They are fast, friendly and more helpful and accommodating than other clinics. A few things could be tweaked a little bit, but most can be addressed with your counselor if needed. And this one is by far the best one yet. They are fair and they are consistent. I was at the Palmer Hospital for 8hrs and had vitals and x-ray done. I left the Palmer Hospital and went to Holyoke. Vitals and x-ray done. Had a room and nurse came in often and doctor was busy but made time to hear what was going on with me. He ordered multiple test. Told me what it was and medication I will need and follow up with my doctor. I was able to get through the weekend. Big thank you to the emergency room staff!!! My son underwent a major orthopedic procedure, and from the moment we arrived, the entire staff treated us with professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. Dr. Noah Epstein was exceptional. As a mother, handing your child over for surgery is never easy, regardless of how old they are. Dr. Epstein gave me confidence that my son was in capable hands. He took the time to communicate with us, and I especially appreciated him coming to speak with me personally after the surgery. That meant more than he probably realizes. The nurses, surgical team, recovery staff, and everyone we encountered were attentive and caring. We never felt like just another patient or family coming through the hospital. They made a stressful and emotional day feel manageable because we knew my son was being well cared for. I left Holyoke Medical Center incredibly grateful. Five stars are not enough for Dr. Epstein and this wonderful team. Thank you for taking such excellent care of my son and for taking care of this worried mom, too. This place is nice and big. Inside this place on the second floor they have offices for different businesses. The floors are clean the staff are nice and friendly. The rooms here are big. The parking lot has plenty of parking and it is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They have multiple businesses on site here as well. It is in a safe neighborhood. I can't say enough about the adult mental health team. We are forever grateful! Elizabeth Musto 8 years ago I have had great experiences with outpatient therapy at CHD's Holyoke and Springfield adult outpatient therapy locations. They are always flexible with my copayment if I forget that they only accept cash or check (one of the few downsides), and my therapist has a very accommodating schedule. It was much faster and easier to get an initial appointment and complete the intake process than any other agency/therapist I have been to; I don't remember exactly, but I believe they either picked up when I called for an initial appointment or actually called me back, which is relatively rare. My therapist is also the only one out of 6 or 7 different therapists I have seen who actually takes initiative with my treatment plan, pushes me, and tries to get to the root of the problems rather than falling back on talk therapy every session. When my therapist and I miscommunicated about an appointment time for one session and she was accidentally double booked, she still saw me for 10 minutes to check in and did not charge me my copay. All the staff I have come into contact with have been professional, accommodating, and respectful of client needs. Definitely recommend! lindsey w 8 years ago

I spoke there last night and I was astounded to find out that there were only seven people at the rehab facility. I was in complete shock. I got a little bit of a rundown of the situation on overview and it sounded to me as if the investors perhaps in fighting cost got out of control. Something happened in the rehab facility for them to stop taking clients and people in need for rehab services in detox. I was there about nine months ago and there was clearly about. And to go from that number to seven, the fear of running a ground is real You can’t forget the customer and I know what a complicated world now with Insurance and all that kind of stuff but it was a great place and it is a great place but like the alcoholic world you reach the bottom there’s nothing to go up. That’s kind of how I felt after I spoke and spoke to a couple people that Swift River is now at the bottom you gotta reinvent yourself. Wow, you have not that many people there is ample time to regroup fix the place up put some money into it higher the good people that we let go that were very passionate and compassionate people and helping people get to sobriety, but that seems to be an issue at play at the moment It’s all good From May 28 to June 23 really wrecked a great institution, but everything happens for a reason nathan day 3 months ago	6 6

The Dr is so willing to hear you out and make things better on top of that Nick my counselor he's just amazing he pulls you out of your head and you don't even realize he did it's just a natural thing for him and one other person would be Kristen she runs that place so smoothly but with a heart that matches the smile she gives every single time when she asks if you're ok and that's why HCRC Westfield is the best!!! The place was well organized, seemed to be run well and plenty of patient supervision, from the point that my friend made it through the complete admission process, she was able to reach out to myself and her sister, and her mother, and then transition to the Hope house in Springfield. I strongly encourage anyone battling with addiction and / or dual diagnosis as well, to call Carlson for bed availability and go through the program. A lot has changed in this field over the past five years, but most notably over the past two years, and there is help and there is hope, if you know somebody who’s struggling out there, they are somebody’s daughter they are somebody’s son. They could also be somebody’s spouse and they could also be somebody’s parent as well, try to do what you can to help them as long as it’s within your cable tow. God bless. Their food is incredible and you can get seconds too which is helpful when you are starving and coming off alcohol. Every time I relapsed I went there because I knew they would give me another chance. You should go to groups but yes you can sleep if you’re tired. I remember the first time I went there. I was in serious alcohol withdrawal. I had the best sleep after being medicated. Their staff is great too. They saved my life. They wake you up for vitals early but you may need medication. They have punch in the tv room which I drank like no tomorrow. Snacks too. I’ve been there like 7 times and they always treat me great. I wish I could say my name but can’t.
