Very helpful. Without them, I wouldn't have almost a year sober and truly enjoying it. I value them very much. As long as you understand they are human, and have an open mind going into these programs, you'll succeed. Idk if I should name names but Michelle (counselor) Sara (dr), Mary (medical) and Jessica (front desk) have helped me so much! 💜

I just wanted to thank promedica healthcare facility for caring for my mother so well. The nurses was so kind and understanding and patience with my mother recovering from major lung cancer surgery. When she arrived she couldn’t walk or hold a cup on her own. Now with the rehabilitation staff and nurses she doing all that. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my loved one. She loved her stay and going to miss all the nurses there. Our family couldn’t thank you enough for all you done for our Mother Shirley Collier. Thank you again!!!!

I'm asking about the program actually. At detox how is it exactly? Are the women and guys around one another? As well as the php and housing with the classes. Do you have groups and all that with the opposite sex? It's kind of a distraction for me that's why I am asking lol but while I'm here how is the food and are there TV's in the detox rooms and basically is it comfortable? I have 4 stars to write this comment obvi not bc I know how it is here. So please let me know, hopefully you can comment on this post, not really sure how it works lol thank y'all!

I have been with Compdrug since February 2021 and they have been great! My first 4 months I struggled to get clean until we found the correct milligram of methadone. Since then things have only gotten better in my life. Compdrug is really understanding and compassionate. They also helped me in the beginning with getting me into a sober living house as well as with clothing and shoes for myself and for employment. Compdrug has literally been the cornerstone of my recovery. So if U are serious about getting clean and U are hesitant because it can be scary just try Compdrug. U can go get dosed everyday and work ur way up. And in the event that the methadone is not enough at first DON’T GIVE UP! Keep gettin up everyday and going to get ur dose. Compensate with what u need to but I am telling U that there will be a day when U get ur dose up, a beautiful, magical day when holy crap U won’t need to use again!!! That’s how it was for me anyway. I wish the best to all of U and my heart goes out to the addicts still out there😢🫶

At first, there was some confusion with the first Provider that did my intake. I am not sure he knew how to treat my addiction since it was not a common substance. Kratom is not widely known or understood as a substance that is highly addictive, especially if you have a history of opiate addiction. I am being seen by a different Provider after that first visit and she is awesome. She (Joey) seems well educated and has been amazing with my treatment plan. There is no shame in admitting you have a problem and it takes a strong person to ask for help. Don't let the disease get the best of you - YOU ARE WORTH IT!

Great place and great staff Mrs D Ryan and Mel are the best RA's but they are all amazing 🥰 and the counselors Ryan and Tiara are amazing as well! The Groups are great full of information, tools, and coping skills you need to move forward in your recovery and they always make it fun and interesting so it's not just boring and school atmosphere-ish and the 2 discharge nurses do their thing to make sure you understand and choose where you go after and everyone genuinely cares about you and your recovery been to many and this one by far has got my attention and actually made me feel like there is a brighter future and it's not as lame as we think it's going to be in active addiction!! not a single place isn't going to not have hick ups and issues but they were great at solving issues that arise and fix anything they can Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work

I get ECT therapy here and the team is absolutely fantastic. Everyone is so warm and caring, even the front desk staff, and especially Dr. C. The therapy has helped a lot too. Biggest complaint I have is I got blood on my shirt once because I ripped my IV out while coming out of anesthesia and they couldn’t get to me quickly enough!😂 If that’s the worst thing that happens, it’s not even a problem. Definitely recommend coming here for ECT, it will change your life!

Really appreciated the treatment I received and all the The resources. The day nursing team and PCA’s were wonderful. The kitchen staff was very friendly. I felt like the team that I worked with genuinely cared about me. The only frustrating thing was some of the staff on nights were very unfriendly, especially the PCA. I understand people have bad days at work, but there’s no excuse to treat people like their children, especially when they’re being cooperative. Once you’re there, you don’t have a choice to be there and it would help if those folks who were unfriendly would understand that they can choose not to come into work but, I can’t choose when I leave. That sort of treatment doesn’t help when you’re in there for depression and anxiety. Besides that, I only have good things to say. That being said, I would like to thank everyone who helped take care of me while I was in the Willows pod. Deb, and Alicia you two are wonderful. Y’all helped me believe in humanity again by the way, you all treated me. The PHP program is wonderful and Travis really cares about the people who he’s helping in the group. You can get better. Don’t give up, never give up.
