Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment IAM gave me exactly what I needed at the right time. The whole program had this balanced feel — not too intense, but still serious about helping me change. One time they were so nice because the office was going to close down due to terrible weather but somehow they manage to reorganize the appointments of that day beforehand! A helpful and resourceful facility

I received the best care from jen/Jenny in triage. she took great care of me. you can tell she's very experienced and very professional and has been taking care of people for a long time. it was very busy in there today, but she proceeded with a smile and the best optimistic attitude a person can have. 10 out 10. thank you Jenny ❤️

I was assisted promptly and with care. The staff from the receptionist to the doctors were kind, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. If you’re ever in a health care emergency, I highly recommend Allen Hospital.

I'm oddly confused about all the negative reviews. One of the best experiences I've ever had and has changed my entire outlook on life. I think about this place almost everyday since I've left, and I sincerely miss all of the staff. Every single one of them had a positive impact on me that I won't ever forget. I'm even headed back to school to get my bachelor's degree in a similar field, with the credit to my time spent here. I only ever heard positive things while I was there and a lot of people coming in from the outside to volunteer their time for meetings .. the majority of them give a lot of credit to Horizons for helping them as well. Thanks for everything!! ♥️

My Fiance is going to be there today, and I was really worried about it. I am in treatment as well in another City. We are both doing this on our own will, but after reading these reviews I fell better. I truly believe that treatment is exactly what you put into it and how much you want to get out of it. So far the staff over the phone has been very helpful to him.

This clinic saved my life. With their help, I have been clean for 5 years and almost 2 months. I owe a, "thank you" to everyone involved. !First of all, thanks to my amazing counselor. He keeps in touch frequently. He makes me feel great about my recovery and shows interest in my life choices. Thanks to the group that I attend by phone every Monday. It is ran by an awesome, no nonsense, counselor. Thanks to the wonderful staff members who greet me every morning with a smile. Thanks to the dosing nurses, who are, in my opinion, the best staff of dosing nurses that I've delt with in the 5 years that I've been coming here. I like to call them, "The Dream Team." Since they've been here, I get in and out in 5 minutes or less. I've also never seen a monthly get done in 15 minutes or less, until the Dream Team came along. That is impressive! Stay awesome ladies!! Thanks to the insurance companies. If you have Medicaid, you can get free cab rides to the clinic and back home every day, which I am absolutely thankful for. I live 40 miles away and it's expensive and sometimes hard to get to the clinic. I owe a huge thanks to, The Way Shuttle. For 2+ years, I've been riding with them and they are the best! I would recommend CRCTC to anyone who is struggling with addiction and is ready to get help. With the right choices, we can recover, one day at a time.

This place saved my life and regardless of the judgmental people that are not educated about it. They won’t understand. Nobody can judge me but God anyways and Ive. Hanged my life around for the better.

Great people, I couldn't imagine there is a more understanding and accommodating Clinic out there, if your struggling with Opiate addiction and scared or worried it won't work, it does but you have to do your part too, this is the clinic to go to they will have you set up and dosed on your intake day so really what do you have to lose. The people here will take great care of you My counceler Brett is the easiest person to talk for me I imagine the others are great as well. All the nurces are Good people very upbeat and positive. The Receptionist is always nice and has been able to help me with any problems I may have. Just a great place to get and stay clean.

Everyone from the patient support staff, to the counselors, the director, child care providers, and all the amazing people who came and taught groups helped me tremendously! What a gift this program is! I will be forever thankful for everything. I got myself back and my children! RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE!!!

I went through the program in 2001, I loved that I was able to have my son with me. I got the skills I needed and still apply in my daily life to overcome so many things and I am greatful for all of the help I got when I was there.

Great counselors that really care. And the nurses are the very best❤️ Terry, Tami, Sarah, Kim. Luv them all. Have been with pathways for 7yrs. I've been to three or four different clinics in ny life and this is the very best one.

I owe a great portion of my life to this place. If you exhaust all levels of yourself to the program....your life will change!!! My counselor was an ultimate savior. I have the utmost respect and love for those 2 ladies and all the staff that provided me with the necessary tools and feedback. You guys helped me save my life ..You know who you are!!!

I had to go to St. Luke's Hospital. They are the best Hospital I recommend because the nurses was good and so was the doctors and all the staff. I appreciate what you everyone did for me

I had a positive visit. Danielle made me feel absolutely comfortable to share private, intimate details about my personal life, lol. I had a situation where I only needed one session, but I would have felt more than comfortable to return, if needed.

My experience with ABBE has been very positive. Whether I'm dealing with the receptionists, the therapists, the nurses, or my medication manager, I've always been treated with kindness & professionalism. Mental health issues can be difficult to navigate, but the people at ABBE have made things much easier for me.

I started here when i was in 9th grade during civic and ive had nothing but good experiences here everyone is so nice and caring i know that doesn't seem to be most peoples experiences but I've had great experiences and they've all helped me so much
