over 3 months. I couldn’t be more grateful than the help my counselor Rachael has supported me with and guided me with.
She hands down has been one of the most helpful people in my recovery process.

I’ve been coming for about a month now, very hesitant at first not knowing what I was walking into, but what could it hurt right ? I found this treatment center to be absolutely wonderful, everyone that works there is very knowledgeable about their job, and what they can help or do for you as the patient, you get a counselor and I got Mrs. Rachael who’s fabulous, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better for me; she’s very kind, informative and understanding, and compassionate but at the same time strong and assertive which we need. Couldn’t have asked for a better counselor for me. So today if you think should I go ? Yes! You should, because your worth it, and those that work there do their part to help you , so you can do yours . Best wishes !!

Courtney (works somewhere in the building) is extremely kind. Laura Taylor and Christine Hoener absolutely saved my life. They are the best care team in my life. They are both genuinely concerned about me. They treat me like a human and I’m actually heard by them. If Christine ever leaves, I don’t know what I would do. When I first met her she saw I was in crisis without me opening my mouth. It was the first time I felt like someone believed me. She listened to me and gave me the correct diagnosis!
Laura Taylor is kind and caring. I can’t say enough good things about her. I am so fortunate to have Laura as my therapist. I see many have horrible experiences at mental health.
My only bad experience is with a lot of those front desk staff on the 4th floor. I even had to swallow air real hard not to lose my composure. I often wonder why do they bother working at a place while adding to people’s traumas. A lot of them behind that window have absolutely no compassion. The 3rd floor staff have been very kind.

I absolutely love all of the staff at this facility. The girls at the front desk called me by name on my second visit and ever since. They are always kind and easy to help with my appointment needs. Justin has been so kind, caring and informative in my evaluations. He is very encouraging and has helped me stay motivated. Jen and Katherine have been amazing with the therapy on my shoulder. They have listened to me with any and all questions or concerns I have had and have adapted my treatment when needed. They are always pleasant and encouraging. I am surprised there is such a fantastic facility like this place in Fayetteville, NC.
My 5 day stay there was exceptional. The nurses were top notch and took very good care of me! Same with the doctors; top notch and took very good care of me as well.
On top of the wonderful care by the doctors and nurses, the staff feed me 3 hot meals a day; carried in by an outside facility. I was able to choose what I wanted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, they had snack 3 times a day, between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, dinner and bedtime.
I was quite miserable during my stay and everyone who worked there did their best to insure I was comfortable and okay.
I am sure there are others like me that forgot to post just how wonderful this place is, right here in Fayetteville, NC. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did for me!!! From a 1 to 10, 1 being the worst, all the workers get a 10. I’m just so impressed and thankful for all of them!!

I was a patient there and it wasnt actually bad my father was in one similar but his was in the early y2k but, Mr Tyrone and Mr V was my favorite people they both are very VERY gifted with life advice and patience, Ms seantress wasnt actually good she was very annoying, but that place has helped me with my mental health, stress, depression, ADHD, and social anxiety. Thank you Mr V and Mr Tyrone for my stay, and I have met one person from there when I was and we are catching up now🙏🏽🤙🏼❤️

Update (17 Dec 2024): I mistook this clinic for its sister clinic in Jacksonville, NC. They reached out to me promptly and are assisting me with getting switched over their clinic. MTF.
(16 Dec 2024) Waited over a month, had 2 interviews/assessments, totaling 2.5 hours just to be told they can't treat me because of alcohol issues. The other problems are what's leading to alcohol issue. I don't understand. I was excited about finding a place that could actually help after 14 years of searching. Looks as though I still haven't found it.

I may not like the location but I am very pleased.....,also I am not a patient here anymore moved away but I am truly grateful staff very polite, I.e. getting copy’s of my records. I am a guardian of my little cousin goes here for therapy virtual with Denotra Winston since she was 6 years old she now 10 years old and I have seen big improvement on her depression with hard times going on with COVID I would recommend anyone to come here for treatment. On and off because I have to get help for myself and and traveling all the time because of certain situations of my life....., My first Therapist’s name was Maria Rivera Known me for a very long time she referred me last year to Natasha Schauer to join the DBT group and also for individual therapy. I was scared of change but doing best I can ....I am now 33 years old and I just wanted to say thank to all and truly honor to say these two wonderful ladies Maria Rivera and Natasha Schauer and Lacey as a backup just everyone in general really has been so Patients with me when I was at crisis and very understanding not only did I save my own life but they made a difference of saving me in a way making a difference to understanding me just being there And believing me made a difference It Impacted me to think things threw before acting on bad decisions...., also the improvement on everything just in general just impressed me ...,, yes there was ups and downs for my situations but my therapist always found a way to work through them by communication not only hearing me out but listening to understand me!!!!! is a huge difference .
