I have family members that have been there and the staff were very kind and always helpful. The nurse practitioner is Very kind and patient evaluating every possibility to help someone the best way they can. Like most places they probably get super busy or behind at times, but that came with Changes with Covid. I see the results of Region8 patients almost on a daily basis. Anything from depression, anxiety, alcoholism,, bipolar, schizophrenia, and more mental health issues for adults and children than I could ever list. Thank you, Region8 and all of your staff for your presence in our community. I greatly appreciate everything you’ve done for everybody. I’ve known that’s been there as well as helping those that I do not know.

I attended Harbor House in Jackson in 2014. Pam Moore was my counselor. I am still clean today. It took me 5 rehabs until I was ready. I came to the area and spent the whole summer. I stayed for their secondary program. I was in really good hands here. I praise this place and will never forget this formative time. 10/10.

I had to make a special call to give a personal "Thank You" to Executive Director, Dedria D. Black for her wonderful staff at the Harbor House Chemical Dependency Center in Jackson Mississippi. The staff there are Professionals, Supportive, Compassionate, Caring etc. Their treatment philosophy goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients get the very best care for their recovery. Whenever I would call they gave me updates on my family member and their recovery. I've had over 40 years experience managing and working hands on in customer service. Finding the perfect team isn't easy but they've managed to do just that at the Harbor House. I would also like to send a special "Thank You" to Mission Specialist, Mrs. Shirley, Intake Coordinator, Mrs. Kayla, Nurse Manager, Mrs. Morenik and Counselor, Mrs. Kim Curtis for going above and beyond. I know that my family member is at the right place getting the treatment and tools that they need to be successful in life. Don't change a thing. I was sent to this hospital for 3 different Infusions due to being a cancer patient and being diagnosed with covid. The care that each nurse and lab tech and the young ladies at the front desk showed me was above and beyond. The whole staff was exceptional. I wished I would have gotten all their names to thank them personally. Keep up the great work . It's medical teams like you guys that patients like me want to see. You all definitely earned 5 stars.

I know this facility has mixed reviews, but I wanted to share our experience so far. My father was recently transferred here after a very serious hospitalization involving dehydration, malnutrition, lithium toxicity, sepsis, and aspiration pneumonia. During our first visit we were able to meet with his doctor, Dr. Coughlin, and the staff working with him. Everyone we encountered was kind, professional, and took time to speak with us about his care and recovery plan. The facilities and grounds are well kept, and the environment felt calm and organized. From what we have seen so far, the staff truly seem to care about the patients. We are already seeing signs of progress with my dad, including him standing with assistance and beginning to eat again. It may be too early to give a final rating, but based on our first visit and the care we have seen so far, we are very grateful for the doctors and staff who are working with him and helping him get back on his feet.

My son is 15 years old and he has been at this hospital for a month now. The staff have been awesome to my son. I really appreciate them for helping my son with his issues. This is by far the best facility he has Ever been too. BIG THANKS to the Social Worker EMONI. You are truly an inspiration to these kids. I wish the world had more people like you that actually care. I am new to the area, and was driving by, so I just pulled in. I was greated warmly and had the best service I have ever gotten in a va facility. My son has been in Millcreek a very long time and we are glad that we got him the care he needs, I just wish we had a place like this in Montana. So many children need this 24-7 care and it's sad that most states don't have a facility like this closer to home. I do appreciate the staff so very much and my son is doing great. I am very pleased with how much he has grown over the years by being in Millcreek.

My son has been in the residential part for kids with special needs for a year and a half now . He is a completely different kid now . He can do things I thought would take decades for him to finally do . He is taken care of and loved by the staff as if he were their own child . It’s the one on one staff and caretakers that make this facility so successful In what they are doing for our most vulnerable children . This facility is full of employees that have been working there forever , so they know the kids and they know their job . Everyone you encounter gives 110% plus some, to their job and their commitment to these children . They make it so that I as a parent able to sleep at night knowing our kid is loved , safe , and thriving . Millcreek in my experience is the gold standard of care for special needs children and should be modeled as such by other facilities like them in the country.

Actually facilities was extremely clean n comfortable spacious kinda. You do have to share room n bathroom with 1 to 3 other clients. Facility extremely good at what they do. Food was fantastic. At times u feel like there should be more to do but in the end sobering up n dealing with issues u will be grateful for the rest. I would recommend this facility to others the staff helped me n cared about me I’ll never forget them. Not 5 star only cause limited smoke breaks! They hold your smokes and there are 9 allotted smoke breaks a day. Issues with getting more when u ran out even tho u had money with u n they could go to the store for shampoo for u but refused to purchase smokes n u would get punished if caught sharing
