I’ve been going here for addiction treatment for about 5 years. The doctors care! the nurse cares! They went above and beyond to help my husband and I. He lost his job because the company went under, so we weren’t insured because paperwork wasn’t filed correctly or something. Huther Doyle has been a great help for me in the past few months. I highly suggest Marcus Allen as a counselor. Both his groups and one-on-one meetings have been great. He has been positive influence on my life in all aspects. Front desk staff is also very kind and helpful.

I was assigned Arlene as a therapist March of 2022. Arlene and I have one on ones monthly. She always puts me first, helps with solve thru my problems I’m dealing with in early sobriety. Also provides me with resources and self help books to help me work on myself outside of therapy.
Also Laura is my peer advocate, she is always a phone call away, meets me at AA meetings and is a great friend along being a great support for me. Laura goes ABOVE and BEYOND her expectations. She truly cares for her clients & their journey with early sobriety. During active use, she made sure I made it to detox and I was in a safe place. She is a great example of what a sober woman is. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. I stayed for 28days. The food wasn’t the greatest but it was alright. There were classes offered that helped combat the depression and boredom. The rooms and Bathrooms were clean. Anything that was needed the staff was sure to accommodate. I was able to connect with my counselor, whenever I need to. The only thing I would say was an issue was the separation between men and women. You are allowed to speak to the opposite sex at all not even a friendly hello. The women are escorted everywhere and housed in a separate area meanwhile the men could walk all over all day. One day I started doing my own calisthenics trying to exercise when I was told I had to stop because it was against rules for safety reasons. There was a schedule listed Every Morning with the going- ons of the day. Over all it was an enjoyable stay once I got past the initial Rude meeting of the director.

I have been in treatment in many mental health facilities over the years and have found Westfall to be far superior to any others. They are the kindest most caring group of people that i have ever met. I go here for chemical dependency therapy, and after years of battling addiction and being on the losing side of the battle, I am finally winning my battle. And a big part of that is to the phenomenal help I get from my therapist and MAT dr. At Evelyn Brandon. My therapist is such a sweetheart. I can call or email her anytime of any day and she'll respond as soon as she can and help me through whatever. They act as more than drug counselors, they're life counselors too.
Plus I have a once a week group zoom meeting that I attend through Evelyn Brandon as well that I've gained some real close bonds with other recovering addicts so that I know that I'm never alone in this life long battle against my demons.
I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get help with either their mental health &/or their drug&/or alcohol addictions.. trust me, life is so much better being free from substances. It feels great!

The doctors demonstrated outstanding professionalism and skill, ensuring the procedure went smooth. I felt confident I was in the best hands. The facility itself was spotless, well‑organized, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me additional peace of mind.

I went to the ER early Monday, November 17. Fractured wrist and possible concussion. The care I rec'd was wonderful! Of course there was a wait. That's just healthcare in the US these days. BUT staff checked on me frequently and did what the they could to make me comfortable.
It was obvious that everyone was incredibly busy, so their efforts were deeply appreciated.

I attend arbor house the same time as Cody smith, he was one of the most manipulative people I have ever encountered threw my recovery, he constantly would whine and cry cause he wouldn't get his way when it came to what he wanted he even went to lengths as to make up lies about staff and other clients then when he went to supportive living he refused to follow rules and relapsed due to his addictive behavior that he never focused on. So this house saved my life. Started at alphonse and when they opened a new house on jones ave I went there. But they helped me become who I always wanted to be. I have been going to Citizen Advocates for over 4 years. The team works like a wonderful caring unit. Sue is the best receptionist, kind and caring. Judy treats me with dignity and respect. Sherry heart is always on her shoulder. The doctors and therapist go way out of there way for me. If it wasn't for them I don't know where my life would be. Besides medication I also receive life tools. Thanks ❤️ to you all for always being there for me.

If I could give this place a place amongst the stars I would. I rate this 10 out of 5. Excellent staff from the cleaning crew the kitchen (chef, the aunties) to the CA to the counselors and of course the nursing and medical staff!!! All the employees truly went above and beyond for me during my time of healing. The experience is what you make of it honestly from person to person but I got so very much and I am heading to my next step any day now. I've used many tools I learned while in there but most importantly I learned to respect and believe in my program of recovery again and I plan to keep climbing. Thank you to all of you for believing in me until I could get my strength to believe in myself again . Just for today!

One thing is for sure, Helio Health saved my life. I started as a client and now I am working for Helio. Outpatient, residential, recovery center and inpatient/detox. All amazing programs that a lot of people put their heart and soul into.
Some people like to complain about anything because nothing will ever, please them. I have lived on the streets and if someone comes into this facility and states that the streets are better. Then they clearly have never been on the streets. It's all about perspective. If you're ready and willing to make your life better regardless of what you have to do and how it will make you, "feel". If we made people completely comfortable, with all this and that, then no one would leave. I have seen that with different facilities that have all this food and that but then they don't have the proper treatment or groups. But they feed you well. Pick your poison. Some kids act like spoiled brats and nothing is ever enough. Maybe you should change your perspective, it's amazing what is possible by thinking positive regardless of the situation. It's easy to come on here and judge when you don't see it through. Suffering is real. You can choose to let a little rain ruin your day or you can choose to make a rainbow. The choice is yours. We give you the necessary tools, now it's up to you to alchemize what is taught. I can choose to be better, or I can make excuses. What do you choose?

I really enjoy the office in west Seneca ny, The office people are always so sweet and very helpful, I did attend the springville office and I wasn’t comfortable with the counselor I finally got assigned, I was switched 4 times at that office I never truly knew who my counselor was, after I switched offices the west Seneca counselors are all very sweet understanding and no one at all in the office judges you by any means they all understand that everyone is going there for a reason and honestly When I’m there talking to anyone really they make you feel as if your talking to a family member or a close friend
I have had the same doctor up until two months ago and she again was absolutely wonderful and now seeing a nurse practitioner and he is great understand and you can tell he truly is there to help
So in my opinion if anyone is unsettled at there out patient facility I highly recommend the west Seneca spectrum office on orchard park Road
