We had to go to the ER on a holiday while visiting the area for a mild respiratory issue - They were awesome, super friendly, fast, reasonable and saved our trip to the area. The dr (Cant recall name, but long dark hair) and RN Julia were just awesome, took time to explain things and just a great experience w exactly what my son needed.

I was seen at St Luke’s Hospital by attending physician Dr David Dierks for nausea related to my right knee replacement. I found Dr Dierks to be very professional and compassionate and I felt very well taken care of by all the staff there, including Brenda who was the admissions nurse and Lance who also saved me yet another visit the following day. It’s so comforting to know that when it is needed to go to the ED, that St Luke’s is there to help and make you feel comfortable and confident that you will be well taken care of. Thanks St Luke’s!!!

Connections Counseling is by far the best place I have ever been to for therapy and treatment. My therapist is insightful, inspiring, relatable and very knowledgeable. She encourages me to look within myself for strength and wisdom while she is there to help me. I now have 1.5 years of sobriety under my belt and have confidence in the future The groups are a place of safety and comfort. The staff aswell as the peers are relatable, inspiring and encouraging. Kim is the most uplifting person you will ever come across in recovery. Smart move to have her be the first person you deal with at Connections. My life will never be the same (thank goodness) since I have come to Connections I will continue on my road to recovery with the support of Connections for as long as they will have me.

I am Mexican American and I didn't have not one issue regarding race issues as they are a little diverse in their staffing as well. I had a total knee replacement in January. I am now pretty much back to normal activities. I want to thank the following, Dr Patel. My wife and I were impressed with him at my first appointment. He did an amazing job with the replacement surgery and has excellent bedside manner and he always had the time to talk and listen.I also want to thank Kelley Hesseling at the New Glarus Branch, because she took the time to do an extra test, a blood clot which I had no symptoms of was found. This allowed me to receive the proper treatment. I want to thank Brooke Hoesly at the New Glarus Clinic. She was always very understanding and was able to get my blood pressure back to normal after I had issues with lab numbers. And I want to thank Physical Therapist Amanda Haglund also of the New Glarus Branch. She was also very understanding and had me do the stretches and exercises needed. Due to her illness and my blood clot I was about 2 weeks behind but in about six weeks she had me ahead of schedule. She also has helped me in the past with feet and shoulder/neck issues. I would strongly recommend each one of the outstanding professionals.

When I first walked through the doors of counseling associates I was a hot mess. The team that I’ve worked with is professional, patient, empathetic, supportive, and engaging. The staff is incredible – they are not only professional but also warm and caring. It's evident that they genuinely love what they do. Our child has formed strong bonds with the caregivers, and it's heartwarming to see the genuine affection they have for each other. Madison Detox made me feel safe right away — like I could finally exhale. The team was chill but on point, always checking in without being pushy. They kept things calm, clean, and focused so I could actually get through detox without feeling like I was in some cold facility.Every person there treated me with respect, not like I was broken. It felt personal — they remembered my name, my story, and made sure I had what I needed every step. If you need a place that’s steady and real, Madison Detox is it. Madison Detox is where you go when you’re done with the chaos and ready to hit the brakes for real. Detox can be brutal, but these folks make it way less scary — no fake vibes, just real care from people who actually know what you’re dealing with. They’re there every step, helping you shake off the junk and get your head clear. The whole vibe’s chill but serious — like they mean business but still keep it human. You won’t feel like a number or some project. Madison Detox helps you take that first real step back to yourself, with no judgment and all the support you need to keep moving forward.

This was only for the ER nurse Matt and the doctor in the ER. They were the best ever?? But…..::after being admitted and they never got approval to give me a diflucan for the yeast infection in my tongue. I’m still suffering. 2 days after being released. When I called the hospital. The call center was so rude. I wanted to talk to my doctor. She couldn’t help me.. After being admitted in 6-12,-25 I got on the 3rd floor Neuro/critical care floor. my experience was horrible! I had to ask if I could try eating! I was thrashing in pain and the nurse had meds for me to take the whole time. She seemed to enjoy watching me suffer. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Except for a quick ER visit. These nurses took more time talking and laughing with each other than they do taking care of their patients. Except for one nurse, who was of color, but she did everything she could to explain that I don’t take syboxebe anymore, I still don’t. i only had to take it for back to back hip surgeries and my body became used to norco. Under the instruction of a doctor, he told me to stop taking sub ozone 24 hours before a surgery, then take norco’s or morphine as prescribed. Stop when pain stops and after 24 hours with no norco’s in my system , I was able to take 1 sobixene again. Which I haven’t had since June 2nd prior to my oral surgery. If that nurse hadn’t stayed late to help me, I never would have gotten anything. She was on the 6 am to 7 pm shift and didn’t leave until 8:29 pm. Please be sure she reads this. And tell her thank you for caring. The rest of the nurses and the care team lady. Need TRAINING or they need to find another profession. It’s up to hospital administrators to make sure the patients get the care they need. I would like a call back from that office please or I’ll be making more calls and filing written complaints. I’m a paralegal and I know my rights. Wendi Fosberg

The manager or director seemed very hesitated about enrolling my autistic child... made it seem like he was going to be a problem that he is there or, that they don't know how to deal with children with special needs... from the other reviews I read, it seems like a on going issue with this center. Do better.
