Couldn't recommend a better sleep center! If you're going in for a polysomnography or MSLT, I found the beds to be quite comfortable, but you may want to bring your own blankets and pillows if you're accustomed to them. I felt heard, seen, and genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The amenities and facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff made me feel supported. The therapists are amazing. A big shout out to my therapist Jacqueline. She challenged me in a good way, supported me and helped me come up with solutions to the problems that brought me in. I especially appreciated how collaborative the medication management was. Burandette is great. I felt like my concerns were listened to and that I was involved in decisions about my treatment. I also learned a lot of coping skills that I can continue using after leaving. Overall, I’m grateful I chose to get treatment here and for everything I learned during my time at Four Winds. Slally 1 month ago I was admitted here 15 years ago at the advice of my social worker. The whole facility was top notch. Folks, it’s a hospital. Don’t expect the Hilton. All therapists were fabulous and the food was damn near diner quality. They are great at dealing with addiction and childhood trauma. I spent a week there and was a better person for it. I spoke there last night and I was astounded to find out that there were only seven people at the rehab facility. I was in complete shock. I got a little bit of a rundown of the situation on overview and it sounded to me as if the investors perhaps in fighting cost got out of control. Something happened in the rehab facility for them to stop taking clients and people in need for rehab services in detox. I was there about nine months ago and there was clearly about. And to go from that number to seven, the fear of running a ground is real You can’t forget the customer and I know what a complicated world now with Insurance and all that kind of stuff but it was a great place and it is a great place but like the alcoholic world you reach the bottom there’s nothing to go up. That’s kind of how I felt after I spoke and spoke to a couple people that Swift River is now at the bottom you gotta reinvent yourself. This stuff works, in addition I’ll add my counselor Katie is a straight up G. She truly cares about her clients. The rest of the admin staff is lovely as well. Our dosing nurses are fast and friendly. The only negative is the head nurse zaria or whatever, she leaves ALOT to be desired to say the least.
