Good place to get chilled

Easy to find location in Pier One bldg. My therapist is a perfect match, which has been challenging to build rapport with many others before him.

I came here for the first time for an appointment to see the doctor for more meds. This place is nice and big. Inside this place on the second floor they have offices for different businesses. The floors are clean the staff are nice and friendly. The rooms here are big. The parking lot has plenty of parking and it is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They have multiple businesses on site here as well. It is in a safe neighborhood.

I have therapy & see my psychiatrist here. It is a great place to seek mental health help. Everyone I have interacted with has been wonderful. I recommend coming here for mental health care.

Due to insurance changes I have been seen by a few different clinicians. All have been professional, courteous, and empathetic. Reception isn't the greatest, however they're not the ones providing treatment so it can be overlooked.

Staff is awesome. They really care about your recovery unlike other places. The food is amazing like almost everyday and the beds are decent. My bed is awesome. I like this place it does take a couple weeks to get used to but its nice.

This organization helped our son and the entire family during times of crisis. I can't say enough about the adult mental health team. We are forever grateful!

I have had great experiences with outpatient therapy at CHD's Holyoke and Springfield adult outpatient therapy locations. They are always flexible with my copayment if I forget that they only accept cash or check (one of the few downsides), and my therapist has a very accommodating schedule. It was much faster and easier to get an initial appointment and complete the intake process than any other agency/therapist I have been to; I don't remember exactly, but I believe they either picked up when I called for an initial appointment or actually called me back, which is relatively rare. My therapist is also the only one out of 6 or 7 different therapists I have seen who actually takes initiative with my treatment plan, pushes me, and tries to get to the root of the problems rather than falling back on talk therapy every session. When my therapist and I miscommunicated about an appointment time for one session and she was accidentally double booked, she still saw me for 10 minutes to check in and did not charge me my copay. All the staff I have come into contact with have been professional, accommodating, and respectful of client needs. Definitely recommend!

Very nice places

My husband has Alzheimer’s and had a crisis that required hospitalization. Our local hospital transferred him to Valley Springs Hospital. It was the best place for him to regain his baseline. I have to tell you how impressed I was with the Silver Unit where he was placed. The staff was positive and always kind. I visited daily so the kindness was authentic. There was a sense of safety and comfort for the patients. The staff encouraged the patients to interact with each other. What I saw develop among the patients was a sense of community. They watched out for each other. Having someone you love suffering from tth is dreadful illness is a nightmare and a lonely journey. The hospital was a safe place for my husband. It also gave me breathing room because I knew he was being care for by a professional and compassionate staff. Jane P Nagle

Amazing Team

I've got to say I'm a driver that takes people to healthcare centers and resource centers the one in Chicopee is the most words I've ever seen they lock the doors before 5:00 not to mention sometimes I have people that have canes and walkers they'd be going up the ramp and he still has the audacity to lock the door in front of their face with a smile after this comment here I will be calling the administration because something needs to be done.

In my experience and my observations the h.c.r.c. clinic is the most professional efficient and genuinely concerned for its clients . By far the best clinic I've been a patient of by far . The staff does not get nearly enough credit for the hard work and professionalism they offer . Top notch

This clinic is by far the best one I have been to!!!! I have guess dosed at the clinics in Greenfield and I gotta say the clinic on Kenwood the nurse there are nice and it wasn't all to packed but the one on miles st is a zoo with not so nice ppl at my clinic (Noho) the staff is wicked nice and not scary at all they try and make u feel safe and comfortable the best they can when I was first trying to go get help to get clean I was so scared idk how it was going to be or if the ppl working there was going to give u them judgmental looks an I gotta say I have NOT gotten that look at all from them they actually want to help u with whatever problems or issues your having if your in the market for a change and wanna get clean I really think you should try this place out and if it's to far from your house they can set you up with a pt1 to help u get there really wat do you gotta lose??? 🙂😉
