I have been in and out of treatment for 15 years, and this is by far the best recovery center I have ever been to. The staff genuinely care about every client and their well-being. They aren’t just out for money or treating people like another number—they truly want to see you heal, grow, and succeed. I have felt supported, understood, and cared for throughout my time here. Recovery is not easy, but this center has given me hope and the tools I need to build a better life. I’m incredibly grateful for this place and would recommend it to anyone who is ready to make a change.

I would not be where I am today without the help of Recovery Unplugged. I had two 30 day visits with them back in 2019 before moving on to a 90 program in Arizona. Everyone was friendly and you felt like you actually mattered. The musical component of it all was life changing and is still a huge support in my life today. It's outside of the box recovery and if you are looking for a place to start, this is it. I'm coming on six years of sustained recovery and now hold a masters in divinity while thriving in Tucson. AZ. None of this would have been possible without Recovery Unplugged and I could not be more grateful for all they provided in early recovery.

The program and support is great, but once you finish no resources are provided. No follow-up with patients. They are all about profit. The providers can't even provide outside resources. This should be a warning sign they are out to make money.

Absolute gem of a detox center. The staff are caring and knowledgeable, the treatment plans are effective, and they provide awesome post-care plans. Shout out Trip, Kevin, Wade, Audrey, Mrs Jackson and all of the other amazing people.

My journey started there. Many great counselors. A couple of them really should find another career, but nobody is perfect. I still believe they do there best. I urge anyone who is in need of help to call. I am very grateful to them. Addiction is fatal when untreated. The good news is early recovery is temporary as well as painful. Thank you

It is always hit or miss on proper medical care in the United States. Yet, at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Virginia they have a select few professionals on the third floor at the Cardiology Center. The enthusiasm from Michelle makes it worthwhile to get properly examined. Anything worthwhile is always going to be a team effort. The Patient Ambassador checks you in and verifies your appointment, the consistency of Natalia Sanchez and her professionalism makes you at ease!

Excellent care at VHC. Dr. Joshua Heller saved my life on August 31, 2026 when I visited the ER for what I thought was a pulled muscle in my back. I am forever thankful to Dr. Heller and consider him the best doctor I’ve ever encountered.

We had a very positive experience at MedStar Hospital during the birth of our baby. The doctors, nurses, and staff were kind, professional, respectful, and very supportive throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and well cared for during such an important moment for our family. We truly appreciate the excellent care, patience, and attention given to both the mother and the baby. I recently had the opportunity to visit Embark Behavioral Health, and one of the first things that stood out is how convenient the Tysons location is—easy to access, yet set in a way that still feels calm and contained. From the moment I walked in, the space felt intentional and genuinely welcoming—something that’s not always easy to achieve in behavioral health settings. There’s a thoughtful balance here: it’s structured and clearly designed to support meaningful work, while still feeling open, comfortable, and human. What stood out most to me was how the environment supports both focus and connection. There are defined spaces to get things done, but nothing feels closed off or isolating. There’s a sense that people are visible, supported, and part of something shared—whether that’s during structured programming or more informal moments of social connection. Meeting members of the team only reinforced that impression. Everyone I interacted with was engaged, grounded, and clearly invested in the work they’re doing. It gave me confidence not just in the program itself, but in the experience clients and families would have navigating it day to day.

Came to the site to do a tour of the facility. Met the clinical director for the tour, would have given 5 stars but the front desk area was very messy and had a strange odor. This should be addressed soon since it is the first thing you see as you enter.

Embark provides top-notch, exquisite service beginning at receptionist, the enrollee director, and entire staff. This place was an overall amazing experience for me, the staff members are great especially: Matt, Fatima, Meta, Cali, Emilie, Amelia, Dani, Amanda, Tony, Bernard, Alissa and many more. they were kind and listened to me when I had concerns and taught me how to speak up for myself and how to have a healthy relationship with food and my body. I do think the Sunday outings and special walmart orders for allergen prone PT’s could be improved but since I’ve been here things have started to be improved and updated, it’s a learning process for everyone! My Aunt Betty last has lived at Record Street Home, an assisted living facility, for 3 years. She says that the nurses treat her like they are her best friend and the same caring and respect as a caring mother. If you are looking for a home, this is great place to come. You never have to worry about moving. They take care of any stepped care, including memory or medical care. She recently came out of the hospital after a heart attack and they nursed back to simply managed care.

Well done! Professional staff all around, clean, organized, came to the right medical decisions, allowed walkins. Would return
