So they take great care of their elderly, they have staff making sure to check on every patient on the hour. They also come up with fun, creative of activities. They allow friendly dogs on leash and they keep families updated very well on all the situations that’s going on with the elderly! The staff are so kind and amazing and are so great at their jobs. My mom lived in the Trinity Terrace assisted living apartments for 7 years before moving to the Care Center 1-1/2 years ago. She has had exceptional care in both facilities. Her needs have always been handled with the utmost respect and professionalism. The staff is consistently caring and attentive. Communication with family members is handled in a timely manner, often within a few hours, or immediately, depending on the situation. I have recommended Trinity Terrace and Trinity Care Center to friends who are looking for a new home for their loved one. Trinity has been home to my mother for almost 9 years!

I attended Pride Institute more than once. I struggled with addiction for a very long time before I finally got sober over two year ago. The Director of Clinical Services was kind, caring, dedicated, and supportive. His door was most always open. I would recommend Pride Institute!!

I was run off the road had women and men in my life nowhere to go and they gave me a place to stay. In a little bit of a future going forward but I just didn't know where to go bewildered because no matter what I do I was dead but at least there I get a little chance of a little life that was full to some extent I should have grabbed them more but it didn't know what to do thanks for being there

The Pride Institute is a place of miracles. The healing and recovery that takes place here is life-changing. I cannot speak highly enough, of the dedication of the staff. From counselors to therapists, from the tech staff to the cooks who prepare our daily meal, they are all 100% dedicated to the clients. In addition, the sense of community that is fostered here allow each individual to shine. You find yourself among peers who often have the same struggles that you have had.
You truly find yourself supported, and definitely not alone. If you are serious about getting sober, and have the opportunity to get to the Pride Institute, you should definitely consider this one of your best options.

So far my experience with Anne Marie has been TERRIBLE!!!! Early in recovery dealing with disconnection notices and getting back into the work force relying on public transportation in rural Minnesota and trying to find housing is NOT EASY and neither it is an excuse, but I am not sure how she can be kicked out of group after 1 group absence and individual. It is frustrating to work with a provider who calls their clients names during sessions and communicates in a condescending manner. Is this place not trauma informed? I’m so confused as to how I was discharged without being able to speak for myself or to Anne Marie’s supervisor.
UPDATE: Club recovery was ready to listen to my concerns and was quick to offer an efficient solution. I am highly satisfied with the care that I've received at Club Recovery, but amazed at their proficient customer service.

I absolutely adored my loving, kind, understanding, compassionate and just a teeny tiny bit rough, counselor, Ava.
Additionally, the program isn't like others that I've been to. I felt less triggered and much more like a family. Park gave me a purpose and motivation to get up, go, and actively participate every day. I enjoyed My time there so so much!!! And I came away with a great support system and the tools to be successful and healthy.
If you are looking for a good and loving recovery program, you will find it in Park Ave!!! Recommend 20 out of 10!!!!!

I went here on June 2nd 2023 I've been sober ever since! I still go here for therapy I absolutely love this place! I honestly cannot say enough great things about the staff they genuinely care about each and every client and it shows tremendously! Park Ave saved my life and my family! They didn't just help me get sober they helped me recover and gave me the best tools to maintain my recovery! I do and will continue to recommend Park Ave to anyone who struggles with addiction! I've been to several treatments and NEVER maintained my recovery until I went here! My family and I will be forever grateful to Park Ave for their dedication to save lives they certainly saved mine!

The staff is amazing and only wants to help in any way they can. The facility itself is well kept, very clean with a peaceful environment, comfortable and serene. This is the only methadone clinic I have ever been to, but I really like the nurses here and the staff is amazing. I got really sick one morning and they took really good care of me and nobody made a big deal of it. I love Bryant he is a great counselor - very thorough when we meet. Going to dose almost every morning can be a drag but they make it easy.

I've gone to inpatient in Shakopee and outpatient with lodging in Chaska. Both locations the staff is great. Counselors, techs, peer recovery specialists, medical staff, even kitchen staff. All of them truly care about our recovery, and will do everything they can for you. Northstar also has sober housing if you need it after treatment.

Are you reading these reviews considering whether or not you need treatment? The answer is, you do. The best thing I've ever done for myself was admitting I needed help. The second best thing was going to Hazelden.It's a beginning, it's not a solution. So don't fool yourself into thinking they will solve your problems. But I can honestly promise you, if you open yourself up and surrender all of your B.S..you can and will heal.I had suffered a stroke and was in a coma for 3 days before I admitted myself. If I would have continued to drink, I would not be typing this right now. I would be dead. You don't have to suffer alone anymore, I did that for way too long.So Im telling you, love yourself for a change. Look in the mirror at yourself. Are you ok with what you see?You can and will get better if you are truly willing to. And no--you can no longer do it on your own. How many times have you already tried that? Trust me, my name is Kevin and I owe my life to this program, the wonderful staff and the community of people who accepted and embraced me.

Hazelden taught me how to live a healthy life again and gave me my life back. They addressed the poor coping skills that landed me there and gave me new ones.
I continue to have nothing but the best of experiences with the staff at the St Paul location. I am grateful to so many people, but I do want to mention the incredible nursing department. Diamond and Ian, I look forward to every time I see you guys! Consider yourself very lucky if you get Dr. Exo - she's amazing! Laurie was a mentor to me at center City, and a big part of my decision to stick with the program.

I wanted to thank one of the customer service person (Sophia) who went above and beyond in helping me sched a virtual appt with one of the Psychiatrists PA-C. I was supposed to be bringing someone for an In person but thought it was a virtual appt. Sophia worked to contact the Psychiatrist PA-C and send a new link so we could do the virtual appt. She had a great tone of voice and she was happy to help.
I also wanted to thank Zoua Xiong, the Psyxhiarist PA-C who was flexible in allowing us to switch to a vitual appt. Zoua allways takes time to listen to the person's concerns I bring to see her. She offers great suggesions expresses her care and concern. Thank you

I’ve been receiving services from Nystrom and Associates for many years. Their attention to your needs is always focused on, and I feel like their staff is well trained to handle any situation one might struggle with. They are very open to the LGBTQ+ lifestyle, and I didn’t feel ostracized in any way. Each therapist has always been kind, considerate, respectful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you contact them at one of their many locations. Telehealth services are available as well.

I can't say enough good things about Nystrom and Associates in Eden Prairie! I've only had two therapy appointments so far, but I'm already looking forward to scheduling my next ones. Heidi Bishop has been absolutely wonderful! She creates a safe and supportive environment that makes it easy to open up about my feelings and experiences. I'm hopeful that our work together will help me navigate the challenges I'm facing.
I also had a Rule 25 assessment with Julien Monroe, and she was fantastic! She was not only sweet but also incredibly efficient with her time. It was clear that she genuinely understood my situation and communicated everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and heard.
I appreciate the variety of services they offer, including my upcoming telehealth appointment with an ARHMS worker. It's great to have multiple ways to connect, making it convenient to fit therapy into my busy schedule. Plus, having so many resources available in one place makes it easy to manage all my needs and appointments.
Overall, I highly recommend Nystrom and Associates. The staff is caring, professional, and truly invested in helping their clients. I’m excited to continue my journey with them!

I've changed my review they've implemented a lot of good things. The monthly mandatory group is online now which is amazing I have severe phobias and sitting in a small room of 20 people with potentially catching COVID makes me feel a lot better knowing I can sit at home in a group on camera and my counselor Rob is amazing and genuinely cares so they fixed a lot so I give this clinic a thumbs up. My previous review wasn't too fair I feel like they fixed a lot of the issues that I had problems with which is really good lots of places don't do that and they certainly don't listen to their clients usually and fixing those issues so it's a very nice change of pace to feel like we are heard 👍

I've never had any problem going to this clinic. The personnel is very efficient and they always fulfill the appointments' time. Inside the clinic, it's very pleasant and clean. Will always come back with no hesitation.

I’ve been going to the Shakopee VA for over three years, and it has consistently been the best medical care I’ve received anywhere. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff are kind, helpful, and quick to respond. They make you feel welcome and supported right away.
The psychologists and physical therapists here are also excellent. They do their best to schedule appointments quickly, they listen, and they work with you to address your needs in a real and meaningful way.
Most of all, I want to recognize Dr. Reddy. She provides care at a personal level that’s hard to find. She makes sure medications, scans, and bloodwork are handled promptly, and she responds to messages and appointment requests almost immediately. It’s clear how much she cares about her patients and how hard she works every day.
Overall, I’m very grateful for the staff and providers at the Shakopee VA. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment truly make a difference

This is a good program for people who are trying to get better. They will provide you with the necessary tools to get back in your feet with great lectures and a solid vision. Despite some of the bad reviews I’ve seen of progress valley? Personally they have helped me many times. I believe recovery isn’t always getting it right the first time. They always welcomed me back with open arms and were proud of me for making the step to come back into an inpatient treatment. I am now going on 5 months sober & am so grateful for the program. If it wasn’t for them and what I’ve learned from them through the years I would probably be dead. Juli is amazing, faith is absolutely a sweetheart and so caring, the director lady Renee used to scare the shit out of me but she just cares about you and is very much just straight forward and wants the best for you. I have seen many people who have graduated the program come back and work there themselves and I believe it’s beautiful because they are also helping their recovery by working with people and helping them stay sober and be supports! I hope one day I could come and work for progress valley! Thank you guys for everything you do & I am sorry that some people have had bad experiences here, progress valley isn’t for everyone just like everyone has different tastes in things. I personally loved progress valley & I always will.
