I have had nothing but a positive experience so far! I moved from Florida to North Carolina on July 30th 2025. I needed a new outpatient facility to go to and this place ended up being LITERALLY 2 MINS from my new home! They told me, to be seen, I was able to come in any time on a Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The day I walked in I did a psychosocial analysis right away with a doctor on Zoom, and then they got me set up with a follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist within 1 week. I went to the facility, sat in a room and met with the doctor on Zoom. They arranged for me to do a weekly virtual outpatient group, again on zoom, and medication assisted treatment for the Suboxone and mental health medications I take. It is very important for me to have my medication and this place made sure I did NOT miss one dose. The transfer from my Florida outpatient facility to this one was a smooth transition. 5 stars!

Great doctor visits and virtually is a super helpful! The therapists are ok, I guess you really have to find the right one for you. My first therapist was a major problem but when I got the courage and encouragement from others to speak up, I was set up with a new therapist and my first therapist was handled appropriately. Overall a good place to get guidance for your mental health. Keeping your mental health in good shape is extremely important and I would recommend Monarch any day to assist with that.

I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!!
