Both Dr. Cundiff and her nurse Bethany are so kind and neither one of them tried to rush me even when I kept rambling on. Very knowledgeable and kind. Even though I don't know them outside of the medical office I feel like they are my friend and that's why I like it there.

I regularly visit doctors Hatfield and Binder Both are extremely professional and very informative to take the time to answer any questions you have. And The front staff as well, Together make it An overall pleasurable experience!

Witham hospital is a good one. Dr. Justin Wright is awesome with an excellent bedside manner. He also is very receptive and a pleasure to work with.

As a first year therapist working at TWC, I have grown a lot. TWC is a great place to work. Everyone is willing to help and step in when you’re in need. Working here makes me feel like I’m working with family. I enjoy every bit of this place. It offers sooo much. Even thought TWC is a treatment center, it also branches out with just receiving simple mental health care. TWC allows for everyone to grow, from clients to staff. Give TWC a chance if you’re looking for a change within yourself and for a line of work.

My daughter see’s Grace through school and now through the summer. She RAVES about Grace! She has helped my daughter learn and understand soo much and I am beyond thankful! We love love love the Willow Center!

I have benefited greatly from this center! My 1:1 with Angel have mentally and emotionally progressed and prepared me for the ups and downs of life. And the groups they offer (DBT/Recovery Management) have exceeded my expectations of the usable knowledge I can utilize in my day to day life. I've had a little bit of a fiasco with scheduling an in take appt, but I honestly will say that Kelly bends over backwards to help in every capacity she can, she calls, and explains things and calls back hours later showing that she has been working on your case. I really appreciate that and I'm happy to be here and with someone like Kelly looking out for you, how could you go wrong!?

I was sent here for suicidal ideations in the early days of April, and was released 6-8 days later. I forget which. During my time there it was refreshing, I’ll admit is was boring not being able to use my phone, and do my usual daily things. The days got better the longer I was there. The first day what stood out to me was the food. Hands down some of the best cooking I’ve had, and they had a fountain machine for inpatients. I came in wearing a boot, and luckily was able to use it when outside and people can see me. If you do have a foot injury, please come in with a boot. I had a friend in there who will remain unnamed, but he didn’t have a boot and was taken out of the wheelchair he was given and forced into a walker without a boot, sheer pain right. The days schedule was nice to be in. Just don’t count on movie nights ever happening. The staff overall was friendly and helped me in the ways they could. I was prescribed lexapro here and came to find out I was genetically allergic to it, so when I got out of the inpatient hospital I had almost all the symptoms. Luckily I was able to go to Riggs thanks to the people at sycamore and got onto a different antidepressant. You are able to change the channel on the tv which was a big plus, sometimes I’d watch family guy, other times I’d watch my little pony.

This review is long overdue. I was inpatient for mental health at Sycamore Springs for quite some time last summer. And overall I would give Sycamore Springs 3-4 stars but my med provider while I was there makes this place 10 stars! Jessica Walsh was phenomenal from the moment we met. She immediately made me feel like she cared and wanted to help. For the first time in almost a decade I felt like I could get better. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable. She made many changes while I was there that would lead me to being more stable now than I have been in around a decade. I truly believe much of my progress can be attributed to my time being treated by Jessica Walsh at Sycamore Springs. Jessica empowered me to believe in myself and my abilities. She did not JUST prescribe meds and send me on my way. She prescribed meds AND empowered me. So, shout out to Sycamore Springs for employing such a great provider.

I have been here for 6 months and this is one of the greatest jobs I’ve had. The training is excellent and hands down, I would recommend to anyone 21+ looking for a new experience while learning and also having fun!
