Weekly I bring my grandson, who is autistic, to speech therapy at Boundless. He also is a patient of Dr Ripsen's for his physical health needs. He is always treated with care and respect by both departments. It starts at check in and continues till we leave. He looks forward to his visits and has made tremendous progress in his speech. That itself gives him more freedom from the barrier autism creates.
Dr Ripsen listens to him and is sensitive to any tactile issues he has. He says, "She's a good girl!".
I love the people at Boundless. They care about the guy that is so special to me!

Great place and great staff Mrs D Ryan and Mel are the best RA's but they are all amazing 🥰 and the counselors Ryan and Tiara are amazing as well! The Groups are great full of information, tools, and coping skills you need to move forward in your recovery and they always make it fun and interesting so it's not just boring and school atmosphere-ish and the 2 discharge nurses do their thing to make sure you understand and choose where you go after and everyone genuinely cares about you and your recovery been to many and this one by far has got my attention and actually made me feel like there is a brighter future and it's not as lame as we think it's going to be in active addiction!! not a single place isn't going to not have hick ups and issues but they were great at solving issues that arise and fix anything they can Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work

I get ECT therapy here and the team is absolutely fantastic. Everyone is so warm and caring, even the front desk staff, and especially Dr. C. The therapy has helped a lot too. Biggest complaint I have is I got blood on my shirt once because I ripped my IV out while coming out of anesthesia and they couldn’t get to me quickly enough!😂 If that’s the worst thing that happens, it’s not even a problem. If you love your family DO NOT LET THEM CHECK INTO ARROW PASSAGE. I have dealt with thousands of companies over the years and this is by far the worst. There employees lack integrity and character. Below is my experience. Please go somewhere else for treatment. Arrow Passage seemed to be more of a social club and insurance fraud than a rehab facility. My insurance was billed approximately $300,000 dollars. I would expect much better treatment.
My wife Emily was checked into Arrow Passage for 97 days for Alcoholism and an eating disorder. She then was IOP. My experience with Arrow Passage was horrible. Horrible communication with family. Billed for at least one day she was not there. Emily's counselor Heidi Zurbuch lied to me numerous times. I had only two counseling sessions in person with Emily and was interrupted three times in the second session by the director of operations Emmanual Turner and another counselor (to get a vacuum cleaner, to return it, and then another time). Very unprofessional. On the Arrow Passage’s website it states that “you and your family will receive the customized support you’d expect from a luxurious destination facility – right in your backyard.” The owner Donte Stewart stated to me that it was not a luxurious place, and I did not receive any customized support. This was false advertising on their website that influenced going to this facility.
Emily stated that at the residential facility where they slept that an employee showed up drunk and there was a loud altercation between staff, and that employee was fired. An employee Tim Yoder (van driver/phone monitor) was flirting with my wife at the facility and grooming her. Later after she got out of the facility, they stayed in contact with each other and met at AA meeting and they fooled around in church parking lots throughout the county. I HOPE YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT, AN ARROW PASSAGE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PART OF HER TREATMENT WAS COMMITTING ADULTERY WITH A MARRIED WOMAN IN CHURCH PARKING LOTS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY AS SHE WAS STILL AN ACTIVE CLIENT. Very unprofessional. Yoder was a drug addict/alcoholic in recovery. This person they hired to be around people with addiction and mental issues. He was fired by Arrow for his actions. I can go on and on with the unprofessionalism of ALL staff and owner Donte S. of Arrow Passage. It took over two months to get an itemized bill after repeatedly requesting it. My main safety concern of Arrow Passage is them hiring such low-quality people that interact with clients that have mental issues, addiction issues, and more. I feel that the staff at Arrow Passage acted as predators to a very vulnerable and ill person seeking professional treatment. Since this incident Emily and I are divorced, and I have full custody of our three children with Emily having supervised visitation. I have complained to the owner Donte Stewart numerous times. Emily does have blame for what occurred, but not for their unprofessionalism and she was the one seeking help for numerous issues.
I was told numerous times that Emily was the best patient they ever had. If this is the results of the best patient, I would hate to see the results of a typical patient.
Respectfully,
David L.

We didn’t have a great experience with my oldest stepson here. The employees are rude and not caring. The psychiatrist prescribed him medication he didn’t do well with prior (a different dose this time), which put him in the ER. Then they got mad that we wanted our pediatrician to handle and manage the medication, because obviously this person has no idea what they’re doing.
They also told us he needed an unnecessary amount of tests done after they had already confirmed his diagnosis, which our pediatrician’s office found very confused. I understand you wanna rack up the insurance check as much as you can, but Jesus Christ. Honestly, the healthcare system in America is for profit.

This place can and needs to do better because people with mental health challenges deserve their best! The executive director just lied to me on the phone and didn’t have the decency nor professionalism to call me back. I’ve been without therapy for more than a month due to the holidays and workers schedules. My therapist lied to me and said her supervisor made her red chile her sessions and push people back another week. I had an outside advocacy group reach out to them and the executive director said the therapist was lying because she spoke to her supervisor and it was never communicated to reschedule. The reason this is so triggering is because I qualify for 1-hr a week, it’s called medical necessity because it’s needed and it’s required to qualify someone for services. My mental health doesn’t take breaks over the holiday so there should be planful scheduling that’s trauma informed. They want to be respected like physical medicine but then invalidate themselves by chronically poor practices. The Executive Director was supposed to call me back because she stated that’s what she’d do and she never did. I did reach her today and she said it was a misunderstanding and I should be good to continue…???? Do they not care that they have a therapist lying to their clients and pushing off their treatment????

When I finally admitted to myself and others 8 years ago that I needed help, I didn’t even know where to start. I spoke to the staff with The Next Right Thing and immediately felt safe and knew that this was the place I needed to go. I was terrified of this new step that I was taking in my life but everyone who was at The Right Thing made me feel safe and at home. I went into this place knowing I needed to make a change, but I didn’t know that my entire life would be changed. Every staff member helped and inspired me to be the best version of myself that I could be. They also provided me with the tools that I needed to cope with my emotions and to continue working through the process of recovery. I love helping other people and showing them that recovery works!
