I recently finished treatment at the Aviary. It changed my life. All of the counselars truly care about every single clients and are awesome helping you in anyway they can. The nurses are super awesome and friendly. The coaches care and run their butts off helping all the clients. The admin office will work their butts off helping in anyway they can(especially hounding your hr department at work to get your insurance info when they drag their feet getting the info sent off). I got a total hip replacement done by Dr Palmer to start out, I was extremely happy with Dr Palmers kindness and he listened to everything I had to say. As a young person needing a hip replacement, he did not dismiss me, but we came up with a plan together to get me on the road to recovery .after surgery I had quite a few personal complications that we had to work through so I spent a couple days in the hospital .every single staff member from check in, to prep, to preop to surgery to recovery, to even therapy, was just amazing. Definitely want to shoutout for my nurses .every nurse I had, day and night, were just compassionate and very responsive to my every need. I had a lot of issues with pain and anxiety and they all worked through it with me. I ve had multiple surgeries at other facilities but the hospitality here was spot on. Thank you

My real name is Abigail and my review is on the end of being a visitor at the ICU 4/3/25. We were not expecting our beloved friend/family member to pass away so suddenly, however I don't know that I could have asked for a better experience with the circumstances. I was in the ICU visiting my friend from about 10 am to 1 pm, before and after she passed away, alongside her family and myself. During that time, my friend, myself, and her family were treated with complete respect and compassion. The doctor was very kind and honest about the situation with the patient and the whole process was handled swiftly, at a pace that never felt clinical, rushed, or cold. The room was warm and inviting and we were even offered refreshments during our visit. All of the ICU staff we interacted with were extremely kind and sympathetic to us, even after my friend had passed away. I've never had such a beautiful hospital experience as a visitor and I'm so grateful to the whole ICU staff at St. Clare for being good to us and my sweet friend in her last moments. Thank you so much.

Before Alsana, my daughter was so deep in her eating disorder and co-occurring mental health issues that functioning without these things felt next to impossible. My experience at Alsana Residential was absolutely amazing! The staff there genuinely cared about me and my recovery. They didn't just do their job they went above and beyond! I am so grateful to my care team there and the DC's that put in the extra effort. There was only one there that I felt cared more about their title than they did about genuinely helping and being a part of the community. I also met some of the best people. I will never forget you all. Thank you for being a safe place for me , for helping me to see that the apple fell far from the tree, and for showing me that I am human too and deserve the same rights as every other human on this planet! Before Alsana, my daughter was so deep in her eating disorder and co-occurring mental health issues that functioning without these things felt next to impossible. She seemed entrenched in this disorder, and I didn t know how to get her out. Each time we took her Alsana, they ve helped pull her out of some of the darkest points of her life so it seemed at the time. The nurses were caring and showed me respect. I felt really comfortable being there we had a lot of activities to do instead of just laying in our beds all day doing nothing. The food there was not great could have been better but overall i feel so much more better since i left there.

This is a private probation office, the ladies working there are about as friendly as one could possibly hope a probation officer can be. Curteous and polite, from what I'm told anyway. But, honestly you only visit this place for 1 reason. And noone wants to deal with that If they don't have to.

I am beyond grateful for this program. I wouldn't be where I am without it. I gave 4 stars only because the staff could communicate better and there are some house monitors that I didn't care for. However, you will have that anywhere you go. I came to Keyway with nothing, maybe a few outfits. I left with confidence, sobriety, a new outlook on life, a relationship with my family and children, too MANY clothes, a job, a car, and confidence to keep it all after I left. And did all that in a little under 5 months. Thank you to all the staff that helped me in my journey. I highly recommend.

Couldn t have asked for a better support system when my boys were going thru a very hard time. My kids loved going and talking to someone who could help them voice their feelings on what was going on at the time. They communicated with me and made sure I felt at ease with what was going on with them. I couldn t have asked for a better experience when it was such a difficult time in our lives.
