offering his own necessary when providing the actual counseling. The groups were very informative and helpful, especially because everyone had a metaphorical open table to discuss at and it felt less like a single person pushing an agenda/curriculum rather than a group of people working through it together. Great experience, even if I hope I never have to do it again.

You can truly see the dedication and heart that goes into this place. It’s more than just a treatment home; it’s a community focused on healing, growth, and helping women build a stronger future for themselves. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring, dedicated, and uplifting environment for recovery.

A year ago i checked in to the Rose house after finding them from a google search while in a scary mental health spiral. I had never even heard of residential treatment facility but I was desperate for a safe place to go where my family didn’t have to be in charge of my care. At the rose house I found a safe place to process a lot of complex trauma, which for me included religious trauma, and learn to heal. I can remember asking how people heal here and the staff just telling me to trust the process. It took a lot of hard work. This place isn’t a vacation. It’s a place to come face to face with yourself, to allow others to see you in your pain and to learn to trust yourself again. I truly believe going to the rose house saved my life. They provided a safe place for me to deal with my trauma, a place where I could have my dignity and some independence while also having staff to help. My therapist was amazing and helped me face many things. The community of women are key for healing because we can’t heal in isolation. My only one thing that I think could use improvement is support for when you go home. I know other programs provide some aftercare and I think this would be very help for all once they leave the care of the rose house. But overall I can’t recommend them enough if you are seeking help for mental illness!

Just as importantly, The Rose House included our family in the process. We learned, participated, and were given the tools and understanding to support her in a healthy and meaningful way.
