This place is truly a beautiful and magical place. Flat Irons is an absolutely incredible treatment program. It is the best place in the boulder / Denver area to do PHP, IOP, or OP in my opinion. They have the nicest set up with the houses, so much flexibility compared to other places I’ve been, the staff is absolutely incredible…they really want to see their clients to do amazing things! I cannot recommend flatirons enough. I went from the Guest House in Ocala FL to Flat Irons in CO and I cannot say enough positive things about either of these facilities.

I am a mental health clinician, and I have been working in the CO mental health industry since 2020. I have sent many people toward Flatirons Recovery in that time because of the wonderful support they provide to people with substance use and mental health issues!
I recently had the opportunity to tour the program, and it was so cool to get the chance to learn more about their programming and to get to see their Ranch! I also got to meet some of the wonderful staff there, and every person I spoke with gave me the impression that they genuinely care for their clients and the work they are doing at Flagstaff Recovery. I was really impressed with the programming they offer for their Residential/IOP/PHP. I rarely see such a holistic approach to programming, and I thought it was so unique and wonderful that they offer a group focused on EDMR and preparing to do EMDR session.
The Ranch was my favorite part of my tour! I have worked in residential programs since 2015, and it is so rare to see such an expansive and beautiful property dedicated to a residential program and sober living. Both the men and women's homes are beautiful, and the men's living space is particularly cool because of its interesting features and awesome amenities. I have never seen such a cool home dedicated to a residential/php program before!
If you or a loved one needs support, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with Flatirons Recovery.

Zinnia overall was a great experience! I encountered many strengths and a few faults. The faults came under scrutiny in the upper management role. I completely understand that Zinnia is a wellness facility and a business. The personal experience, to me was wellness was priority one, in the case of facilitators, techs and nurses. This was not the case in the roll of Director of Operations at the Singer Island facility. This individual showed little compassion and it was obvious that business outranked wellness.Regards,Bob S. I went through sandstone twice. Once when I was 18 and again when I was 19. At the time I was not willing to admit that I had a problem with substances. I thought I had everything figured out. The years after I had graduated the program I was able to prove to myself that I still knew nothing about my alcoholism. I am grateful for sandstone since I wouldn t have even been able to have any type of knowledge about my own substance use if it wasn t for the amazing staff over at sandstone. They helped me get my foot through the door into the world of recovery. I don t know where I would be without sandstone and I am beyond grateful for the effort the staff puts in to help people with their mental health/substance abuse. I now have a great relationship with my family, a true connection with my friends and most important I have a life worth living now. That is just the surface of what recovery has brought into my life. I have sandstone to thank for that!

The classes throughout the day taught me a lot of things I didn t know about addiction, and I loved that we were introduced to some light meditation, I think that is very helpful to many people. During my stay at CeDar I woke up one night in extreme pain and walked over to the nurse station where I was evaluated and sent to the ER the ER doctor barely even spoke to me and sent me back to CaDar. I spent the next three days in horrible pain to the point I couldn t even move from a chair. The nurses and my doctor were incredible. They did everything in their power to try and make me comfortable and helped me with anything and everything, I will never forget that. Don t let the front desk people deter you. The counselors are great. The doctor listens to you. They offer group therapy, some one on one counseling, and can help you with other support resources. You do need to have a level of patience when you enter, it s a methadone clinic off Colfax that is primarily self pay or Medicaid, set your expectations accordingly. I am inconsistent with my treatment and everyone beyond the front desk is still friendly to me, contrary to all the other reviews, the nurses are very nice. This clinic is absolutely not for everyone but once you know your way around and know what to expect, you can get some excellent treatment here. Tyler is an exceptionally intelligent and approachable counselor, they gained a superhero by hiring him. As I said, do not let the people working the front run you off or put you in a bad mood, you re just giving them what they want by leaving. Thank you to DRG for staying open and being caring. Landmark recovery has been a rock for us to lean on this year. They handled my brother s intake quickly and he is now completing his recovery process. He talks great things about the facility and program and sounds healthy and positive. We couldn t be happier.

This is a large facility, so stop at the information desk when you walk in to get directions to your destination. It's very large and impressive but daunting if you don't know where to go.

Sobriety House has been nothing but amazing to me. I've received 100% support from them from me traveling to Texas to be with my dying mom who has since passed away. And from being there for me when I was in the hospital. Today is my 60 days and I couldn't have done it without them. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about this organization and the people that work here. Coming up on 2 months of sobriety, I can honestly say I would not be here without the amazing staff and therapists at NorthStar.I want to give a huge shout out to Sean who worked with me in helping me identify my triggers and to create a plan for my future.I could write a review a mile long if I started naming all the great staff at the lodge, but I'll keep it to this: from the AM staff to the PM staff, every single person there is invested in supporting you on your journey, and they truly 'get it.' From laughter to serious moments, they facilitated the perfect healing environment for me.KW was also very influential in my healing.

Lafayette is the 178th most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $56264. The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Lafayette vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below. There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Lafayette. Most rehab treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Lafayette that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here's the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment near Lafayette.
Aetna is the most widely-accepted insurance for drug rehabs in Lafayette, with 3 treatment centers in the city accepting their insurance. Blue Cross Blue Shield is the 2nd most popular with 3 treatment centers accepting it followed by Humana in 3rd accepted by 3 drug rehabs.
Lafayette has the 104th highest rate of drug use nationwide among nearly 400 cities surveyed. This number reflects the combined use of cocaine, heroin, meth, and marijuana, displayed individually below. The percent shown for each drug represents the number of residents in Boulder county that have reported ever using the following drugs, so these numbers should not be interpreted as direct evidence of current drug use in Lafayette or Boulder county as a whole.
In 2023, Lafayette had the 317th highest number narcotics violations out of 330 cities nationwide, with a total of 35 reported drug-related incidents that year. This includes cases of public intoxication, drug arrests, narcotics found during house calls and traffic stops, and any other drug-related crime.
Keep in mind these numbers are dependent on accurate record keeping and reporting laws by local police and sheriffs, and may not fully reflect all drug related crime in Lafayette. All values are per 100,000 population.
