I go to therapy and my medication is regulated through Unitypoint Health Abbe Center Independence and they are always very open about your plan of treatment and they truly do care and want to help

I was so blessed and beyond grateful to be able to go through The Heart of Iowa! Everyone from the patient support staff, to the counselors, the director, child care providers, and all the amazing people who came and taught groups helped me tremendously! What a gift this program is! I will be forever thankful for everything. I got myself back and my children! RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE!!!

I was there and now im 3 years clean. Good place to go if your serious and ready to find a new way to live. I'm forever thankful to all the counselors and the cooks who took there time on showing love and helping me get out of that hell I was in.. I still miss that church they used to take us every other weekend with Pastor Steve still can't find it. God bless and stay safe...

Great counselors that really care. And the nurses are the very best❤️ Terry, Tami, Sarah, Kim. Luv them all. Have been with pathways for 7yrs. I've been to three or four different clinics in ny life and this is the very best one.

I owe a great portion of my life to this place. If you exhaust all levels of yourself to the program....your life will change!!! My counselor was an ultimate savior. I have the utmost respect and love for those 2 ladies and all the staff that provided me with the necessary tools and feedback. You guys helped me save my life ..You know who you are!!!

Easy parking, its a Hospital not much to say about a Hospital, But Security is really on the job , I like that !

I really like this clinic. I haven't had any of the issues I've seen posted. The staff are all very kind and very professional. I'm not sure if this is a factor in the very different experiences people are having, but they were purchased by a different company at some point before I started in December 2023. So maybe they have different people and policies now? I just know that I've had a great experience, and after coming from CADS in Rock Island, I needed that. Our dose is up to us because no matter the length of time it's been, some people aren't ready to be done with Methadone. For some people, it's a decision between Methadone or heroin. And that's a clear choice for me. But, ya, great experience.

I had an MRI performed at the St. Lukes hospital in October and the female employee at the desk ehen I arrived was chatting on the phone with a friend or family member when I walked up to the desk to check in. She really didn't care that I was standing there, she finally told the person on the phone she would call them back. Then it just got worse from there. I wrote it in the paperwork and told 3 people that I needed them to give me something before the procedure, I am highly closterphobic! All 3 employees ignored me. I was put into the MRI machine without anything to calm me. I of course couldn't breathe and the nurse kept telling me to stop moving! I was hyperventilating the whole time and told her a couple of times I couldn't stop moving because I was closterphobic! So of course the MRI wasn't accurate and it didn't see the mass I have in my pelvic area. But I still had to pay for it! Which is complete crap!! I am writing this review to let other people know that getting an MRI is not a good idea if you have to get one at St. Lukes hospital. PLEASE check other options! Maybe PCI or Mercy hospital. In my opinion the employees of St.Lukes don't care! I have had many bad experiences with other doctors at Unity point as well. Just my opinion. Please make your own choice. My question is: Does St Lukes, Unity Point employees care about the people they are treating or is it just about a paycheck? Because your job is to care about the people you are supposed to be helping. Again just my opinion!

Recently, my wife had a bout of e-coli infection, which followed close behind her thyroid surgery. We called an ambulance at 11:30pm, and spent the following few days in treatment and recovery. The staff at St. Lukes provided superb care from start to finish! We want to especially thank the ER doctors and the nurses/assistants. We don’t know all the names, but Megyn and Eileen are outstanding.

This place treats Veterans with respect,and they sure know there job. EXTRODENTRY place

I have done a couple ISOP programs and it turned my life around. I am 100% a better person because of the people I worked with. John Dixson was my saving grace. He knew exactly what was going on in my life before I did. I was truly amazed that this program could turn my life into a beautiful New life and understand none of it was my fault. I left all my crap there and left a New excited Me ready to enjoy a life i have earned. I Love my life and I Thank those who inspired me.

The service and treatment that I received at Kindred North has been outstanding. Nurses very thurough and work hard to keep me and my room clean. House keeping outstanding. Rehab services great and Resp team on point with all my treatments. The doctors have been wonderful. Shout out to Dr Najjar, love him explains things to me so I understand. Nurses great Lynn, Vanessa, towenna have all given me extra special care. Thank you for everything I think I am going home today. Much appreciated. Christine

This people are so unprofessional they treated my brother so wrong after he has passed away .. gave permission for his girlfriend to take all his belongings out the room before his family even showed up to see the body .. blood was all over his clothing they never cleaned him up . Please never send your love ones to this facility the nurse is unprofessional they took so long to bring anything he want in the room like ice water or just to clean his room ..

This hospital saved my sister and gave her another chance. I’ll never forget for the experience.

When I first walked through the doors of counseling associates I was a hot mess. The team that I’ve worked with is professional, patient, empathetic, supportive, and engaging. I have experienced many epiphany’s that have lead me to a deeper understanding of myself, what my purpose is, and more. Much thanks to the excellent services provided. Before treatment my mind felt bogged down, cluttered, disorganized and just messy. With the services provided I can now manage my emotions in healthier ways, interpersonal relationships have improved, and I feel a sense of inner calm that’s wonderful. Can’t recommend enough.

Mario helped me a lot with his ego strengthening. 2 visits got rid of 80% of my anxiety.

The staff and psychologist I have seen here are fantastic. Dr. Newton is one of the best ones I have seen anywhere.

It is a great place that is if you want to actually change your life for the better they have meetings daily you can attend ifyoud like also oulike also they have s speakers come in 2 share there inspiring stories...who knows ? You might just get your life back,smile,live again..th

Thank you to the Financial dept. They were always very helpful and professional. When I could not pay my Excel bill they sent me to the right place to pay my past due bill. I cant afford all my bills do they helped me find the right people to help. I was blessed for all their help.

Friendly service workers

I got a lot more from this class than just alcohol abuse treatment, it also helped me understand my anxiety more. The ladies are very cheerful when I came in and it was a great experience.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Milani Services. They always helped point me in the right direction and Sandra was extremely helpful in helping me with everything I needed. Great place to go and all of the staff are amazing people.

Smooth experience in the ER over Memorial Day. Broken bones are not fun, but the staff and their expertise made the best of a bad situation. I knew I was in good hands and I'm grateful for everyone's care and attention.

Gunderson Health System is simply amazing! I've had wonderful care and experiences at all of their locations. Everyone really seems to care about their patients and doing all they can to improve their health. A+ 💗. So lucky to have access to quality healthcare in Wisconsin.

We had to go to the ER on a holiday while visiting the area for a mild respiratory issue - They were awesome, super friendly, fast, reasonable and saved our trip to the area. The dr (Cant recall name, but long dark hair) and RN Julia were just awesome, took time to explain things and just a great experience w exactly what my son needed.

It is with a heavy heart I must say this place has officially closed down for good. Yes they had their issues but if the QC really knew what these 3 people put in to save so many lives. Dr. Doyle is an absolute saint. For at least the last 5 yrs this man has been keeping this place open and staffed out of his own pocket while losing members of his own family. Dr. Ron Christian is a phenomenal program director/therapist. He was always there for me no matter what and always with the best advice. Mrs. Greene you are such a helpful sweetheart with a heart bigger than your small frame. These people saved my life. Twice. Dr. Doyle if you see this just know you saved me and I won't let you down.➕

Dr. Randy Doyle is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. My father has been his patient for years. Despite the complexity of my dad's problems, Dr. Doyle has always been there for him. He is thoughtful, genuine and truly cares for each of his patients. He has years of experience and is a great problem solver. Although he is in his office only one day per week, he is an excellent provider. If you are looking for a patient and caring doctor, look no further.
