Great care and bedside manners. Everyone from greeters to medical professionals gives you the feeling that we all matter. Just wish they could get the size clinic they talk about needing, so they could expand to cover more locally.

I have been going to Stein for almost 10yrs!!!! I love how they find you the person your gonna work with better or have no issues if you wanted to try someone new/else..& the owners CARE about making their business the BEST it can be for person.(who doesn't want that in a business?)...PLUS I hear they even have a MT(massage therapist)on staff talk about the PERFECT me day!!!! They have even added space & more staff, check out the new kids/family waiting area!
I have been to MANY different places over the years & this one is HANDS DOWN the BEST! I have no plans on leaving especially after I saw how dedicated they were to make sure EVERY client still got services during COVID(most times could only say that about restaurants & Nurses).
I see Brie & have no plans on changing or leaving her. Just when I am at my darkest she knows somehow what to say, give advice on to try, etc. She is SO SMART yet so down to earth. Works with every age group & each client is treated differently but that's what you want right what's best for you, advice/guidance when needed, there for you good & bad, etc. You honestly really feel cared about when you think no one else does. They/she figured out how many times to needed to be seen during each season/conditions. VERY flexible.
Lastly, I'd like to give a thanks to the WHOLE STEIN FAMILY for pouring your everything into starting Wisconsin's BEST & our areas #1C & CS LTD!!!
(As an idea, what about buying 2 plastic change drop containers & pick a non-profit to give the check to each month? Plus it can be from the staff & clients!!

When I first walked through the doors of counseling associates I was a hot mess. The team that I’ve worked with is professional, patient, empathetic, supportive, and engaging. I have experienced many epiphany’s that have lead me to a deeper understanding of myself, what my purpose is, and more. Much thanks to the excellent services provided. Before treatment my mind felt bogged down, cluttered, disorganized and just messy. With the services provided I can now manage my emotions in healthier ways, interpersonal relationships have improved, and I feel a sense of inner calm that’s wonderful. Can’t recommend enough.

I was there during Covid. Amazing staff, treated with the upmost care. Tommy T is an amazing man who cares deeply for everyone and their story. I am from Eau Claire Wisconsin and I felt at home there. Gorgeous place to go. Also have to add during my time there my recovery coach April G. changed my life so much to this day I will never forget how caring, respectful, and supportive she is. She made such a difference in my life and I could truly never say in words how much I appreciate her!

In January I did the short term program and I've been to so many other treatments this was by far the best one. The gym is close to the best part but also it's some what about god and spirituality the long term is really about and I feel what's been missing is a connection with the lord. Highly highly recommend this place. It works if you work it!

Horrible! Two people I know that went here both relapsed less than a month after release if you don't count the drugs they were doing while in treatment here. No communication between this facility and PO regarding patients leaving or completing program. Would not recommend at all if you want your loved ones to get healthy.

This clinic has saved my life, I have a very bad substance abuse disorder this is 4th clinic I've been on Suboxone and methadone well I've come to realize that I am lifer I am sick of relapsing so I'll be on methadone rest of my life.
Clinic is great most all counselors are very sincere and nurses are great follow the rules and eventually u do feel like it living a normal free life from the chase of dope or pills whatever ur demon is..
