I only like this place for the staff please give Libby, Sofia, Brittney, Julia, Erica, Abby, Leah, SHAWTY BAE, Mattigan, Liz, Felicia, Gill, Kennesha I guess, My pookies Shayna and Jean and Ashlynn( idk how to spell) all 20% raises and a 10k bonus for being awesome.

My experience with Turnbridge was excellent. My 15 year old son first entered Woodbury and then the extensive care program in New Haven. In 6 months of rehab at Turnbridge they did a great job and today my son is with me in Argentina already returning to High School and continuing rehab with Argentine addiction specialists. I want to highlight 3 people, who in the order I mention them were very important for the emotional support and understanding of the situation I was going through. They are: Mark Adamski, Noah Richmond, Justin Alter. Very grateful

We are so thankful to Turnbridge for helping to heal our family. Each member of our son s team was caring, supportive and compassionate. The parent support groups led by Lauren were a lifeline for us and got us through unimaginable pain. To know we weren t alone and that there was hope was an incredible blessing.

I had an amazing experience at Newport ct . I was at double hill the residential for two months . Through out my time I made a lot of progress. I have to thank the cc s that were there while I was! I felt like I was impacted the most with the conversations I have with care coordinators, and also fellow clients . I learned many coupling skills and experienced full support for the first time in my life . While my stay at Newport was great there were ups and downs. Healing comes in waves. Or as they say at Newport healing is not linear!

We had to send my daughter to Newport after it was recommended by an acute place that she needed residential and longer treatment than acute care. I didn t have the best impression when I first contacted them. I was mislead and thought I could pay a certain amount to send her closest to us in the Charlotte location but turned out that was not accurate and had to send her to the Connecticut location. Then reading the Google reviews scared us. That s why I wanted to share my experience. My daughter was in the dragonfly group. Everyone was truly amazing. Alexa was always in constant communication with us. She was our family therapist and dealt with all our concerns. She was always there for us when we needed her. Her teacher Tea was in constant communication with my daughter s school and us. My daughter clicked with her personal therapist Amy which helped my daughter a lot. Lisa her roomSupervisor was great with dealing with issues. She got sick a few times and was well taken care of. This place never made my daughter feelinstitutionalized. She enjoyed her MMA and equine therapy. They took them offsite for allDifferent activities including church. When it snowed they went outside and went sledding and snowball fights. All the assistants and aids were so friendly and caring. My daughter truly loved being at Newport and because of them my daughter is on a good healing path. I felt so comfortable with her being so far away. I would highly recommend this place to someone with a child that needed help.

Working with Tori Silvers to help coordinate care for our patients at NTBH has been incredible every step of the way. We highly recommend Newport Academy to our patients and their families.

I was a patient in the speech memory clinic and my therapist Mary Kate is amazing. She was not only my therapist but someone I could talk to and was so instrumental in my care. I have the utmost respect for her. She always went out of her to accommodate me so I can receive weekly therapy and is so nice.

Their cafeteria has the BEST PIZZA EVER! Worth the trip to CT!! The closest to Naples pizza I ever tasted. Very authentic. Highly reccomended!

It was great until all the hiring freezes, then they expect veterans to get treated via referral in the community, which could be done better if the VA shared information with them. The care is amazing when they are not overworked and understaffed. They need more specialists and less bureaucratic paper pushers. Also the cafeteria food went downhill and isn't good enough to be charging $9/$10 for a turkey sandwich on white bread or two pieces of fish the size of my thumb. No one really likes that dry ass food anyway unless they are desperate.

Saved my life

Staff was very helpful and patient. I ve been to multiple programs similar to this one and have never seen such a clean building let alone dealt with people that work there that actually act like they care would definitely recommend over any other place in Connecticut from my personal experience.

I never imagine I d find myself at the Derby Mcca, but I m so glad I did. Despite my initial anxiety, I was met with an incredible level of care and understanding from everyone I encountered. From the warm smile at the front desk to the helpful quest staff and, most importantly, my counselor, the experience exceeded all my expectations. My counselor was not only knowledgeable, but also exceptionally kind, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. She made a stressful process much easier by working around my busy schedule, going above and beyond to ensure our sessions fit into my life. The team at Mcca creates an environment where you feel supported, valued, and never judged. Their hard work and empathy make all the difference during trying times. Thank you, Mcca , for everything you do - your dedication truly changes lives.

MCCA Derby has been a great support during the journey. Staff is knowledgeable/compassionate and will help you find auxiliary service if needed. The location is convenient and the hours of offerings for those with daytime fulk time jobs. You get out of it what you put into.The Director Ray did a thorough intake. Amanda who ran my group, was always punctual, sympathetic, organized and kept things on track. Highly recommend

Great program if you want sobriety. New Era is the best clinic in Ct. They have 2 of the best counselors and the best people in the clinic. I have been here at least 15 years. A long time and I am so grateful to them. Stay clean and stay safe!!!!

The staff are very kind and helpful.

Best clinic I ve been to. Clean, quiet, staff is amazing and go above and beyond. Especially Fran, she is so good at her job. Genuinely enjoy coming here and seeing them. My only thing is like to change is update the hours online and the answering service, they take. A little bit to get back to you bc the calls are forwarded first. But other than that I enjoy being a client here. Def. Recommend if you re in the New Haven area or Bridgeport.

Dental clinic I would say that it is the best I have attended all very friendly, I had the cleaning with Rosemary and it was great very understanding even though I was very nervous.I had an extraction doctor Vesali Meherana and it was the best experience I've had very understanding and good hand I didn't feel pain and everything was fast!

My dentist Meherana Vesali and her assistant are amazing, very kind and professional, they treat you nice, they understand the patient, I just love them so much, I want to thank them for always doing great job from their heart,God bless themMillion thanks again.

Waited over an hour in line for a Covid test on 12/23/21. Though the wait was long, the entire staff was amazing. From the security crew managing the line outside the building to the clinical folks conducting the test, they were all so very helpful, professional, and courteous. Thanks for your service!

I was here from 1992-1994, wellspring made me feel safe and cared for, my therapist Joe B was amazing, so caring and understanding, and the staff specifically Heather and Andy were like role models for many of us...I learned so much here, how to care for animals, and garden. We went on trips, Cape Cod being my favorite and did things I never would have been able to do if it wasn't for Wellspring. As well as forming lasting friendships ...Thank you for giving the tools I needed to be the person I am today. You all are amazing

This place (The staff, their modalities, the location) Saved my life. The only reason I have contact w my family is because they focused on the holistic approach. Seeing the low reviews breaks my heart. I hesitate in breaking my anonymity and protected healthcare information from when I was a teenager. A lot of people who had good results maybe don t wanna put their name out there for a good review because they ve gone on to bigger and better things because of Wellspring. They Deal w Trauma and complex family dynamics. They also do their best to get us kids off drugs.

I was a resident in 1992 to 1994. Wellspring helped me tremendously. Especially the Adventure Program where we would go on hikes. I found a love of nature and friendships for a lifetime. The current director, Dan Murray was my therapist and he was so gentle and caring. He cared a great deal about all of his patients. Many of us are still friends and remember him so fondly.I also went on to Angelus House at 18 and finished my senior year of high school at the local public high school. The transition helped me gain confidence and lifelong friendships from there as well.Thank you for the lessons. Many sunk in much later in life, but you helped plant the seeds.

The staff here are incredibly considerate and willing to meet you where you're at. Everyone is very kind, supportive, and the culture is non-judgmental and very supportive, allowing for great opportunities for healing.
