This place is predatory, as in they are money hungry and prey on addicts under the guise of helping them. They are only friendly to you when you are paying them; anytime after that, they will treat you with disrespect and intimidation. They use outdated statistical information and attempt to brainwash you into being dependent on them. While there is a lot of useful information and services they can direct you toward, this third party company is only interested in taking your money and treating you as less-than-human. In my experience, Dale Walters, the in-take coordinator and class teacher, was only friendly toward me when I was paying him money for the program. Afterward, he treated me with disrespect by insulting me in front of the rest of the class, talking to me as if I were five years old and consistently disregarding my personal space by knocking over my water bottle and saying, "oh, I don't care about anything beneath my knees." This has been my experience and I hope it helps shed light on the poor practices of this company and its employees.

My Doctor and new eye checkup location. Dr Panicker has been my Dr for years now. Nice to have a Dr you know. Very informative and helpful. The Optometrist also visits here once in a while to complete eye exams. It would be nice if she had a permanent office here

Very well ran nice place to go in a crisis. Whatever you may be going through they will accommodate you as long as you’re doing your part as a human being. The staff is amazing Caret made sure I made it to a good place. 10 out of 10 service available to the public.

Best Crisis home in San Diego! Staff are super nice, relatable, and forgiving (Shout out to Ivan!) if you mess up and relapse on the property. They gave me a second chance. They truly care about your mental health and addiction recovery progress. The clients were all nice, some of them had a lil bit of drama towards certain people, but that's everywhere, I just stayed respectful and out the way, that's how you get along with everyone. They also take you to walks on the beach, which is therapeutical!

Turning Point helped me out in a big way. It was February, it was raining and cold. I was staring at a six-week waiting list to get into residential SUD treatment and being on the streets. Turning Point gave me shelter, food, counseling, my medication and a phone to use to call the rehab every day and move up the waiting list. They kept me until I got in to Pathfinders. Basically saved me. Anyone expecting more than that has unreasonable expectations and probably has some hard lessons in life ahead of them. Thank you, staff at Turning Point, for your valued role in saving my life

FRC is the best hands down recovery in Oceanside probably in all of San Diego. When I got here I found nothing but love and warmth from all the other girls here. The staff is amazing., they really do care about each and every one of us here. We're all treated with respect and without judgment. I highly recommend this program to all who is trying to fight the addiction. Thank you FRC. I know that I am on the road to recovery and I will succeed in my future God bless all

I wanted to leave this review because I feel like this program. Is not given enough credit. On July 11th, I will be celebrating my 11th year of sobriety. Aside from my higher power, I give all my thanks and gratitude to the friendly recovery center for saving my life. Thank you to all my FRC girls that I met there. My family and thank you to all the staff. I found a recovery center in the years. Is that I was there even now? To the stuff that are still there, helping these women out with getting better in life. We do recover 💪

I have been clean for five years before that I battled a ten-year heroin addiction. I cannot thank God enough for this facility and some of the counselors. I learned how to live again here and what it meant to be a woman, and as a result of this place and the assistance they provided to me and my son, I now have two lovely daughters who have never seen me high. The help is available; you get what you put into it. If you are tired of using, come here. It will not be easy, but if you can remain silent, listen, and learn, your entire life can and will change. I often think about this place and the counselors who helped change my life, and I am so thankful to God.Jesus set me free from addiction, and he used this place to mend my broken heart and make me whole again.

She is a true professional — caring, attentive, and always going above and beyond for her patients. Thanks to her dedication and kindness, my mom always feels safe and supported. Audrey goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel cared for — from making appointment scheduling easy to consistently sending reminders and communicating clearly. Her attention to detail and genuine compassion are evident in everything she does. She is an absolute asset, and NCMH is very fortunate to have her as a long-standing, trusted member of the team. I also want to recognize ROSA — what an amazing addition to the team! Though newer to MCMH, Rosa is already making a strong impression. Throughout the years clubhouse Del sol and Mariposa have healed me throughout some of the scariest,loneliest moments of my life ,the caring knowledgeable staff have represented me when I felt powerless over my circumstances. I have been a pregnant, homeless,veteran and have came out an educated woman in science,self sufficient, increasingly functioning member of society. Mariposa made me feel loved throughout this painful human experience as a survivor of so many abuses because of my condition. Through all inclusive activities like art therapy, helping in the kitchen to cook and serve food,and through peer support . I love 🫶🏼 Mariposa clubhouse es mi familia tu casa es mi casa.

I arrived at Mariposa Club a hot mess. I needed help and I got more than I ever could have asked for. This is a place where you can recover, have a social life, always something going on. Lunches are home made, and there is a little something for everybody to do. Luv this place and everyone in it! Very special!

I don't know why some people are bad mouthing TLM other than they are ungrateful selfish brats. I've been clean since 2016. I'm grateful for Lewis and his staff. They work hard to make a difference in people's lives. They care about others but if you don't care about yourself then don't expect others to pity you. Lewis will take the shirt off his back for anyone as long as you're willing to help yourself too. Lewis and his staff have big hearts at least when I went there and I can't imagine that much has changed. I never knew Lewis to allow lying, stealing, drugs, let alone cheating or anything bad of any sort. Last I knew, their were rules everyone had to abide by. The food was delicious. Lewis charged a fee for in-house living. Nothing is free. Lewis would even make arrangements to work with you on the fees so I don't want to hear all the rude, nasty comments and negative input written on the reviews from the imbeciles whom have bad mouth TLM. They obviously have no respect, no integrity, let alone dignity. If you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all because TLM is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone 100% especially if you want to get clean or sober. I lived through it and so can you. I'm literally a different person because of TLM. I'm grateful for the life's lessons I learned at TLM. My life is 💯 better than ever because of TLM. Tender Loving Mercy is the best place I’ve been to. It’s the only place that worked for me after others didn’t work out, and now I have almost 8 years sober. I’ve gotten my life back and I couldn’t be more thankful for Tender Loving Mercy and Lewis. Lewis is the hardest working guy I know and he is 100% the most dedicated to helping others who struggle with addiction and/ or mental health. He is the real deal, he truly cares and he’ll stop at nothing to help someone succeed. He’s also the best cook and will make sure you are eating good, and the food is the best. He helped me and I’ve seen him help so many others over the years.

Mcalister is an amazing place resources and offers a good out paitent program. Its all about doing the foot work and being ready to make that life changing effort to save your own life.
