I've been here when it was Evoke Wellness. Some crazy memories from that place!! Some fantastic, some were terrible. I hope it hasn't changed too much since ownership changed. And as many reviews say, the food was otherworldly🤣. Unfortunately from what I've heard from numerous people, that this place is dog 💩 now. It's so shameful that it's what happens to a business when they get new ownership. They don't even have mental health treatment there now. What a complete shame when a business person only cares about sales and money, over providing quality medical care.

This place is a great place to find one's self. I went through detox and residential treatment, which consisted of a 37 day stay. The food was wonderful. The kitchen staff was great, especially Jami!!! The nursing staff was great! They attended to all my needs my entire stay!!! I'd like to thank Heidi, Marissa, Ann, Shonta, Mendi, Sue, Saleena, and EVEN Eddie. The therapist were wonderful!!! Bri, Spencer, Kelli, Chelsea, Pat and Ameina conducted great groups, took us on walks, did crafts with us, and gave constructive feedback. The techs were very helpful and great problem solvers!!! Thank you so very much Chevell, Jennifer, Casey, Savanna, mari, and Dustin!!! If anyone wants to truly work on themselves, this is a great place to find real assistance...😊

I stayed here September 8th-October 11th 2023 when it was called Evoke Wellness. I have a PTSD and bipolar diagnosis, and they were one of the few treatment centers in the Midwest that could take my insurance during a mental health emergency. When I was there, I was coming down from mania, and obviously hated pretty much every second I was there. However, it was the slow down and forced reset that my brain needed. What else was there to do but sit with myself and think about it? All my obligations and most distractions were cut off. 3 years later and no relapses, I see this visit as the best thing I could have ever done for myself. The staff were all pleasant. I remember my therapists Misch and Chelsie. Both were so sweet and compassionate. John came to pick me up at a meeting point when my family couldn't complete my entire trip to Ohio, and his patience when I was asking him for my items I never even packed... Mandy was also amazing, she recognized that I was distressed about a delayed discharge to a step down facility, and got on the phone to get me out the door that day. Everybody here truly does want the best for the patients, even though it was hard to feel that way when I was in the middle of it. The facility was clean. Food was yummy, albeit fattening. I gained 15 pounds here lmao. I made some good friends here. I still follow some on socials and keep the notes they gave me while I was here. Thank you for the work you do. To anyone reading this who is looking at treatment and feeling scared: healing is hard and lonely work, but it's necessary. It does get better but it all depends on your effort, and you can do hard things. You got this.

In the last 3 years I've been to 5 different recovery centers the first one I graduated it was a year long it was a great one, but since then they have went down hill, profits over recovery issues, had almost had 3 years sober because of it then I went to 3 others before this one one was alright but I was attacked by a roommate, the other one everyone was still getting high, I was there for a month and a half and never got dropped, living conditions were deplorable. The one after that want to bad but they kicked me out because I don't do any mine altering substance including medications except Tylenol and holistic medications. This one is a perfect fit though the staff are very caring and they do the most when it comes to putting you back on your feet and making sure you stay sober but they also have helped me allot with my mental health their housing is amazing as well their counselors and their group facilitators know what their doing best techs I've met in these recovery programs. I truly feel confident in my recovery for the first time in my life. Which I have been an addict since I was 12 I'm 34 now and I only have about 3 almost for 4 years sober since, so that's saying something. Eventhough some people here like to gripe and whine. They should be grateful it could be allot worse all around an amazing and safe place to recover I would suggest this to all my friends if I had any I.e. cut them all off y'all are great keep up the great work Scioto wellness.

Having been a person who has frequented treatment centers for a very long time. Which is embarrassing for me to say but I truly believe that every step I have taken over the past twenty years has led me to the doors of scioto wellness. I say that to say that in all that time I have never encountered a place like this. The people here are a god send. The level of love, compassion.empathy and understanding are second to none. Beverly at the front desk is so personal and great. She is always smiling and is so very helpful. I would like to say that I enjoyed my stay here. All of the staff were amazing. When you ask them to do something for you, they get right on it. They didn’t give me any lip about it, they just did it. Everyone plays their role very well. I didn’t think that I’d have fun at a rehab but I did. The staff is so down to earth and very personable. Special shout out to Marti, Tarynn, Sharon and all of the bht staff. I would have given 5 stars but, yall have to work on the food quality and the facility being a bit more cleaner; like the carpets and the kitchen.

A family member went to Talbot Hall recently. He had been to several other rehabilitation centers, but said this was by far the best facility he has been in. I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.

This is the only methadone clinic I have ever been to. I've been attending since 12-15-2022. The receptionists have always been nice. This place has been very accommodating when my counselor is out sick by finding another counselor willing to do my 1 hour session. As a kid I was very picky about who I spoke to for counseling but I've enjoyed speaking with every counselor here! if you're a male who is thinking about starting methadone it most likely will cause hypogonadism also known as low testosterone levels. I was not told this when I started here and I went 3 years untreated. 2 years ago I found a urologist for peeing problems who performed a TURP surgery on me due to a narrow urethra. It was because of my follow up appointment that my urologist ordered multiple testosterone levels tests which were too low. Ever since I started synthetic testosterone last year it has drastically improved my life and allowed me to have methadone's full benefits.

When I was looking to leave treatment I knew I still needed structure in my life so I contacted the House of Hope for their Recovery Residence Program. They have been amazing after I moved in they helped me find a new job, when I found out that it would be remote they set me up for success in the house. Their structure has help keep me sober.

I absolutely love the staff here! They are an amazing group of people who don't make you feel judged or less than because of an addiction. I actually look forward to seeing them . They are encouraging, caring, and make you feel like they actually care about what they do, its not just a paycheck. So glad I made the decision to come here ♥️ I was there for the snow storm. The doctors were extremely slow. I waited 3 hours, but I am grateful they opened up. I in how it made everyone appreciate the nurses a little more. They hold that ship down! It was obvious when they didn't come in that day........ Lol

Compdrug saved my life.... I was deep into my addiction to fentanyl when I started coming here and a few months before I had overdosed twice having to be dozed with narcan both times. I truly believe that if it wasn't for a compdrug I wouldn't be here today. Yes at first I did struggle to get clean because the methadone just wasn't enough. But I didn't give up and I kept coming every single day and within a few months the methadone started being enough and I didn't need fentanyl anymore. Throughout the years I have experienced nothing but kind, caring, compassionate service from the staff here. I truly do feel like the staff here cares about my sobriety. I have never regretted the decision to walk through those front doors at compdrug and today my life is absolutely amazing. I still feel like every single day continues to get better and better. Good luck to everyone who wants to get clean. We do recover!

Their detox and residential program is amazing. Heather and January are the two best BHT providers I have ever met. A.D. and Corey are the go to ppl if I need anything and the entire staff care about recovery and are empathetic as ppl come. And Marla and Deana are the best Therapists in the business they are saving lives. It’s not easy but it is so worth it and the best decision I have ever made. Best MH hospital in columbus. Staff treat you like a human being and the doctors will work with you to help you get through literal hell (shoutout Dr. Cairns! she saved my life!) The other programs are good, but can be a bit weird with those with complex trauma conditions. I was told that I couldn’t have anything more than depression because I wasn’t 22, even though my symptoms were consistent with DID/PTSD. Did wish the food was better, but compared to other facilities this is the best in central Ohio

Camille, Jessica, Devyn, and Miranda truly stood out, they were incredibly kind, supportive, and helped me more than they’ll ever know.
