Having relocated from a large city, the care here was superior in every way. 10 days in hospotal, not a single issue. Staff was amazing, admin was as well.

Had same day surgery for a total knee. Every single person I interacted with was professional, kind, and caring. The CRNA, Derick, was phenomenal. I had an entire team working with me and the experience was exceptional. Surgery went flawless and care was excellent. Highly recommended.

The Galena Clinic has not only saved my life, but my husband's life as well. Everyone at the clinic is understanding, compassionate and truly wants to help. The receptionist, dosing nurse, counselor's, and Doctor are all saving lives. I've been a patient for almost 3 years and I know I would be dead if it wasn't for The Galena Clinic. I love my clinic! What an awesome experience! The uncertainty I felt walking through those doors the first time quickly evaporated. My counselor was great, patient, open, understanding, honest, were a few things about her that made my experience fruitful. The knowledge I obtained was/ is invaluable. Stepping stones has really been a blessing to me and my life …the people I have met there have truly impacted my life for the greater good and are a major part of my life and my support system. Truly grateful for them especially at the main office !

This is a nice quiet place. My son loves the fact there are toys and nice play areas.

In all honesty people may talk down on greendale staff and the place that gave them a place to lay there head because they don't like rules which if they can't handle the rules and feed back that would help them out in life then that's on them and I wasn't too crazy about coming here seven months ago and I'm going on my 8th month and wanted to leave on my 2nd month but if you give the staff a chance to talk to them and interact with them then you would think twice about listening to others how horrible it is here which it isn't at all. I actually learned a lot here. I learned patience which I had none at all well very little when I got here now I can stand in line at a gas station for a hour and don't mind but what I'm trying to say is greendale helped me a lot and the staff does listen to your needs and concerns and everyone handles things differently in a positive way of course. Also they made me look at everyone isn't all bad people and everyone does things differently it's just that you want to change or be stuck at the bottom and they honestly opened my eyes and made me see the glass is always full and ever half full anywhere u go there's going to be that person who doesn't like something or someone well guess what that's life and if you want to change and I was very stubborn person words goes in one ear out the other and as time went on isnt like that for me anymore here not to kiss butt well put this if you want the help and want to stay clean and sober greendale and greendale staff is here 24/7 for who ever also the residents is pretty cool too.

I moved into greendale after a 30 day inpatient stay at rosecranse. Greendale helped guide me! The structure and accountability was detrimental to my life.The staff was amazing and were always there to help me! I'm extremely grateful for this program!

I entered the VA system fairly late in life (75) after receiving care through a broad range of health care systems over the course of my life. The Madison VA system is, barr none, the best healthcare I have ever received in terms of both quality and comprehensiveness. This is the best 'thank you' for my service that I could receive.

I have been incredibly impressed with the Madison VA healthcare system for my elderly veteran father. Each dept always exceeds my expectations. Lab, radiology, primary care, acupuncture, and especially the Audiology dept. They are life savers! I cannot speak highly enough of the care, love, and respect they display. Always going above and far beyond for our treasured veterans!

While it's a little hard for me to get to especially during the road construction season the clinic is about as accessable as anything else is in Madison. In July the VA is opening up a clinic on the east side of Madison not far from Sun Prairie where I reside. That should make it a good deal easier for me.

The staff here are very Kindhearted, Respectful and much more! I always look forward to my appointments at the clinic. This place feels like if it were my second home. They DEFINITELY know how to treat Veterans right!

Registration staff are great. Nurses are caring and professional. The doctors I’ve had are awful. Dr D T. Does not listen when I explain why I have come in she literally waves me off and says stop worrying, you’re ok. And I’m on my way. I have met with Dr. V. R. About severe pain in my left shoulder. She listens very kindly. Never looks at the site of pain where there is large lump. I got second opinion at UW and neurologist referred me to physical therapist because of swelling and pressure on nerve. This is starting to help and give me relief.

One time they were so nice because the office was going to close down due to terrible weather but somehow they manage to reorganize the appointments of that day beforehand! A helpful and resourceful facility

The counselor that was working my case was THE BEST. He was so easy going, which made the process easier. It was simple to talk to him and to feel understood. Thank you for having such professional people working there.

Been looking for that right place or new to the area YOU'VE GOT TO CHECK OUT STEIN COUNSELING! They have someone for EVERYONE know matter what your looking for....it is ALL based on yoU! Whether race, color, creed, religion, sex, partner & gender identity. It reminds me of how I was treated when I lived in Montana, your welcome now matter what, to each there own!! Don't believe me check out their website of services offered its in double digits & still growing recently adding Rapid Eye Movement Therapy. Every person at the front desk says Hello & knows your name!!(I've NEVER seen that before & it makes you truly feel cared about). Each person is so kind, caring & if you've got paperwork to fill out they are on top of EVERYTHING! I have been going to Stein for almost 10yrs!!!! I love how they find you the person your gonna work with better or have no issues if you wanted to try someone new/else..& the owners CARE about making their business the BEST it can be for person.(who doesn't want that in a business?)...PLUS I hear they even have a MT(massage therapist)on staff talk about the PERFECT me day!!!! They have even added space & more staff, check out the new kids/family waiting area! I have been to MANY different places over the years & this one is HANDS DOWN the BEST! I have no plans on leaving especially after I saw how dedicated they were to make sure EVERY client still got services during COVID(most times could only say that about restaurants & Nurses). I see Brie & have no plans on changing or leaving her. Just when I am at my darkest she knows somehow what to say, give advice on to try, etc. She is SO SMART yet so down to earth. Works with every age group & each client is treated differently but that's what you want right what's best for you, advice/guidance when needed, there for you good & bad, etc. You honestly really feel cared about when you think no one else does. They/she figured out how many times to needed to be seen during each season/conditions. VERY flexible. Lastly, I'd like to give a thanks to the WHOLE STEIN FAMILY for pouring your everything into starting Wisconsin's BEST & our areas #1C & CS LTD!!! (As an idea, what about buying 2 plastic change drop containers & pick a non-profit to give the check to each month? Plus it can be from the staff & clients!!

I have been going to Stein Counseling, seeing McKenzi Cook for about a year. She is one of the best!! Not even exaggerating!! I believe everything happens for a reason, and being sent to Stein was a true blessing!! Thank you!!
