I wish I could put their names down individually but I can't thank you all enough. From the RNs, LPNs, Aids, PT/OT, Kitchen crew, Cleaners, Social Workers, Maintenance, Laundry and I'm sure I'm missing some others but what a good team. All shifts work pretty darn well together. I like that they hear your concerns and if they don't have the answer, they will try and find it. The ENTIRE staff from the ladies at the front desks, to the nurses to the providers. They are very caring about each patient on individual needs. As I know many Friends & Family that also go to Savida and everyone agrees that they are very professional and very nice & personable. They are ALWAYS there when a addict just needs to talk even when you don't have a appointment and you call during operating offers THEY WILL ALWAYS BE THERE FOR YOU. If you need to talk during closed office hours theres ALWAYS still a human to speak with and assist you. I see Analise Vargas currently and she is the BEST. I'm VERY comfortable with her. Very kind and professional. I rate her a 10 I've had 3 specific LONG time clinicians each years at a time. When each of those providers left for new jobs or personal reasons, it's a loss. Many, many, many clinicians and office staff have come & gone, however MANY have been there for many years and I honestly have to say that the Savida office which I go to in North adams Massachusetts ( 3rd location since 2012) is not only the cleanest office I've ever encountered, but just a GREAT group of people on staff. Sober since February 20,2017. 6 years ago I visited this place with my wife and the experience was amazing, the treatment offered adapts to the needs of each person and this makes the difference to any traditional center because they focus on the problems that affect the patient. The program includes many activities such as yoga, meditation, hiking and art that make it easier to receive therapies. Swift River did everything possible to help us, the campus is beautiful and the food is delicious, they changed our lives and we created friendships with the people we met there. My only complaint is that some of the lower-level staff (namely Beth, Nathan, Michael) are rude and think they have power over the guests. But the more important staff members (intake, doctors, directors) are extremely kind and professional. You will not find this same level of care from the upper-staff at Spring Lake Ranch. I remember Vinny from naughty by nature serving us food one day in the chow hall. Lot of memories from that place From there I was shipped to the Schrader house group home in Yaphank on Long Island. Ms. Harrington was the counselor there it was a cool little spot had it's own school on campus I played on the basketball team and on the soccer team.
