This clinic has saved my life, I have a very bad substance abuse disorder this is 4th clinic I've been on Suboxone and methadone well I've come to realize that I am lifer I am sick of relapsing so I'll be on methadone rest of my life.

As far as psych unuts go, this one is *TOP* of my list!! The food is AMAZING, the people are WONDERFUL, the programs they do and the support they provide are absolutely the best I've had (and, I'm not ashamed to say I've been to *many* different inpatient units over my lifetime. 😅 Being able to go in when you realize you're out of sorts or not feeling safe is VERY important!! We don't talk enough about mental health in the world, and it's just as important as physical care!)
Anyway.... 10/10... HIGHLY recommend!

Although I have nothing to compare this program to, I found my care to be top notch. Okay, the beds are a bit hard but the doctors, social workers and the nurses (almost forgot to mention the OT folks) were incredibly kind and effective. In my opinion, the inpatient program is as successful as the work you put into it. There is no magic cure; just need to pull yourself up by the britches and dive in.
Oh- the food is quite good as well!
I would highly recommend this inpatient psychiatric programming!

I was there during Covid. Amazing staff, treated with the upmost care. Tommy T is an amazing man who cares deeply for everyone and their story. I am from Eau Claire Wisconsin and I felt at home there. Gorgeous place to go. In January I did the short term program and I've been to so many other treatments this was by far the best one. The gym is close to the best part but also it's some what about god and spirituality the long term is really about and I feel what's been missing is a connection with the lord. Highly highly recommend this place. It works if you work it!

Connections Counseling is by far the best place I have ever been to for therapy and treatment. My therapist is insightful, inspiring, relatable and very knowledgeable. She encourages me to look within myself for strength and wisdom while she is there to help me. I now have 1.5 years of sobriety under my belt and have confidence in the future
The groups are a place of safety and comfort. The staff aswell as the peers are relatable, inspiring and encouraging. Kim is the most uplifting person you will ever come across in recovery. Smart move to have her be the first person you deal with at Connections. My life will never be the same (thank goodness) since I have come to Connections

Dr. Bolden was amazing. She listened, and discovered what was wrong with me after being told it was other things that were not a big deal. Even when going to the ER after my visit with her, and there they said they thought it was something minimal, I went to a specialist and it turned out that Dr. Bolden was right in the beginning. She truly listens and tries to get to the bottom of things.

I came here from a 7 year patient at a private clinic with low expectations it being a government ran facility and boy did the medical director nurses and counselor not disappoint! I won't get into them personally as the receptionist and a few others where professional just becareful with one nurse nodding out and the other mean mugging you or shuts you up because she is "busy" or the MD. that runs it.
I have fast metabolites for medications especially opiates like methadone but with split doses it's manageable, which this clinic doesn't offer (not even the testing) so my original dose i was on for 7 years was changed to a single and they also said I would have to lower my dose a !second time now! as it was to high for their facility guidelines the first time and now again because of my other medications that i have been taking just as long as methadone.(it was the medical directors personal feelings not a rule or guideline slipped from the head nurses lips over the phone) I feel like if the medical director actually had any part to play In my mat program besides the intake appointment she would know her personal feelings and not learning new methods are doing more damage than good and probably has been for a long time to alot of people. Everyone's body and addiction is different and I won't let anyone jeopardize or control my health after I have been fixing it from the doctors that started it all from a spinal Injury at 15 years old. Keep fighting even when the people that should be helping are not! You're worth it.

WARNING!SERIOUS ABUSER HELPER! what the social worker Kiley and Elizabeth who are in twenties did is to protect the abuser and rich and relationships and Elizabeth also did perjury testimony , which are conflicted with videos, pics, hospital report and police report. What two girls did is not only to twist the facts even tried me to delete the abuse evidence to help the abuser. One of the police told me to keep the evidence safe. the two girls told me they filed the police report of abuse ,but in fact, they lied and never did. The hospital violence tried to help and I was told the whole issues was controlled by ex ‘s money and strong relationships . I filed the girls’ wrong doings, but was told life is not always fair and let it go. I am responsible for what I said and 100% prove their wrong doings, perjury and corruption under that male leader!! More bad reviews I saw about them. But most of bad reviews disappeared. They do not want the public know their corruption and wrong doings. They have the way to erase the bad reviews.
