The center has really changed a lot in a great way. They listen to us, have hired more people to help such as with our vitals and intake process. I love having my med providers they really listen to me and my concerns, my case manager is totally awesome, love the groups and I can't wait to see where the center goes!

I love my Dr Mary she is the sweetest doctor she can relate she is awesome at her job the only problem being is they cannot prescribe me the medicine I need because of some Corporation policy which is not cool because that is the medicine I've been on for years

It was very difficult to walk through the doors to get the help I needed. At that time I was in denial that even had a problem. One of the best things that I did out of the gate was going around and meeting as many people as possible. I went to all the meetings that I could, and quickly learned of the disease that I was dealing with. I sat back and listened to everyone’s story and soon started to see why I was there. It took a couple of days for everything to sink in, and I started to digest all the information that I could. Every staff member was 100% behind me in the recovery process and offered all kinds of encouragement. I felt comfortable being there and was able to open up to staff and other addicts in recovery without being judged. I learned how to identify what triggers make me susceptible to my addiction. They provided me the tools necessary to fight off urges and remove myself from uncomfortable situations. I owe my life to Valley Hope in Moundridge. I was on the verge of losing everything and had no idea. My time there has made me a better husband, father, son, sibling and friend. I definitely look at people in a different view and do not judge as I have no idea what life they have been dealt with. I came away with a new mindset on life and met a lot of great people. From the staff and patients, I am now living a great sober life. Anyone that is struggling or know of someone struggling, VH Moundridge is the place to be. I went in broken, and came out with the chance of a better life and a newfound family. This family is always willing to take a phone call when in need. We all have to work together if we want a better life. Again, the staff is top notch, and all they want is for you to be successful. Don’t wait another day. This journey started off with a lot of unknowns, now it is my turn to hold myself accountable and live a sober life. There are many alumni functions to keep you in touch with the people that you have met, along with a sober environment. Seeing their progress keeps me determined that I can stay sober and maybe help someone else in need. I do love my new life and new way of living. I highly recommend taking this journey, it might just save your life like it did for me. Also want to mention that the food is really good!

In June of this year I had never been more broken and hopeless. I had no desire to live anymore. God gave me the power and willingness to give Valley Hope in Moundridge a chance. It was the greatest decision ive made. They were there for me and walked through all of my trauma with me. The staff was top notch. Through being there for me through my detox and then being there to walk me through my life they were my angels. The counseling is what really made my experience there unforgettable. Today I am sitting at 99 days sobriety and I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for the help of VH and Ofcourse God. They showed me the love I had searched for all my life. I will forever be grateful to them.

Sober Living Addiction Treatment & Recovery Helpline had such an easygoing and welcoming vibe that I felt comfortable right away. The team talked to me like a real person, not a case file, and that made opening up a lot less scary. I took the 1 day class and Mike and Keith were very informative on the whole class. Its like they've been doing this for a very long time. ( oh wait they have :) ) They are both very great leaders and their knowledge about the whole class is very outstanding! They have great attitudes and keep you focused throughout the whole day! I went into the class not wanting to be there and leaving thanking them for their time and the things I learned from them. They showed that not only do they care about what they do, but helping people be a better version of themselves when they leave the class. They are a symbol of leaving the place better than how you found it. I can see that they will go above and beyond for anybody struggling and they just want to help families strive to be better for their kids or significant others. Mike and Keith thank you for teaching the class and showing your appreciation to everyone who walks through those doors. counselor Barb genuinely cares & will go out of her way to help however she can! Julie at the front desk is always so sweet & radiates positive energy. Dosing nurse Linda is an angel. When i was struggling she took the time to talk with me & ask if i was okay. What I really appreciate about this clinic is the staff bc they go above and beyond!

I am 5 starring this for treatment purposes only. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me cause meetings made me think of drugs more and intensely. However there were a lot of successful recovering addicts whom the program worked well for. I cant 2 star it because I didn't get much out of it cause thats my issue. I was able to become a recovering addict with 5 year clean eventually tho.

The staff was kind and patient every therapist I came into seemed genuinely interested in helping me even when things got complicated. This people aren't perfect but they care and will do what they can to help.

Walked in without a clue or insurance. The staff was kind and patient. After almost a year of addictions treatment and therapy sessions I'm better prepared to handle life and happier. Medication was discussed but never pushed. Every therapist I came into contact with seemed genuinely interested in helping me even when things got complicated with my lack of insurance and on multiple occasions I witnessed the staff going out of their way to help others in the programs with me. I was willing to change for the better and I know I was only going to take out what i was willing to put in. These people are not all knowing or perfect but they care and will do what they can to help.

Dr. Hall is very knowledgeable, understanding, and considerate of an addicts mind, emotions, and physiology. Especially during withdrawal. Very glad I accepted the referral which I'd received from the Caring Center of Wichita. ("Pete!!!") Another great place. I think the service and staff is top notch. I have built a great relationship with my counselor and the staff, who has the experience and knowledge to assist me with the issues I need assistance with. My insurance has changed, they will work with you as long as you show you are making progress on your account. I was given the opportunity to switch to another provider due to insurance, but the trust and relationship is worth the price than starting with another provider. If you are honest with your self and open to the ideas and tools being offered, I am sure you will get the help and assistance you need with Compass.

Great place to get mental health services from young to old! The secretary is super nice and very accommodating, they can get you in quickly and they have super nice therapists. My child goes to Emily the therapist there and she absolutely loves her!! I would definitely suggest or recommend Emily for a young child who is having difficulties with anxiety or depression . She does a great job working with them and can get my little one to open up where she doesn't open up for hardly anyone!! They offer several different ways of therapy including but not limited to play therapy !!

I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and stayed for 4 months from December 2024 to April 2025. The doctors, technicians and therapists are truly helpful and kind. They have amazing recources, I am now receiving treatment through comcare and considering attending WSU Tech as a mental health technician! I appreciate all they have done for me.

i was in observational out patient for a couple of days. they helped me when i was in a crisis. they got me started on mild depression and anxiety medication. they also helped me find resources to maintain my prescription and mental health services. the staff was fantastic and the other patients were kind. the room wasn’t ideal but everything else was great.
