I just graduated my 28 days at prairie ridge in mason city. The staff, Dr's and even the chef's in the kitchen were all wonderful and very dedicated people. I went there for substance recovery and learned so much about myself. All the guys I was in recovery with were good guys to be in treatment with. It was the first time in a very long time that 23 guys in recovery really felt like a brotherhood. The food was amazing and classes we were all in were very helpful.

Just go to Rochester if your really sick or got serious health issues... there will just send you to Rochester anyway if you go to Austin... Austin hospital is basically training ground for noobs Er department my opinion. The nurses, doctors, and lactation specialists were extraordinary at their jobs and made our journey into parenthood so positive! To say that I am pleased would hardly be enough to describe the care and compassion shown by the nurses during my sister's time at the hospital. Taylor on the OB unit was absolutely amazing. They offered cooking class ever Thursday. Groups were very insightful and I could take alot of information home to my family. Austin Manor helped improve my quality of way. I'm oddly confused about all the negative reviews. One of the best experiences I've ever had and has changed my entire outlook on life. I think about this place almost everyday since I've left, and I sincerely miss all of the staff. Every single one of them had a positive impact on me that I won't ever forget. I'm even headed back to school to get my bachelor's degree in a similar field, with the credit to my time spent here. I only ever heard positive things while I was there and a lot of people coming in from the outside to volunteer their time for meetings .. the majority of them give a lot of credit to Horizons for helping them as well. Barring medical needs that sent me to St, Luke’s, ALL staff were pleasant and professional. From top to bottom the care was phenomenal to me as an individual, not by my patient number. Beyond hospitable by providing anything I could possibly need and they even gave my husband an evening snack bag so that he wouldn’t have to leave my side. I appreciated the communication between the rounding physician and surgical doctors and myself so I maintained autonomy in my own healthcare decisions. 10/10 stars!

I had a very positive experience at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. The doctors, nurses, and entire medical staff were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout the treatment process. They took the time to clearly explain every step, answered all questions patiently, and made sure we felt comfortable and well cared for. The level of care and dedication shown by the medical team was truly impressive. From the moment we arrived until the treatment was completed, everything was handled efficiently and with great kindness. The hospital facilities were clean, well organized, and the staff made sure the patient’s comfort and safety were always a priority. I’m very grateful for the excellent care we received. Thank you to the entire team at St. Luke’s for their commitment to patient care and for making a difficult situation much easier.

This clinic has saved my life, I have a very bad substance abuse disorder this is 4th clinic I've been on Suboxone and methadone well I've come to realize that I am lifer I am sick of relapsing so I'll be on methadone rest of my life. Clinic is great most all counselors are very sincere and nurses are great follow the rules and eventually u do feel like it living a normal free life from the chase of dope or pills whatever ur demon is..
