No matter what the need is - from a regular check-up to a full-blown emergency (I've had several of both) - the care team is ready and always professional.
My primary doctor is Dr. Arbalaez. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. My local oncologist is Dr. Merchant. He's also terrific. Even though my primary oncologist is in Mexico, all 3 doctors have worked hand in hand together as a team.

I have been here multiple times with all of my children of various ages and never had a problem, they're always helpful, up front, and courteous. I've called and been late because of traffic and they've worked with me, I had an emergency that I needed dental for my son and they were able to squeeze us in, they were up front and honest about trying but not guaranteeing anything because he was three and left all the decisions to me. We actually only found them because they were the only dentist office that would even be willing to help me the day after a holiday when my son had been an immense pain all weekend, and they were so wonderful to work with that we changed them to be our main one.

My husband had to have several blood transfusions. Nurse Mary was the best. She went out of her way to always have what was needed there and ready for us. She also made sure we were comfortable while we were there. I will never be able to thank her enough for how great she was to my husband and me during his last days. After spending four months at the Mayo hospital in Rochester I was taken to Waseca Medical Center to help me regain some mobility after having my leg amputated and to try to get replacement in my hometown of Bismarck, ND. My leg was amputated as of results of a fast growing cancer and the infections. At the Waseca hospital I was treated and given the best of care that I could have been able to get anywhere. Also the food was very delicious at this hospital and was always hot when it was served compared to Mayo hospital in Rochester. If I have to do time at a hospital again I would like to be in Waseca.

CFR Has the most amazing staff members. These people truly care about the people that enter their doors. The understanding and compassion and care from the staff is unremarkable. I left early but I wish I wouldn't have, although I'm still clean I have considered going back for more treatment. The facility is nice and clean and they have everything you need to make you comfortable. They have rules but they're put in place for reasons. You get out of treatment what you put into it! I was here 2 years ago and a friend wanted recommendations for her son that's struggling bad right now. I of course said here. Yes I went back out within a few weeks cause at the time I couldn't get through mother's day sober due to not having them with me and I didn't utilize the skills I was taught. It makes me sad to see these poor reviews. The staff was great. the meals not bad. The nursing dept wasn't the friendliest but never rude. What's the worst that could happen if you give it a try? I went back to treatment and proud to say 226 days sober!!
