Dr. Kloster has stand by me and supported me through the good and the bad. When I joined Hawthorn over 10 years ago. I was ready to fully commit to the program and do the program the right way. I was on a couple programs a few times and do to me not being ready to give up everything completely. Those other programs failed for me. And let’s be honest it was 99.9% my own fault the programs didn’t work for me. I felt forced into seeking help before I was 100% committed in my mind that I needed help. Dr. Kloster always spoke to me as a father would a son to help show me the errors of my ways and the life I could have if I just keep my head on straight and work the program the way it was designed to help me succeed to the fullest. Dr. Kloster is one of my heroes! Not just for what he has done to help me over the years. But the help he’s giving to the community as a whole. I’m grateful for him because if he was to refuse to help me at that time. I don’t believe I would be here now texting a biography of Dr Kloster. 🤣 I know many more people who feel the very same way about ( Our Good Ol’e Doctor Kloster. He brought the help to this community that we have been sadly been missing in this area. Which left this area so far behind the times, as far as recovery and help for people. The only options were to be sent away to inpatient. That’s not always an option that works for everyone.

Savida has great crew of doctors. I have been with Dr kloster for almost 14 years and he is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is a very caring doctor and always listens to your concerns. The doctors, nurses and office staff are all a wonderful group of people. I fully recommend this office if your looking for support with sobriety. I can’t even express how much I love this place! I have been going to therapy for a very long time and have never been to one where both therapist and Psychiatrist go out of their way for true emergencies. Carolyn is my therapist for and the first time EVER since I have been in therapy she has offered/ allowing me to call her the day before and day after for a brief phone appointment (which isn’t usually allowed) because I am pressing criminal charges against my brother who rapped me throughout my whole childhood. From the child victims act passing my statues of limitations are now lifted. I was on the brink of suicide and I have to say from both her and Dr Dilullo I have to thank for still being here to even write this review. Dr Dilullo is absolutely amazing as well. He knows his stuff and will go out of his way for severe emergencies which is sometimes why he runs late once 1:30/2 pm hits so if you don’t want to wait I suggest making an early appointment. Not many people understand why the wait is long for him and get mad until they are one of those people. He will fit a patient to make sure they are safe. People who work in mental health are manufacturers of hope and boy these 2 manufacture extremely high quality of hope. 💝 Thank you for saving my life and helping me fight through these hard times.

To start, the grounds were beautiful, an extremely serene atmosphere. The housing units seemed very comfortable for the clients and the staff were very accommodating & considerate to visitors. We had an over two hour drive to get there and they made us feel very welcome during our visit. The check in process for visitors was much more inviting than other places we have been to, the staff was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend for anyone in this situation.

My son went here. Was the best place. The staff really helped him come out of his shell. He's smiling and laughing again. The staff was incredible and made this transition go smoothly. He got set up with a counselor before he left, and also set up home care. This facility saved my child and help me communicate better with him. Highly recommend for mental health. Plus the staff will keep you informed every step of the way

Locations not great and the hours are limited? Don't understand that with need, and to easy to miss in traffic. But, though understaffed they do manage to assist best they can and are plesant to deal with. As for the phones your better off with a walk-in... at least face to face you'll get quicker results than that foolish answering system, if its working at all... will gives you the run around. Use to be able to circumvent this feature for direct contact with a pulse but that seems to have been eliminated for automation? That helps no one but the office.

Definitely a place which has moved in a better direction over the years I been there for years. It was pretty bad back at the time I had started from the patients to employees. Polluted with drugs, medicab drivers bidding on patients and just alot of issues that needed to be addressed that weren't. The direction where it is now is alot better where the employees care more about ur well being then a paycheck. Dont get me wrong there are still those bad elements just like any other place. I wanna thank u guys for the call just to check on me and the hardwork put in to just help me keep my head above water. I appreciate it keep moving in the direction of doing better.

I went there back in the day I remember Jonathan Parker we actually room together shortly before I left because of going to the school to change my life I am now a security officerI’m still in contact with a lot of the staff from back then they had a really good support team

I did my growing up here. When nobody was there BSI had taken me in and helped me with my anger. I thank all of the OGs. Lenny and Mark for our hockey trips, Jeremiah and Colleen for my school days in the Annex dorm, Scott and Shelly for fighting my case through and through, Keith (R.I.P), weezy, and Hilder for being the dopest staff I ever ran into in any residential, not to discredit any others, just those three pulled me from some dark places. I now work with troubled you in a residential home and am glad to say that Bennington helped me find out a purpose in life. So many years spent and so many tears wept. This place has went from hell and back and I hope it continues doing it's beautiful work.
