i was a recent client, mixed feelings about my stay. The staff are relatable and actually care. This program knows how to hire a great staff, In my time there I've gained insight on a level beyond what i thought possible. Give them a chance, better yet, give yourself a chance. They believe in you.

I'm currently in the program living @ one of the spirit houses it's a great Faith based program. The staff and owner really help you.

This is the best hospital in the whole country. They are very well trained to provide high-quality services. For any medical reasons, I would put my health in their hands. They have saved a lot of lives included mine. My experience in this place was amazing.

I received great care at all of my appointments, primary and specialty care. My hospital stays have given me an opportunity to meet skilled caregivers, nurses. The doctors are knowledgeable and related well with patients and staff. Thank you for serving us veterans.

Anna the head floor nurse on 3E was a gracious host and facilitated a mentorship session with a brother veteran. This was very humbling for me and especially Dave, the day before Veteran's Day!

If you don't expect to be treated fairly, but are in need of medication to help you get off of opiates, this does work.

Until the past few months, I have successfully completed the program once, but then the disease that I have that causes so much pain spread rapidly and I was back on prescription painkillers regularly. Though I hadn't begun abusing them, the prospect of going down that road again scared me into going back until my disease was better controlled. Going back was one of the biggest mistakes I've EVER made. In retrospect I wish I'd trusted in myself more and all I'd learned and applied during round 1 and never walked back through that door.

Dr Rosus Is The Most Intelligent, Caring Psychiatrist In The Profession of Psychology. She is Phenomenal! Kyle Is So Wonderful in His Caring, Calm Ways. Both of These Two Individuals Are Highly Qualified Without Judgement. They Both Deserve Medals. God Bless.

Gwen and Scott are the best. I tried other treatments, but this one is definitely the best. All the other ones I tried, were for profit, and it truly showed, they were more interested in moving you to a higher level of care than actually helping you. My advice, always choose a non profit treatment facility, and Canvas is the one I chose and I highly recommend it.

Our Therapeutic Assistant Practitioner is second to none. Does an amazing job listening and caring.

I was worried about the stigmata of that kinda of treatment, but wish I came a lot sooner. If your sick of the daily grind just go.

I've changed my review they've implemented a lot of good things. The monthly mandatory group is online now which is amazing I have severe phobias and sitting in a small room of 20 people with potentially catching COVID makes me feel a lot better knowing I can sit at home in a group on camera and my counselor Rob is amazing and genuinely cares so they fixed a lot so I give this clinic a thumbs up. My previous review wasn't too fair I feel like they fixed a lot of the issues that I had problems with which is really good lots of places don't do that and they certainly don't listen to their clients usually and fixing those issues so it's a very nice change of pace to feel like we are heard 👍

I really appreciate this place and grateful I personally just don't care for their new food pantry the staff are rude and not the best for a big family since the options are limited to 1 item even when with multiple kids with you!

This is a good program for people who are trying to get better. They will provide you with the necessary tools to get back in your feet with great lectures and a solid vision. When no one believed in me, they did it and now I'm a new person, thanks for all you did for me. Progress Valley really works!

Despite some of the bad reviews I’ve seen of progress valley? Personally they have helped me many times. I believe recovery isn’t always getting it right the first time. They always welcomed me back with open arms and were proud of me for making the step to come back into an inpatient treatment. I am now going on 5 months sober & am so grateful for the program. If it wasn’t for them and what I’ve learned from them through the years I would probably be dead. Juli is amazing, faith is absolutely a sweetheart and so caring, the director lady Renee used to scare the shit out of me but she just cares about you and is very much just straight forward and wants the best for you. I have seen many people who have graduated the program come back and work there themselves and I believe it’s beautiful because they are also helping their recovery by working with people and helping them stay sober and be supports! I hope one day I could come and work for progress valley! Thank you guys for everything you do & I am sorry that some people have had bad experiences here, progress valley isn’t for everyone just like everyone has different tastes in things. I personally loved progress valley & I always will.

By far the best rehab I been too and still going to currently love the staff and techs and all the councilors very nice and there to help with anything you need they help me with clothes and everything I highly recommend going here

People here are so nice and caring they believe in you, and they greet you every time they see you with a smile on their face!

The falls were at their best with all the rain we had. Enjoyed walking down all the stairs and seeing the falls from another angle.

Been to 7 inpatients and countless outpatient treatments. And metro hope has worked for me. Faith based Christ centered. Just graduated 4 days ago. Now I'm currently a house manager and driver here. Would totally recommend this place to anyone that is willing to take the next step forward. Being obedient to Christ and last but not least listen to staff. God created authority. All authority comes from God anyone that rebels/disobeys authority is disobeying God. It's not the program that will change you it's you allowing God to transform you while you're in the program. If you're not ready to stop doing what isn't working you won't be ready to start doing what is working. Be blessed

I was at the Mexican Consulate to get my Mexican passport and ID. If you have any business with them, they are efficient and friendly. I don't know much about CLUES.

My case manager Julieta for clues has been super amazing with myself and my little family! Very helpful, patient, friendly and supportive! I wouldn’t trade her for anything in this world! Within weeks she has been our angel! We don’t know where else we would be without her services! Highly recommended to have her work with you and your situation and team! Clues is the best!

Staff are so nice and the two ladies at the front check in are absolutely the best very welcoming with no judgement at all HANDS DOWN THE BEST CLINIC AROUND!!!!!

I've tried a couple of other similar programs over the last 10+ years and STS is by far the best. They're genuinely concerned about my recovery and do whatever they can to help me stay focused on bettering my life.

This place has been very helpful with my recovery. The staff are kind,compassionate,and very helpful, thanks to this place I’ve been clean for 5 years. I would not be who I am today if I didn’t have this clinic, they have helped save my life!
