We're new to Monarch. It's a BIG system which always carries + & -! Fortunately, we followed my son's neuropsychiatry provider Cameron Reave's so immediately we were at least positive that he'd be in the best care on that front, the most important one! And for any of you that have neurodivergent children or adults, you will not find someone better and more complete as well as patient than him. He's been with my sons since he was five and he's now 10 and a half. We would see nobody else. The system at Monarch was pretty impressive. They are very good about ensuring you are prepared for your appointment. All of the intake information is done in a orderly and efficient manner. Everyone on the staff was extremely kind and friendly. As well as knowledgeable And Timely. For a large system I was actually impressed at how personal they do treat each patient. In the time they take. At every level. It's great to have a portal to sign into and access information as needed. They make sure that equipped with your prescriptions and your next appointment is already scheduled Etc and all of your information is correct, transferred over & housed in one place. The added reminders are extremely helpful & appreciated as well. I'm very happy with our experience and staying with a provider we trust. If they got him they have to have other amazing providers as well. I give them five stars and I would recommend them thus far. And I'm kind of a hard critic when it comes to my son!

I have been involved with Stedman Wade Family medical in Stedman NC for 15 months. I highly recommend them due to the love and care that everyone shares with each patient and their loves ones. Just always keep in mind Stedman Wade Family Medical center is open at normal business hours for a quick and availability to been seen with a medical professional for any medical needs or concerns. I've seen some negative reviews about Maxine, although I've had the opposite experience. Maxine does have a strong personality, however, she has been extremely professional, helpful and loving over the past two years while working with me and my children. Excellent Place! I would give 10 stars if I could. I had an appointment the same week. Even though my insurance wouldn't cover the initial doctor visit it was still affordable being self pay. I had been looking for a facility for weeks with no luck due to cost of services at other places. But I left today after my visit with prescriptions needed to help aid in my treatment and recovery. Dr. Sandy is the real deal! She's not in it for the $. She is there to really help people. I highly recommend this place! Ms. Kim was super efficient in the whole intake process and was on top of things and responded quickly. Thanks to all that work there that made this process so easy and comfortable.

I entered NCRSS in February of 2016. My therapist was Miss Donna. I was in the intensive outpatient program in Clayton, NC that lasted approximately 12 weeks. I am still clean and sober today almost three years later. The program was extremely beneficial to me because I was at a point in my life where I wanted it to work. I learned a lot about myself and my behaviors and how to live without using a day at a time. I not only utilized what treatment had to offer, but the program of Alcoholics Anonymous as well. Today, I am proud of who I am becoming and I help others who struggle with this disease. I am grateful for NCRSS and Miss Donna for all the help that they gave to me. Miss Donna believed in me when most people didn't. From that belief, I was able to find a belief in my higher power and within myself. I am a truly blessed individual and love my sober life.

My overall experience with Green Leaf Care Center has been phenomenal. What I loved about it is when we did the initial tour, I noticed both the caretakers and the residents were happy. They were doing activities and some physical therapy. Some people were in the dining room and they were just getting ready to eat meals and have a good time. They also have outings for those who are capable. My mother was very excited that they went on an outing to view Christmas lights. She hasn’t stopped talking about it! The surroundings and the area are peaceful, and the rooms are spacious. I just feel safe with her being on this property. The staff that assists me anytime I call with concerns have been great. I would say that they have succeeded my expectations, and they really care about their residents. I am happy I can trust them to ensure my mother has the level of care she needs.

I have been going to the Freedom House Durham for about 7 years. The Freedom House has always been my comfort zone with battling life issues and struggles. Dr Julie Mutua has been the best doctor I’ve had for my mental health concerns. She is always available welcoming and she not only understands but she has a compassionate heart. The receptionist Ms Linda always is available for all my scheduling needs and I am so thankful and grateful for the services they have and will continue to provide me. U guys should definitely give Freedom House a chance they have a good name because Freedom is what they provide when u need comfort.

I went to Structure House in 2019. I can’t say enough about it. It helped me get into shape with the exercise classes and equipment. It helped me to develop healthy eating habits and because I stayed the whole month, I was able to stop my sweet cravings. In addition the classes taught me some great skills to catch myself when I want to go back to bad habits.
I am actually 20lbs lighter now then when I was when I left (144lbs) and now in my husband has lost weight from the skills I learnt when there.
My diabetes is a little better.
So thankful for Structure House!

One of the best investments I've made in a long time was to spend 4 weeks in a total health and wellness immersion at Structure House. I tapped into my greatest and most authentic self while there with my wife. Total body, mind and spirit work. Life changing and transformative. I highly recommend that anyone and everyone give this gift to themselves. You will reset, recharge, rejuvenate, reawaken, rediscover, and retransform. They offer a lecture series entitled, "Digging Deeper" by Life Coach Dr. Lacy Frazier. Wow is all I can say! A must visit experience.
