The heal care provider Mindy was super caring and amazing to work with. The staff and nurses I worked with the day prior were incredibly helpful, caring and tried their hardest to be accommodating as well.
Unfortunately, the nurse whom I was spoke with today named Deb, was extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive when I kindly asked to update some of my logistics information that worked better for me both financially and appropriate to my relative location. I was seen at St Luke’s Hospital by attending physician Dr David Dierks for nausea related to my right knee replacement. I found Dr Dierks to be very professional and compassionate and I felt very well taken care of by all the staff there, including Brenda who was the admissions nurse and Lance who also saved me yet another visit the following day. It’s so comforting to know that when it is needed to go to the ED, that St Luke’s is there to help and make you feel comfortable and confident that you will be well taken care of.

These people are amazing in helping us. You'll have your reviews that claim otherwise but those are people who don't want to follow rules or are not serious about recovery and leading a normal life. Im in a much better place because of them. Rules change but they post them and tell you. The counselors and nurses have their own set of rules to follow and shooting the messenger isn't very kind. I've had 3 counselors but one received a promotion, one moved away, and my current Pam is amazing. I get sound and useful advice from them all. They help me fix issues. They are not just talk. If you want your life back and truly want help id go here. I drive an hour and 45 minutes just to get help from them specifically. I regret none of the gas mileage...

My child was seeing a therapist here. We stopped going after 4 canceled appointments by the provider without an option or attempt to reschedule. Was told couldnt get another provider without an administrative review of the case to have another provider "assigned" my child's therapy was supposed to be play therapy because that's what he responds to best. We were told that wouldnt be an issue. However have since found out from our child that the therapist does not play with him. The one appointment the therapist was able to keep over last 3 months he only spoke with my child for 20 minutes before bringing him back out. The last appointment (today) was canceled without notice and I was told that they dont message through my chart. I love gundersen but this clinic seems to operate by there own rules and most definitely dont adhere to the standards and policies of gundersen in general. We have pulled our child out and will take him to another therapist somewhere else. Definitely not recommended.

Beauterre literally saved my life. It's the exact opposite of what I thought in patient treatment was. The environment is about support, warmth and care while they help you navigate your recovery journey. The staff is extraordinary and the food is great too. Extremely disappointed at the "treatment" my dad was given here. He came out worse than going in! When reaching out to his care team about my repeated concerns about him being on the medication clonazepam they just said they told my dad (an addict) about the pitfalls of the medication, and he is aware. Well now my dad is high as a kite 24/7 off this medication-shocker! While I know it's challenging to work with people who struggle with substance issues and at the end of the day it's up to them to get sober. The doctors and social workers working in a treatment facility they should know that they are dealing with people who struggle with substance abuse and just telling them about the pitfalls of certain drug ISN"T helpful. Also, during his discharge no one would give me a straight answer on a time so I could ensure someone would be home to give him his new apartment key. I was EXTREMELY upset over his time there. I would suggest going to Hazelden in St. Paul.

Rosencrance recently took this place over and all 3 of my children's therapists left. Connections was amazing, but I would not go here as clearly the employees are unhappy and there is a complete lack of consistency. No contingency plan for how to work with these kids who are losing multiple support. No really conversations or planing ahead to connect them with someone new. My children were left to figure out for themselves, basically, how to continue to get support.

I had knee replacement surgery one year ago. Leading up to the surgery, physical therapy after surgery and my most recent year folliw-up has been a pleasant experience. I got into my appointments on the scheduled times and many times even early. The Doctors, nurses, and support staff all were very caring and concerned. Highly recommend Stoughton Hospital.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! My dad was admitted here. He was going on TWO days with ZERO sleep. They refused to give him any sleep aid but thought it was a good idea to administer SCHIZOPHRENIC medicine to a man who has been diagnosed bipolar for 40 years. He was having a slightly manic episode with ZERO sleep and needed to “reset” if you will. They did not take the time to sit and talk either him to find out his psychiatric state, but instead administered a random med and THEN accused him of saying some crazy crazy stuff so they could pass him off to Swedish American. Swedes has done a WONDERFUL job because they actually know what they are doing, as well as being trained properly in handling crisis in mental health, and were able to have a conversation with my dad to determine he was NOT hallucinating but was manically ruminating on “what a bad person he was” on top of insomnia coupled with HIGH blood pressure. The staff at Mullberry Rosecrance are incompetent and about 12 years old mentally. Matter of fact, my 13 year old daughter could run that facility better. A joke. No wonder why people take their lives. If you care about your loved one getting help I highly suggest you avoid this place at all cost. My life mission will be to shut this place down.

For the adolescent substance abuse program the clinicians are organized, fair, but above all skilled. Thankful to have such a good organization close to the Chicago area. Also, my teen said the food is good. Thank you, Rosecrance.

I can only attest to the counselor Becki that worked with our adult son. Otherwise my husband and I cannot comment on our son’s time there because he was released yesterday. Becki was responsive when I’d call. The first evening my son was there he hadn’t received his belongings and was worried and contacted us. I tried to get through to the facility but they were closed. The customer service line was inconsistent with their responses on how to handle this. A couple of customer service representatives told me that we’d get a call back from staff that evening and to no avail. We were exhausted and concerned about our son. The next day Becki the counselor contacted me. She listened to me and told me that our son was safe. She was patient, kind and respectful towards me. Our son thinks highly of Becki as well. Becki is absolutely the best at what she does and Rosecrance is blessed to have her on staff as one of their counselors. While my son was there, they experienced a Covid outbreak. There was apparently staff out so Becki filled in wherever there was a need. We hope that Becki is recognized by her commitment to those entrusted to her and that Rosecrance upper management will favorably acknowledge Becki for her outstanding work ethic and commitment to not only those in recovery who are fortunate to have her as their counselor, but her responsiveness with family members as well.

The Retreat is a peer operated rehab in Wayzata, Minnesota. This is a bit different than a traditional rehab because it’s more mutual and collaborative. The Retreat saved my life. I relapsed after 6 years sober and found returning to the program extremely difficult. The way they helped me immerse myself back into the steps was exactly what I needed.
