I am fully aware that each veteran's situation is unique despite having the commonality of service and sacrifice to infinitely varying degrees. Challenges and struggles may be shared, but the first, second, and third order effects of said challenges and struggles will always be unique to the individual and their circle of family and friends. So, with that said, I am stating that my experience is my own. And my experience at this clinic, as well as with the community care resources outside of the clinic, have been nothing but positive and fruitful. Have there been hiccups and issues that needed communication and action taken to remedy? Of course. But the quality of care that I have received from the team here, the Wilmington team, and the community care team has been exemplary and without criticism. I am grateful to far too many people to list here, but I can say without hesitation that each and every team member here has treated me with respect, empathy, and concern for my well being. Again, I will reiterate that each veteran's situation is unique. I am a Group 1, 100% disabled veteran with 29 years of service in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Soldier. I enjoy the benefits of this priority group. Every veteran's service is beyond a written value, but veterans that fall into other priority groups may have to deal with longer wait times for appointments, have to pay co-pays, etc. This is the nature of the system, unfortunately. But priority levels and the according actions are necessary for this system to work. These good people have historically been underfunded and overworked. They do the best that they can for all of us. As a recommendation for my fellow veterans, I implore you to file claims for your likely worsening service-connected conditions and ailments. Stay the course and hold the line. If you are denied in the process, reapply. Work with a VSO that lights a fire on your behalf. Take advantage of all available resources provided by the VA. Many are free to you, needing only your participation to provide benefit. Stay the course. Regards to my brothers, sisters, and the teams that serve us now. Shelly

I want to thank everyone from beginning to end when I arrived upset and just beat down I was welcomed by Roco from intakes he made the process so smooth he made me feel comfortable and made sure I was smiling and not crying and every time I seen him he ALWAYS spoke and had a smile for me which was reassuring the nurses were all comforting I can't name them all but they're all awesome the techs never let us see them sweat and blve me when I say they had their work cut out for them with us clients I can't say enough about the staff I did not have one bad experience with any of the employees the only complaint I will say is the food I was surprised that it was spicy those places wouldn't put spice on it other than that they already hooked me up with the IOP to continue the next chapter and honestly they do deserve the five star

The people will do everything they can to help you.. they scholarshiped me through iop! The community is amazing and there’s so much hope in this space! This is honestly the only place that has ever made me feel safe and secure. Val is the best house manager and i had to move to legacy for 30 days before going back to sobriety solutions and i can’t pray everyday enough for the time to just go by so i can go back to this program and house. I love this place more than anything and i couldn’t imagine being happier at a place, i hate that things worked out the way they did for the time being but im really pushing through the hell of this just to get back there & not let people affect me or make me uncomfortable because that’s nothing compared to Val’s treatment & the way they really support you there. I didn’t even expect to be going to a sober house because you rarely find any that truly care but this one so does. i wouldn’t recommend any other but just stay in your own lane & you can’t really do social media there, that was so i misunderstood & i don’t want anyone else to run into that communication process the way i did. Mike the CEO is also very understanding & he has mercy on the clients there. i can barely wait to get back there🙏🏽life saver place

Awesome place if you want to get sober and are serious about it. Haley who works at the front desk is the most sweetest, helpful, caring staff member I've ever had the pleasure of working with in regards to my sobriety and staff at a facility. She is always open and honest l. She's never guided me in the wrong direction. Honestly she works so hard in taking care of us clients and what we need that sometimes it feels like I'm not doing enough for my own recovery. If you're nervous about taking the next step in your recovery as I was never have been to a PHP before. She makes sure that it's a smooth transition. Honestly the only way you could think Haley or the rest of the staff isn't doing enough for you is if you're so lazy and aren't really serious about your recovery that you just expect everyone to do everything for you. I. That case you may need a higher level of care. Because I've never been so excited and felt like I had the help I need in my recovery as I do in sober solutions and working with Haley. The amount of hard work she puts in for us clients and her job is what I strive for in my recovery.

This is an amazing place for anyone going through a difficult time. I have severe PTSD due to some traumas. I’m leaving feeling better, thank god. Every single staff member I’ve met was so caring, kind, and loving. They truly give their all and love what they do. If I could give it 10 stars I would. To my counselor Amber who helped me Decide my best movement after care with Maryville was Amazing given her case load of others I'm sure who consume much of the day as well . I'm only disappointed on way I left an time. I absolutely love it here they have great perks to the program like transportation lawyers housing etc. my counselor Jodi Torres and Joyce Hernandez is the absolute best and coolest with the CM program!! everyone there make me feel like it’s my second home Alex Espaillat is also my guy!!!
