First time going to this relatively new YMCA. Glad that they are there to serve the community. Very basic ... A couple of meeting rooms and (finally) a covered play area to keep the kids shaded on hot Sunny days... Which is almost every day. Now they need to have enough support to keep building and add staff.

The theme is base on Hawaiian culture awareness of your recovery and self improvement. The staff is excellent and experience in bringing out all facets of your recovery. I would encourage anyone who is seriously trying to better their life to give them a call....Aloha!

This place taught me many things, thanks to the help I received in this place I learned how to control my emotions, it is a great help for people who are fighting against additions. I had already been to other help centers but it had not had any results.

This is a nice place, the customer service is excellent, the facilities are always very clean, it is very comfortable to come to this place, here you will find what you are looking for.

Honestly, they have never done me wrong, and I have been coming here for 6 years. The place isn't perfect, but neither are any of the places in town.

Couldn't reach them on the phone so we walked over to schedule an appointment. They were pretty accommodating. My husband got into a program pretty quick. They only do zoom, and don't drug test, so if you're PO requires that you gotta figure it out another way. The engagement is pretty high. I hear my husband speaking on his meetings more than he probably did at his old in person program.

Very quick!!! I arrived on a Sunday at 3:47pm. I went to the ER, checked in, met with a nurse, then met with a doctor, and was walking back to my car by 4:06pm. Less than 20 minutes.

I've been a client for 15y yrs now not because it doesn't work but because it does work. Workstar Dr McCaffrey had me on 40mg Oxymorphone 20 tabs/day with 30mg Oxycodone IR 6 tabs/day for breakthrough pain along with Xanax 3mg CR 3 tabslegal/day and Chloral Hydrate (liquid mickeys) and Soma 350mg 8 tabs/day and Ambien 12.5mg 1 at bedtime for over 12 yrs1 It's no wonder my body became physically dependant, needed alot of opiates just to function, and was then given a last month prescription cuz the Oxycontin didn't show up in my UA and sent on my way believing that I was redirecting my prescription. They didn't even want to hear that my scrips weren't even filled cuz they were stolen. They didn't care. For that clinic is only concerned with pumping out the painkillers to the ones who do redirect or sell their painkillers. Hard to believe that this "legal" drug ring is expanding and has gro!!wn from the two roomed office to the bottom floor of Queens West and now also includes a bottom floor at Restaurant Row. Unbelievable. It's not always the patient but this time the Dr. Of which it use!d to be him and 1 PA, TODD, but now consists of 10 PA and about 12 Dr's. He's banking on the legal drug scene!

Very friendly upon walking in! Simple check in with a smile. Mammogram was a breeze with an outgoing specialist. Ultrasound was comforting with the specialist I had. She answered any questions she legally could. Both were gentle and respectful. Radiologist gives the okay to come back or go home. Home, this time for me. Yay! And a real rose to take home, how thoughtful. Will be back on next appointment. Highly recommend! 12/8/2025.

I am so glad I chose Dr Collins as my Gyn. He is not only professional but so kind and gentle ,I didn't feel rushed thru my appointment, he explains everything before he does it. I've seen both male and female Gynecologists in my 40 years on the earth and Dr Collins by far was the best, I'm looking forward to my annual checkup next year. So if you have reservations about seeing a male gynecologist throw them out the window and go see Dr Collins.

5 stars because my OB, Dr. Robert J Collins, is a great doctor and always ensures I am informed on what’s going on. He is kind and takes his time! He’s probably the only doctor I have ever enjoyed being seen by. One star off because I do not recommend being seen by Susan M Rinaldi-Weldon. 🤢
