So they take great care of their elderly, they have staff making sure to check on every patient on the hour. They also come up with fun, creative of activities. They allow friendly dogs on leash and they keep families updated very well on all the situations that’s going on with the elderly! The staff are so kind and amazing and are so great at their jobs. My mom lived in the Trinity Terrace assisted living apartments for 7 years before moving to the Care Center 1-1/2 years ago. She has had exceptional care in both facilities. Her needs have always been handled with the utmost respect and professionalism. The staff is consistently caring and attentive. Communication with family members is handled in a timely manner, often within a few hours, or immediately, depending on the situation. I have recommended Trinity Terrace and Trinity Care Center to friends who are looking for a new home for their loved one. Trinity has been home to my mother for almost 9 years!

Went to this place in 2018 short term program, 3 months. Saved and changed my life. I understand it may not be for some but it always starts with yourself, you have to really want it and if you do the people and counselors here will help guide your way. Not everything is sunshine and rainbows here or anywhere for that matter, you have to be strong you have to be determined and if you are this place will work wonders for you. I'll have 8 years sober in 2 days and it all started here. Life is what you make it. If you're lost it doesn't mean you're lost forever, sometimes we all just need a little help and adult and teen challenge can be that help.

I absolutely adored my loving, kind, understanding, compassionate and just a teeny tiny bit rough, counselor, Ava.
Additionally, the program isn't like others that I've been to. I felt less triggered and much more like a family. Park gave me a purpose and motivation to get up, go, and actively participate every day. I enjoyed My time there so so much!!! And I came away with a great support system and the tools to be successful and healthy.
If you are looking for a good and loving recovery program, you will find it in Park Ave!!! Recommend 20 out of 10!!!!!

I went here on June 2nd 2023 I've been sober ever since! I still go here for therapy I absolutely love this place! I honestly cannot say enough great things about the staff they genuinely care about each and every client and it shows tremendously! Park Ave saved my life and my family! They didn't just help me get sober they helped me recover and gave me the best tools to maintain my recovery! I do and will continue to recommend Park Ave to anyone who struggles with addiction! I've been to several treatments and NEVER maintained my recovery until I went here! My family and I will be forever grateful to Park Ave for their dedication to save lives they certainly saved mine!

I've gone to inpatient in Shakopee and outpatient with lodging in Chaska. Both locations the staff is great. Counselors, techs, peer recovery specialists, medical staff, even kitchen staff. All of them truly care about our recovery, and will do everything they can for you. Northstar also has sober housing if you need it after treatment.

Capital park is EXCEPTIONAL. They make you feel like family from the doctor's, the techs, the nurses and even the kitchen staff. Just unbelievable place to get help from. They have people like Jessica who just make you feel like a human being not a patient and all the other therapists who are wonderful. I truly honestly and deeply love capital park for that!

So far my experience with Anne Marie has been TERRIBLE!!!! Early in recovery dealing with disconnection notices and getting back into the work force relying on public transportation in rural Minnesota and trying to find housing is NOT EASY and neither it is an excuse, but I am not sure how she can be kicked out of group after 1 group absence and individual. It is frustrating to work with a provider who calls their clients names during sessions and communicates in a condescending manner. Is this place not trauma informed? I’m so confused as to how I was discharged without being able to speak for myself or to Anne Marie’s supervisor.
UPDATE: Club recovery was ready to listen to my concerns and was quick to offer an efficient solution. I am highly satisfied with the care that I've received at Club Recovery, but amazed at their proficient customer service.

My child had his first visit to the doctor. I asked an interpreter to assist over the phone, but the connection was choppy and the quality wasn’t good. While this might be fine for general medical consultations, I don’t think it’s suitable for situations where you need to express your feelings. Also, the doctor’s diagnosis was different from what I had expected, so I plan to ask about my concerns at the next appointment.

It's a tight and small clinic, but the care I've received has always been better than most facilities. The facility is clean, but could use a check-in kiosk like the ones many other facilities have. I say that only because the poor lady behind the counter was still engaged in warfare with her bowels and it muddied up things for a few minutes.
Still; no complaints. The doctors listen, are experts in their field, and the staff wants to interact with you.

I’ve been going to the Shakopee VA for over three years, and it has consistently been the best medical care I’ve received anywhere. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff are kind, helpful, and quick to respond. They make you feel welcome and supported right away.
The psychologists and physical therapists here are also excellent. They do their best to schedule appointments quickly, they listen, and they work with you to address your needs in a real and meaningful way.
Most of all, I want to recognize Dr. Reddy. She provides care at a personal level that’s hard to find. She makes sure medications, scans, and bloodwork are handled promptly, and she responds to messages and appointment requests almost immediately. It’s clear how much she cares about her patients and how hard she works every day.

I've changed my review they've implemented a lot of good things. The monthly mandatory group is online now which is amazing I have severe phobias and sitting in a small room of 20 people with potentially catching COVID makes me feel a lot better knowing I can sit at home in a group on camera and my counselor Rob is amazing and genuinely cares so they fixed a lot so I give this clinic a thumbs up. My previous review wasn't too fair I feel like they fixed a lot of the issues that I had problems with which is really good lots of places don't do that and they certainly don't listen to their clients usually and fixing those issues so it's a very nice change of pace to feel like we are heard đź‘Ť

idk about wakiagun but KOLA be the cleanest shelter/day center I have been to in MPLS. love not having to call to get a spot you just show up and they open doors at 7pm but spots get filled quickly. Holds like 25-30 men and 5-10 women. Seriously only place I feel safe to sleep and not trip.

I was run off the road had women and men in my life nowhere to go and they gave me a place to stay. In a little bit of a future going forward but I just didn't know where to go bewildered because no matter what I do I was dead but at least there I get a little chance of a little life that was full to some extent I should have grabbed them more but it didn't know what to do thanks for being there

Great clinic. Lots of free parking, clean building, pharmacy on site. We saw Julie Kovanda and she was absolutely lovely— didn’t make us feel rushed, listened to us, asked plenty of questions. She saw us quickly too. We also filled an RX at the pharmacy and the pharmacy tech and pharmacist were both wonderful and caring. I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic!

Great clinic. I feel comfortable and respected here, and the service is very streamlined. The clinic is clean and staff are knowledgeable.
I've only got one issue: I chose a specific provider for me and my daughter. I SPECIFICALLY chose that provider for primary care... And we weren't allowed to see that practitioner... Each appointment I set up, I received a call to change providers because the one I chose "wasn't a pediatrician" (yes she was) and for my cancellation, I literally got no answer. It offended me. Am I not meant to be in control of and comfortable with our care??

I have fought my mental health since I was a teen. (51 now)
I was in United Hospital for a few weeks after being off my meds and having some "issues". After the hospital I came here for 90 days of intensive treatment. It has literally changed my life and outlook ON life more than I could've ever imagined. The staff and the other residents have been amazing. I got my meds all lined up and have been taking them religiously. The groups and the actual treatment has helped me enormously to the point that friends I had lost because of WHO I had become with my bipolar flaring up have come back and are so supportive. I will never forget what Maghakian Place has done for me and there's still two months to go. If you need help, trust me....it's out there. Don't be afraid to WIN the battle you've been fighting!!!!! God bless you all and God bless Maghakian Place.
