Yes I am a past client we are moving back too Plainfield and we need family counseling I know Paul Schiender there and Dr. Z my husband and I and my son we need counseling services and my husband needs to see a psychiatrist there his anger issues is out of hand . I can't keep putting up with it my last name was different then I have known you for years when Marsha Carr was a counselor . Shame she isn't still there I been very quiet now I had anger issues but since I been loving in Hamilton county it's been an awlful experience living up here. We need someone who is nice and understanding and who doesn't take sides I have put up with this at all the counseling centers we have been too that is one thing I won't put up with that. A good therapist doesn't take sides you can't tell my husband nothing he is right your wrong you will see I still say something happen too him when he was little abuse that went on in the home . Can't wait too get back there and come there too see someone.

I usually won't even listen ro anyone who hasn't experienced actual addiction to hard drugs first hand, but my counselor is doing her job well because she genuinely cares and doesn't judge the addicts that attend this facility. So I just want to start off by stating that this facility changed my life drastically and saved my butt! Quite literally. I came to FCRC a scared, shaking, & shy woman. I was a kid on the inside.
Mr. Jeff & Savannah saved me from myself AT LEAST 3 times from trying to walk out on my recovery because of issues on the outside (life continues even though we go to treatment, ya know). When I tell you I have never met a team of such caring loving & HONEST staff? I hadn’t until I walked into this facility. I graduated yesterday, with 44 days today under my belt. I had hopped on a plane from Houston TX not knowing anything but my Higher Power did. I am so beyond grateful to First City and their peeps. All the way from the Detox experience to my PHP part of my program, everyone was helpful and so kind. And that level of care? Hard to find. Aye, shout out to Bobby in PHP & IOP, that’s my boy!!! Over the past 18 months I've been treated at the Roudebush VA center approximately 50 times, which includes blood work, PET scans, radiology, chemo, follow-up doctor appointments, etc. Frankly, I'm not an easy person to please, so writing a Five Star review is out of the ordinary, yet the treatment and the interactions with the various departments deserves the rating. Yes, the parking and condition of the garage can certainly improve, yet the care and customer services was professional, courteous and caring. Every, yes every, encounter I had during my visits was positive.
Each visit either started or ended with a trip to the cafeteria, and/or snack shop. People were friendly, conversive and professional. They liked their jobs and loved the veterans. (I know this because I asked them.)
The check-in process had some duplicate effort, yet when I inquired about why--they told me an answer that made sense.

My psychiatrist sent to Valle Vista to detox off Xanax after 20 years of being prescribed on it. At first I was skeptical about being there, but that changed over about a day, when I felt I needed outside medical care the nursing staff was quick to jump and get me to the emergency room. My stay was about 6 days, and over those days it was rough but the staff and facility made this process easier. I want to give a shout out to Amber and Julia in unit 2/3 you two helped my stay in a positive way and I say thank you. I don’t plan to return but know it’s available if I need it. I’m actually so impressed that I would be willing to send my daughter here if she needs a reset on her meds and sleep pattern.

I am BEYOND happy with the treatment I receive from Tasc!! This place is TRULY AMAZING!! The people here you will NOT find anywhere else on this planet!! I promise you that...as a recovering addict it's the ONLY place I'll go for treatment anymore...I live an hour and 10 minutes from Columbus now and STILL go to Tasc for outpatient treatment...My counselor, Jess, is ALWAYS all ears and will help me process ANYTHING that is on my mind and help me figure out the problem at hand and most importantly, how to deal with it the RIGHT way, SOBER... Dr Clarke I love she listens and is always explaining what the plan is, now the person who answers the phone wow never at the desk to answer the phone been trying since last week to set up a appointment to see Dr Clarke and it makes it hard on us patients who need to see Dr Clarke when the person in the front don’t answer phone calls or even return phone calls.

I came here at the age of 14 when they were on strike and had to leave due to a lack of professionalism and consistency but I have to say I am very impressed with how much better they’ve gotten under new management, I don’t necessarily agree with the policies of services and the grounds they have for termination but they are fair and understandable nonetheless.

I wonder why people would write nonsensical comments. Insurance co-pays are listed on your insurance info. The ladies at the front are working and will help you as soon as they can. They are polite and helpful. This people saved my life. I was not in a good place when I started coming here. Dr. Downhour is very professional and Stacy, my therapist, i'd need another page to list all she's done for me. They are not my friends and I don't expect them to be. They can't be unpressional and chitchat and be merry go joly. They deal with mental patients. They are not there to hang out. I wish I could give them more stars.
