I have family members that have been there and the staff were very kind and always helpful. The nurse practitioner is Very kind and patient evaluating every possibility to help someone the best way they can. Like most places they probably get super busy or behind at times, but that came with Changes with Covid. I see the results of Region8 patients almost on a daily basis. Anything from depression, anxiety, alcoholism,, bipolar, schizophrenia, and more mental health issues for adults and children than I could ever list. Thank you, Region8 and all of your staff for your presence in our community. I greatly appreciate everything you’ve done for everybody. I’ve known that’s been there as well as helping those that I do not know.

My stay at Pine Grove was as close to perfect as a facility can get. My nurses were all very caring, attentive, and helpful. It is because of my night nurse that I made it through my first night and continued with the program. I was recently in the Gratitude program and can confidently say that it saved my life. I came in hopeless and discouraged with recovery and left with more hope for the future than I thought was possible. I was impressed from the beginning when they gave me a set of workbooks on sex addiction upon arrival. The nature of the program being tailored to sex addiction made it a million times more powerful and effective than either of the dual diagnosis or general addiction treatment programs I'd gone to before. I really appreciated how structured and rigorous it was as the weekly projects and assignments allowed me to go much deeper than I would have been able to without them. The therapists are all phenomenal and are true professionals at what they're doing. Even the interns/externs I worked with were amazing. On top of everything, insurance covered all 75 days I was there. I will be forever grateful for my time at Pine Grove.

I am new to the area, and was driving by, so I just pulled in. I was greated warmly and had the best service I have ever gotten in a va facility. I made sure I was set for here and actually got to be seen in 30 minutes. The doc and nurses were really interested in helping. The lab tech was super! I got appointments for further care. I know this facility has mixed reviews, but I wanted to share our experience so far. My father was recently transferred here after a very serious hospitalization involving dehydration, malnutrition, lithium toxicity, sepsis, and aspiration pneumonia. During our first visit we were able to meet with his doctor, Dr. Coughlin, and the staff working with him. Everyone we encountered was kind, professional, and took time to speak with us about his care and recovery plan. The facilities and grounds are well kept, and the environment felt calm and organized. From what we have seen so far, the staff truly seem to care about the patients. We are already seeing signs of progress with my dad, including him standing with assistance and beginning to eat again. It may be too early to give a final rating, but based on our first visit and the care we have seen so far, we are very grateful for the doctors and staff who are working with him and helping him get back on his feet.

My son has been in Millcreek a very long time and we are glad that we got him the care he needs, I just wish we had a place like this in Montana. So many children need this 24-7 care and it's sad that most states don't have a facility like this closer to home. I do appreciate the staff so very much and my son is doing great. I am very pleased with how much he has grown over the years by being in Millcreek.

My son has been in the residential part for kids with special needs for a year and a half now . He is a completely different kid now . He can do things I thought would take decades for him to finally do . He is taken care of and loved by the staff as if he were their own child . It’s the one on one staff and caretakers that make this facility so successful In what they are doing for our most vulnerable children . This facility is full of employees that have been working there forever , so they know the kids and they know their job . Everyone you encounter gives 110% plus some, to their job and their commitment to these children . They make it so that I as a parent able to sleep at night knowing our kid is loved , safe , and thriving . Millcreek in my experience is the gold standard of care for special needs children and should be modeled as such by other facilities like them in the country.

Actually facilities was extremely clean n comfortable spacious kinda. You do have to share room n bathroom with 1 to 3 other clients. Facility extremely good at what they do. Food was fantastic. At times u feel like there should be more to do but in the end sobering up n dealing with issues u will be grateful for the rest. I would recommend this facility to others the staff helped me n cared about me I’ll never forget them. Not 5 star only cause limited smoke breaks! They hold your smokes and there are 9 allotted smoke breaks a day. Issues with getting more when u ran out even tho u had money with u n they could go to the store for shampoo for u but refused to purchase smokes n u would get punished if caught sharing

The Best place to go if you are truly ready to be where your purpose is in life and being that way without drugs in your life or whatever you may need help with that is preventing you to be who you are suppose to be . DW helped transformed me into where I am today..I personally had a spiritual awakening on Dec 17th , 2025. I on my own free will admitted myself with the help of my support team to DW on Jan. 10th, 2026. Long story short after reading reviews on several other places to go for help DW is the one I always came back to. The staff ,the counselors, the nursers, and the cooks are truly blessings too,! I have been clean since Jan 10th. 2026 .. and plan to stay this way

But I will say that Shelley, the RN finally got my meds at 5 days and my suboxone got lost somehow, and I was definitely taken back at how operations have changed, but the texts were pretty good. The people at the Estate were amazing! They helped me through the darkest time of my life, and thanks to them I came out shining on the other side. I know medical centers—especially VA facilities—can receive mixed reviews, but I want to take a moment to highlight the amazing work and dedication of the staff at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. I have friends who work here, and I’ve seen firsthand how much they genuinely care about the veterans they serve. Many of the doctors, nurses, and support staff go above and beyond every day, often under challenging circumstances, to make sure veterans are treated with respect, compassion, and dignity. The staff works hard to listen, advocate, and provide the best care possible, and that commitment does not go unnoticed. I was thinking about this place today for some reason. I spent 29 days here in 2015 or late 2014. Anyway I remember it was a very good program. The scenery is beautiful and many long walks around the facility. I was glad we could smoke as well. I remember going to the local Catholic Church nearby. Oh yes and the food was delicious. Females were there as well, but no peeking lol. Overall a good place if you wanna sober up and stay off the destructive path.

Woodlake changed my life. The staff there was very good to me and worked with me whenever I needed anything.
