Took my daughter in for a softball injury to the knee. They were quick to take her back and prompt with giving x-rays. Everyone on the staff was super kind and funny. From the nurses to the doctors, they all were calming and supportive. She got the proper care she needed and we left with no questions.

Dr. P in dental is great. Went for a tooth extraction I was nervous for and couldn’t have asked for a better job 👍🏼 you can tell he really cares about his clients and works his tail off

My new psychiatrist is very good. Have only seen her once but I can tell. I've had good luck here in the past but during the pandemic had to see other ones that weren't so good. I'm seeing a lady named Amanda now and she seems wonderful.
Compass bought Comtrea which was my old Health Network. Compass doesn't believe in prescribing benzos. I haven't been back since I found that out.

I have been going to Comtrea for years And they are amazing. Always extremely helpful kind courteous and caring. They have helped me in so many different ways I can't even explain how thankful that I am for them. Without Comtrea I'm not sure how my life would be today thank you very much for all of your help everybody the staff and doctors are all wonderful. The support I am receiving and have received is amazing and has helped me out a lot.. Way to go Comtrea Staff!😁👍👍
Have been going there for years. I have always been happy with both the medical side and the pharmaceutical side. Love the girls at the pharmacy. So down to earth. Very nice people and very helpful. They get me in pretty quick and Dr Greenwell is thorough in explaining things. The nurses are very nice, great bedside manner and down to earth too.

I was here back in 2010; obviously grew up a lot since then, I enjoyed this more than school and remember it significantly, only wish that I could of been able to sit outside more.

I used to be depressed and suicidal, but now I'm only a little depressed and not suicidal at all. Tysm ilysm. And I hope you still have that picture of you. I'm crying rn if you actually respond. 🥰🥰🥰 I really want to go back even though I'm all better. If you have any suicidal thoughts go see a counselor, or go to mercy/ hospital but only if you don't feel safe at home. Don't make suicide into a joke. It's a serious thing. I recently finished treatment at the Aviary. It changed my life. All of the counselars truly care about every single clients and are awesome helping you in anyway they can. The nurses are super awesome and friendly. The coaches care and run their butts off helping all the clients. The admin office will work their butts off helping in anyway they can(especially hounding your hr department at work to get your insurance info when they drag their feet getting the info sent off). The kitchen staff are awesome, they work so hard fixing good food and they deliver. Love ya Miss Debbie!!!! Nothing bad to say about the Aviary. Thank you so much for helping me. Much love to you all.

As a former client I have to say Aviary was a life changing experience. The staff really cared for us and was always willing to help. I learned so much from them. Addiction is a killer. I’m so happy and grateful for my experience there. I’m still sober and living my best life in recovery. I would recommend the Aviary to anyone.

Enjoyed my stay. They did everything from the nurses and aides to the cleaning crew and meal servers to make me as comfortable as possible during pain and in recovery from procedure.

First of all, I have been going here for years even before the new location and Mike and the staff have always been wonderful. Today though they went above and beyond. When MODOT decided to restripe the roads and make me late, they still found a way to fit me into the schedule!
Compass Health is legit. They did not press me to get sober. They guided me into it. They used the teqniue of harm reduction. Seems weird and backwards. God tells us in his word not to argue about words. With my Father in heaven using Compass's Health Network. I am 4 months clean today and thankful. Glory to God in heaven. In Jesus Christ name. Amen. P.S. God sees you Compass Health Network and is proud of you.

I was admittedly very nervous to go to a new office for my mental health care after Compass Health took over Phelps Health. However, I have never had better mental healthcare. I am so pleased. The first psychiatric NP they set me up with was a very bad match, but I was able to be switched to a new one, which I really appreciated. The new psychiatric NP I got was just amazing. My CSS (Community Support Specialist) is really helpful in my mental health journey. Every CSS I've met is caring, kind, and I feel like they genuinely care about my mental health and well-being. I recommend Compass Health as they have been instrumental in my life and mental health, as well as helping me grow as a person.
I’ve had very positive experiences with this company. Especially Addie (my caseworker) and Chad, a community support specialist who always had the wisdom one needs when feeling low in life. Grateful for this company. It’s not perfect. But, it’s better than nothing at all. 💚🙏

Compass Health is an under knownabout God Send..A well thought out Total Health Network, that has serving points for the total human experience... Body (Primary Care Physicians) Mind (Physchiatrics) Soul (Substance Use Disorder) "Dental" Care on Site; and maybe "Vision Care" coming in the future... They are able to go into the field with company vehicles and visit clients, and also provide rides to the headquarters for in person care and classes, which is of the utmost importance for the downtrodden and less fortunate .. My Counselor is Terra Trent, a very intelligent, wonderful sweet soul, with great insight to the human condition and a special nurturing side that always shines through her soul... My Community Support is Michelle Wapple, a more perfect job she couldnt have found... Caring and Loving and Kind, is what the job calls for, and she is that PERSONIFIED... They never make you feel like you are just a paycheck for them, and are just putting in their time till their next break and clocking out time... They should add an "ION" on to their name ... And be COMPASSION Health Network Inc. In my very humble opinion...

I honestly couldn't be more grateful, so much care is given and very helpful resources are offered, so much support and guidance, it's been the best support system I have, I'm just really grateful because of them, I'm managing my life better because of them, they're becoming more of a reason for me to keep going and not give up, they're giving me purpose in life again

Dr. Shiue is an amazing physician, she was my son's pedestrian, I remember him getting sick and i would call and she would always see him I know she worked through lunch and stayed late as well. He was 21 and no longer technically her patient but had not seen an adult Phyician and was going to be over a week to get in, I called the office with my concerns, they spoke with her and she saw him through her lunch break, Dr. Shiue also called the adult Doctor and got him in the next day, turned out he had a really bad case of pneumonia. Dr. Shiue also gave me her private cell number to call her if I needed anything. She is totally an amazing person as well as a physician, she really cares about her patients and the parents as well, she has called me after hours to follow up on my son. It was very hard to move on to an adult physician. I can not say enough about the staff and her. My son is now grown and is expecting a little one of his own and of course Dr. Shiue will be her Doctor. I trusted her with my son and now my Granddaughter 100 %. Dr. Shiue is one in a million and can't say how happy I am she will be seeing my Granddaughter

They got my granddaughter in very quick. They accessed her bug bite, and it's nothing to worry about. While checking her out, the doctor noticed her throat looked like possible step throat, but luckily, it wasn't. The patient and her sister got Popsicles, which they loved, and a sticker on the way out.
Compass health is a wonderful experience and affordable. They excepted the insurances and made appointments right away. The location is perfect as well. I highly recommend Compass Health for dental needs as well as other health needs. They do it all!!

Staff was excellent! Loved the dentist and hygienist. Only bad things were location and wait time for appts. Building is super hard to find. It's location is inside a high school. Besides being very hard to find and super long wait times for appts it was a pleasant visit and would recommend to friends and family

I have been living sober and happy for more than two years, thanks to the support I received at Mercy Behavioral Health. The therapy I received was very helpful, they gave me the necessary tools to cope with my problems, I feel very grateful to them for all the support they gave me.
N.P Miles, Kaitlyn, and Dr. Cooper have been absolutely amazing from day 1. N.P. Miles listens, plans, and makes adjustments to meds when something is feeling off or if there's a crisis going on in my life (too many to count). She thoroughly explains my care plan in a way that I can understand. You can tell that they genuinely care about the patient's well-being in this office. It's definitely a rare find these days. I don't think that I would have gotten through my "getting shot crisis," or any other "crisis," for that matter, without the care that this office has given me. I could not recommend this office more!
