I just spent 2 days at finely hospital in Dubuque. Started in ER then 5 med surge.It was very busy,they did there best to get me in a room.The whole staff was awesome,I am kind of in the buisness,I've been working for Paramount Ambulance co for 13 years.It was weird being a patient, I was and am very scared of what's gonna happen to me now.They found cancer in my stomach area,they took biopsies. I have been here with a family member on a handful of occasions and they have received excellent care each time. Dr. Markham has great bedside manner and the nurses have all been professional and knowledgeable. I would say all the staff have been very kind and friendly including the lab and X-ray techs.

We had to go to the ER on a holiday while visiting the area for a mild respiratory issue - They were awesome, super friendly, fast, reasonable and saved our trip to the area. The new outpatient facility was a welcome change. Having someone accompany me to the exam area and another to accompany me to the clinic office and then take my vitals was friendly, well coordinated and efficient. The X-ray technician answered my questions after listening to my concerns.
Dr Ravel was helpful in explaining some pain I was having leaving me reassured. He also didn’t shy away from my old man ramblings.
I left feeling I was invited to return anytime should concerns arise.

Recently, my wife had a bout of e-coli infection, which followed close behind her thyroid surgery. We called an ambulance at 11:30pm, and spent the following few days in treatment and recovery. The staff at St. Lukes provided superb care from start to finish!

Although I have nothing to compare this program to, I found my care to be top notch. Okay, the beds are a bit hard but the doctors, social workers and the nurses (almost forgot to mention the OT folks) were incredibly kind and effective. In my opinion, the inpatient program is as successful as the work you put into it. There is no magic cure; just need to pull yourself up by the britches and dive in.
Oh- the food is quite good as well!
I would highly recommend this inpatient psychiatric programming!

Connections Counseling is by far the best place I have ever been to for therapy and treatment. My therapist is insightful, inspiring, relatable and very knowledgeable. She encourages me to look within myself for strength and wisdom while she is there to help me. I now have 1.5 years of sobriety under my belt and have confidence in the future
The groups are a place of safety and comfort. The staff aswell as the peers are relatable, inspiring and encouraging. Kim is the most uplifting person you will ever come across in recovery. Dr. Bolden was amazing. She listened, and discovered what was wrong with me after being told it was other things that were not a big deal. Even when going to the ER after my visit with her, and there they said they thought it was something minimal, I went to a specialist and it turned out that Dr. Bolden was right in the beginning. Overall, I like Mayo. Good care. But... Recently was told that they have canceled their patient shuttle service which has been a huge plus for those of us with mobility issues. Getting to the front door of the clinic from the parking lot that is a few Hundred Yards away becomes incredibly difficult if not impossible.
After driving 35 miles to make my appointment, I shouldn't have to hire a taxi to get to the front door from the parking lot.
Apparently, this is a "cost-saving" measure that only ends up costing the patient.

I really like this clinic. I haven't had any of the issues I've seen posted. The staff are all very kind and very professional. I'm not sure if this is a factor in the very different experiences people are having, but they were purchased by a different company at some point before I started in December 2023. So maybe they have different people and policies now? I just know that I've had a great experience, and after coming from CADS in Rock Island, I needed that. Our dose is up to us because no matter the length of time it's been, some people aren't ready to be done with Methadone. For some people, it's a decision between Methadone or heroin. And that's a clear choice for me. But, ya, great experience.

I have been a client at cbh consistently going on around 3 years, prior to that another 4 years inconsistently. You cannot ask for a better group of people. From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed with care and kindness. As long as you are showing respect and meeting the requirements it's set up for success. I had been through the door's in the past and I was not ready then. But I was treated the same each time I returned and for that I am grateful that they even allowed me the opportunity to work with them. If this clinic was not here there would be ALOT of people without a family. This place truly does restore hope. The receptionist, counselors, nurse's and doctor are all great people! They help make a great difference in the people who go there.

I have seen some pretty nasty things written here about remedies and just want to clear some things up most of these poor reviews are from those under the influence of addiction and are angry because they won’t follow rules, firstly I know quite a few people who have been there long term (years) with no issues, including myself after years I was sent away one day for being 10 mins late it sucked but I was ok and didn’t oversleep again I learned a lesson, they treat everyone fairly but you have to do what your expected to do being fresh at sobriety is hard and their no pajamas and being there before 9am rules seems to be a big issue for most if you can’t be responsible for your basics how can you keep yourself clean? They will help but won’t make you do anything you won’t cooperate with! This is a rehabilitation center not a place to make friends so stay clean, keep away from others and mind the rules these simple things will take you far…..

Overall I felt that it was a good experience. At first I didn't understand why they called an ambulance for me. But I complied with them and I went to the hospital. I assumed that they knew what was best for me and them because earlier I had informed them that I have been thinking about checking out of this life. Also I hadn't taken my medication for that last 3 days. I am now taking my medication on time daily. I believe that Rosecrance is a very good place for anyone who needs help and hopefully they will accept me now that I am medication compliant.

Rosecrance Mulberry Center was a great 14 day program to help me reset and get some of my mental health in order. They provide great group therapies, very informative on how to handle and live with Depression and other mental health issues. Having 1 on 1 discussions with a counselor really helped me and I gained a lot of confidence with sharing and expressing my emotions.

The treatment provided by both Mike and Kim is beyond incredible, they have differing dynamics of counseling that complement eachother in ways that have helped me with so much more than alcoholism rehabilitation. From my experience, if you take the classes seriously and be honest with them, you can learn more about yourself and achieve a level of personal growth greater than a counselor or medication could ever provide.

i changed counselors here due to wanting to find one whom i can really connect with and who is not judgmental. both counselors were nice people but thiz one i can really talk to. my psyychiatrist is very well educated and knowledgeable but has become too busy and rushed since taking on administrative duties. when calling you have to leave a message or e-mail. no one is there to staff the phone. they do take medicare. the building is attractive in a safe neighborhood with good psrking and clean.

The lady at the front desk was very polite and got me into the section I needed to be in immediately. Dr. Garcia was just great, as he always is. I had some concerns about the meds I was taking (the ones that he prescribed), and he gave me a variety of possibilities that I could take. We came to a very well discussed possibility, which we hope will work. He always treats me and my concerns with a great deal of respect.
