Glad Adam is gone, not a counselor at all. Talked about crypto almost every time we met and never gave me referrals for anything. He doesn’t belong in the field. Everyone left, there were only a couple nice counselors who really cared but they’ll be ran to the ground soon. The only plus is I don’t use fentanyl anymore, methadone helped.

I had an incredible experience with roots counseling services. I was at their sober living facility in the winter of 2024 for 30 days and then continued my treatment with them for counseling services in the form of IOP and OP for about 24 weeks. Everyone from day 1 was absolutely incredible. Kayla the manager made me feel right at home from the moment I checked in, making sure everything was taken care of and that I felt safe and at home. The house managers in sober living were excellent in making it feel like a home from the minute I walked in. Moving into a separate house full of recovering addicts can be feel intimidating but I felt at peace immediately. All of the counselors at their counseling center were also incredible. Cole, Sarah, Zach, Rachel, and Ryan all worked with me to not only address the behaviors that led to my active addiction but also to give me the tools to adjust those behaviors and put me on track to not only maintain sobriety but maintain a better overall mental health. I would strongly recommend and suggest roots to anyone struggling in active addiction who is looking to change their life.

When I first walked through the doors of counseling associates I was a hot mess. The team that I’ve worked with is professional, patient, empathetic, supportive, and engaging. I have experienced many epiphany’s that have lead me to a deeper understanding of myself, what my purpose is, and more. Much thanks to the excellent services provided. Before treatment my mind felt bogged down, cluttered, disorganized and just messy. With the services provided I can now manage my emotions in healthier ways, interpersonal relationships have improved, and I feel a sense of inner calm that’s wonderful. Can’t recommend enough.

My bill was $780 for the person to ask my history. No therapy was done just a bill for almost $1000 with no warning or anything about the price. All I wanted was for a mental health evaluation which they say they do on their website. Then I got an email saying that they do NOT do that, which was the only reason I went here. This is not a place for help its a place for insurance do not go here unless you think people asking you questions is somehow worth almost $1000. There's much better resources out there please do your research.

Zero star! I have an appointment this morning and the doctor appears 30 mins later. What’s more, the doctor prescribed an expensive drug and said it is cheap. When I come to the pharmacy, the staff told me it is very expensive since original price is 300. Another
drug is more cheaper which is only 8 after insurance. I tried to update the prescription and connect with the clinic, they said nothing we can do expect waiting for the doctor to update it. I have been waiting in the pharmacy for 3 hours and still waiting……

We had to go to the ER on a holiday while visiting the area for a mild respiratory issue - They were awesome, super friendly, fast, reasonable and saved our trip to the area. The dr (Cant recall name, but long dark hair) and RN Julia were just awesome, took time to explain things and just a great experience w exactly what my son needed.

I had knee replacement surgery one year ago. Leading up to the surgery, physical therapy after surgery and my most recent year folliw-up has been a pleasant experience. I got into my appointments on the scheduled times and many times even early. The Doctors, nurses, and support staff all were very caring and concerned. Highly recommend Stoughton Hospital.

The despair, trying to improve... Why??? Just for saying what's going on here, taken advantage of, false promises, came back here in good faith like many.. put forth so much to rebuild etc... new health conditions, put down for a certain one..

I stayed in Crisis Residential for a month (I got an extended week) and I learned so much and had SUCH a great time, I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in need of a timeout. Lots and lots of groups, very well structured, the rules are really easy to understand and follow, and the staff genuinely cares about how you're feeling during your stay as well. You get to see your psychiatrist once a week to make sure your medication is helping, and the psychiatrists they have on staff are wonderful, as well as your therapist and if you're in the substance abuse program, they're kind too, from what I've heard.
Once again, thank you Ecker, for helping me learn to manage my anxiety and various other symptoms. You've done a great job for a lot of people! 10/5 stars!
