I'm ecstatic to share my transformative journey. This exceptional facility has surpassed my expectations in every way. The staff is comprised of dedicated individuals who genuinely care about empowering you to reach your full potential. I'm thoroughly enjoying the serene atmosphere, which fosters a sense of tranquility. The unique name 'pyramid' is a testament to the facility's innovative approach. The support team is always available to offer guidance and encouragement, making them true champions of positive change. My group leader's thoughtful gesture of playing the graduation song was a lovely touch. I've had the pleasure of meeting some incredible people along the way. One key takeaway is the importance of maintaining a positive mindset, as it can greatly impact your progress and overall well-being. Whenever challenges arise, I've found that open communication with my therapist is invaluable. How can I forget Sheila!!!! She's caring, good listener, and very knowledgeable always ready to help. I got to admit I definitely had pause about coming to this facility because of all the negative reviews. And not knowing what to expect considering that I have never been to rehab or any type of detox program. Im thankful that I made my own decision and ignored all them negative reviews based on the fact that I really wanted the help. It was hard the first couple days, but the staff and other patients kept on pushing me giving me encouragement. I have no favorite nurse they were all great ,but I have to give a shoutout to the nurse Aaron. She was so nurturing, caring and super helpful made me feel like I was in good hands seemed like she genuinely cared during my detox process. (Which was so hard for me) I’m blessed to say I successfully completed the program. It was definitely an experience, to say the least!! but I stuck it out!! And I also met some coo people there. So thank you to you all, each and everyone of you all ( staff ) and SHOUTOUT TO THE MOUNTAIN MANOR COMMUNITY!!

I came to Austin Addictions in 2017 for the first time. I was very happy with the intake assessment and the professional staff, both in 2017 and current 2023. Over the years I worked closely with Paige Austin. She’s a one in a million type of person she helped me in ways no one else has my whole 34 years on this earth. Paige helped me realize that as long as I am striving and working to be a better me that’s all that matters and not to be concerned with others opinions on me. My favorite quote she always said to me was , “A flower doesn’t go around saying it’s a flower.” Austin’s Addiction is where I finally got the strength to get my addictions under control and where I just so happened to meet my significant other. So thanks Austin Family! Highly recommend!!! I wish I could give more stars 5 is certainly not enough.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never felt more comfortable in a place. John and lisa have been my counselor and they are both phenomenal!! I had relapsed and they never gave up on me and called me bc they truly cared about my well being. And when I reached my rock bottom I had called them and they were able to help me get into a rehab that was suited for me. After 26 days in rehab I had returned to Austin addiction for IOP with lisa.and I have learned more about myself and have found my true identity.

Walking into RightTurn was a scary situation. The unknown and uncomfortable scenarios that played out in my head wasn’t even close to the experiences I encountered. In the beginning while sitting in the lobby feeling like the world was on my shoulders I hade to fill out all this tedious paperwork. I now know it’s there to protect my anonymity and confidentiality. I just didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I walked in I was met with a level of respect I haven’t been given in a long time. It made me feel at ease. I was introduced to everyone and I’m not good at remembering names but a smile and kind words are really memorable. Id like to tell you I love everyone I met at Right Turn but it’s just not the case. Their program, the way the messages are delivered, the way the group facilitators speak, the outside meetings that are brought in it made me feel like they said everything I couldn’t every emotion I felt was being said by another individual I instantly related. I was given an assessment, peer to peer counseling and private talks with my counselor it gave me the ability to speak on how i was feeling, what I felt and what was on my mind it opened me up to see areas in my life where I kept falling short. Music group, Art group and round robins allowed me to express my pain and excitement in a different way. Individual and community based groups gave me a perspective from other people’s pain and suffering. We all have different stories but the same plot. I heard what I needed to hear. All I wanted was some help. I’ve had enough. I wanted to stop drinking and drugging. I want a better life for myself. For my family. I just didn’t know how to stop. I wanted just one more day clean and sober. I wanted the pain to stop. I’ve come to realize “I am not alone”. The staff at Right Turn isn’t walking around in lab coats and text books. Telling me how I should feel or act. So phony. It’s the total opposite. I was allowed my process. Each and everyone of them have been thru what I’ve been thru. Some a little more. Lol. Some a lot less. We found common ground to relate and express ourselves. I was talked TO and not talked AT. Thank you RightTurn Impact.

My boyfriend (he is leaving a great review also) and I have been a client at BH a little over a year and we both think the entire staff is wonderful!!! They always treat us with kindness, respect and compassion. I have been to 2 other facilities in Laurel & Cherry Hill and BH is by far a much better Facility. Each and every staff member has greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing EVERY time and I consider them all to be more than just "staff". My Counselor Megan is phenomenal, she answers every phone call or text message and really listens to what I have to say and sometimes I'm sure I ramble, lol. I can talk to her about anything and her advice has helped me many, many times. I consider her more than my counselor she's my friend. I have NEVER had a false positive, EVER. I think you have to be honest with yourself and not blame BH, that's a part of recovery, personal responsibility. BH's staff members are a big part of the reason I am currently at the highest Level, Stage 4, and I am over 6 months clean!!! I arrived at the Retreat at Sheppard Pratt suffering from severe obsessive-compulsive and body dysmorphic disorders. Jon Hershfield and the OCD team provided me with exceptionally skilled treatment so I could return home to a significantly higher-quality, more productive, and happier life. I worked specifically with Jon, Molly, and Rebecca (the entire team is fantastic), and they are without a doubt the most knowledgeable, compassionate, intentional, and collaborative clinicians with whom I have ever worked over the course of my 30+ year journey with OCD. They educated me on my conditions and empowered me to build the skills and tools necessary to live with and effectively manage these chronic illnesses. They worked closely with my psychiatrist and social worker on my care team at the Retreat to create a holistic approach to recovery. They also ensured that I was discharged with a comprehensive plan to execute with my psychologist at home. I highly recommend them and am eternally grateful for their life-changing care.

I went to The Retreat at Sheppard Pratt experiencing severe depression, anxiety and OCD. I'd been to other facilities and had to wait in line for up to an hour or more for meds that were dolled out without any consideration for the patient. I also had psychiatrist's who would schedule virtually once a week. This was NOT the case at The Retreat. The staff there were awesome! Absolutely ALL of the staff there, especially the doctors and nursing staff, were extremely attentive and knowledgeable. It HONESTLY felt like they cared. I literally cannot say enough great things about the OCD team, led by Jon Hershfield. They were tremendous! I met with Jon or one of his staff nearly every day I was there. Absolute pros! Thank you, guys! The Retreat is a clean, friendly, attentive and professional place to go if you are experiencing mental health problems. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

I spent 4 weeks at the Retreat at Sheppard Pratt last summer. I came in with horrible panic attacks and anxiety, especially around being in cars and transportation. When I arrived, I literally couldn’t be in a car for more than 10 minutes without the help of medication. I was ultimately diagnosed with OCD and very very lucky to be treated by Jon Hershfield and his team including Melissa Mondich. I started exposure therapy the 2nd week. My exposures were around the triggers to my panic attacks like motion sickness. We drove in circles in the car with the music on loud, and the heat up way too high, while I read from my phone. At first I was exhausted and it was tough but it is pretty amazing how quickly this produced results and I saw myself growing stronger. I had so much support and encouragement by the staff and my peers in the program. This program was very well rounded. I also had yoga sessions with Leonora, Acupuncture with Trina, and training with Terry, all of which I miss very very much. I went into the program being scared about driving 10 minutes away to a target and left the program and went to Greece to enjoy my regularly scheduled summer vacation and did not need any anxiety medication at all. I really can not recommend this experience enough. Also a massive thank you to Dr. Amara, my psychiatrist who oversaw my whole treatment and to the nursing staff especially Susan, Kate, and Talila!

Now that I've been going to this particular location for going on 6 years... (Will be 6 years this November 2O25)... I've had time to process a whole lot. The counselors are very caring. They're really helpful and kind. They want to see you do well. The nurses are super friendly. So are the doctors. As far as wait times, well, TBH, that all depends on what time you get there during the morning. Like me for example. I go daily now and I try to go before 6am, if I get there before 6am, and I don't have a UA, I'm usually in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the better clinics in the Hagerstown area. They all want to see you do good and stay clean and sober for the rest of your life. Not saying you'll have to be here that long, but, just enough to get stable to where you feel safe and comfortable with yourself. I also wanted to say that I've had about 4 or 5 counselors since I've been going there and IDK why the counselors keep leaving or getting let go. The one I have now, she seems pretty nice. Also, FYI: As of June 1st 2024, their hours will be changing. The cutoff time for dosing will now be 12 Noon, instead of 1pm. I think it's because of the lack of counselors and nursing staff. It would normally be a 5/5, but things have REALLY changed. Physicals every 3 months, I don't understand why...and they have a HUGE turnover of nurses and counselors. I'm telling y'all what, if Mary goes, idk how much longer everyone will stay. Mary is the best!

I'm going to give this place a 4 out of 5☆ This treatment center helped me tremendously!!! They are absolutely amazing here! New Seasons helped me change my life forever for the better on 3-19-24!♡ And I will forever cherish that!! & also be forever thankful & grateful!🙏🏻 I would not be where I am today without them! Since i was 16 years old. Almost 14 years i battled with addiction to opioids(pain killers) and as of 6-11-24, I am, 2 months & 22 days clean!♡ Methadone ONLY!♡ So Thank you New Seasons for everything you guys did for me! I appreciate you guys so much!.♡ Thank you for helping me change my life!♡ There are a few downfalls though.. 1. is the intake process.. Which takes 3-5 hours!!! & it will seem like it's taking forever & a year lol 😆 but that is the worst part & once you get through that the hardest part is over!!! I was hoping & praying so hard that the methadone was going to help me & I am beyond thankful that it did & it still does!🙏🏻 I dont think about a pill, i dont wish for a pill, i dont want a pill & i dont NEED a pill!!!💪 2. All the nurses go on break all at once except for 1 so there is only 1 window open for you to dose at so you have to be there before 10:30 or 11am if you want to get in and out quickly. I always made sure i got there at 8am because it wasn't busy at that time. 3.They don't take my insurance which is, (Wv medicaid) and that's why I had to be transferred somewhere else. But, I live in Wv anyway so I don't have to travel as far now. 4. If they did an update and remodeling to make it feel warm, cozy and welcoming✨️ It would make people feel a whole lot more comfortable when you walk in.. But, on a great note, Which is the most important to me is, Most of the staff are nice.. They do know how to communicate with one another which is a big plus for me! My counselor Merisa was awesome! I was truly blessed with her! I definitely recommend her as a counselor!👌 The dosing nurses are great! I enjoyed making their day just as much as they made mine! Especially Ashley!!! She is the best & will always be my favorite!♡ Most importantly I got a dose of medicine every morning that kept me clean which means I was able to live and see another beautiful day without fighting a battle that I fought with every single day i opened my eyes for almost 14 years! So yes, I would definitely recommend New Seasons treatment center when YOU or anyone you know are ready to get clean, healthy, happy & change for the better!✔️ I also recommend methadone instead of suboxone! It helps me tremendously!♡

Amatus Health as a company and organization is top notch in my experience. My personal story began at ADC(Atlanta Detox Center) where I was greeted by friendly faces and warm welcomes-I was treated like a human being and comforted through my detox. Then I went on to GATC(Georgia Addiction Treatment Center) for my next level of care-where the same warm welcome was extended. I always felt safe and cared for. Groups helped me develop insight and awareness. The clinical staff remained vigilant and available for my recovery planning and stayed willing to help. I am now 9 months clean and I owe a huge part of my new life to Amatus Health-ADC&GATC. If you have a family member, friend, or you need help with substance abuse-I strongly suggest giving Amatus health a call.

I go here, I have since December so it's been 6 months now. And while I like it here and everyone is so nice and kind. Everything moves slow. I understand they have other people and other paperwork being pushed through, I've just personally never been to a clinic that is this slow with process paperwork. Like every 30 days you're eligible for phasing up if you're doing good and everything looks good clean urines etc I've had clean Urines for almost 2 1/2 years and been here 6 months and STILL coming in twice a week. The last clinic I was at I had already gotten 2 weeks take homes by the time I was going on my 3rd month! So if paperwork could get processed faster this place would be great! So for that reason I'm only giving 4 starts!

Navigating opioid use disorder can be challenging due to the shame and isolation, and how it slowly unravels relationships and self-worth. MedMark Treatment Centers Baltimore is a partner in medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use recovery among residents of Baltimore, Maryland. This convenient outpatient clinic sits in bustling downtown
Well- very good methadone program. You are assigned a counselor. You attend groups to help keep you sober. They do drug test with surprise drug test weekly monthly depending on how long you have been with the program and if your urine are clean. They understand relapses happen. My favorite part is if you give clean urines-see your counselor-go to groups-report to recalls- you do earn take homes. You start out coming to medmark 6 days a week. But you can earn take homes after a few months and only have to come in every 2 weeks or once a month. Best decision of my life.
