Best Brightview period. Best addiction treatment facility period. In the course of my recovery, I have been to over 4 addiction treatment programs. Brightview was by far the best. This location has the most professional staff around. In 6 years, I had not even one complaint! My boyfriend went with me to every single appointment at this location and was not harassed once for supporting me. I owe my life to these people! I would not have the amazing life I have today, without them. In the 6 and a half years I have been with them, I have not relapsed once and am almost completely weened off of Suboxone. I felt completely safe here and everyone who worked here is trustworthy. That is paramount for a successful recovery. If you don't even feel comfortable going in to the place that is supposed to be helping you, there is NO chance of successful recovery. Update: I am now fully off of Suboxone. Even at a low dose it was not easy. I could not have ever done it, without the support I received here.

Everyone has been so nice and friendly to my family. They have gone out of there way to be accommodating to any thing that is in there probably of the serves they offer or can fine to offer. And that's amazing foresight for health care works to give damn. There trained not to! Not the doc that is on the computer. Well,he's like any other doctor cold 😷 🥶 as a fish so there my impression ,love the receptionist. The nurses are just sweethearts and the nurse practitioners are just the greatest and they really listen. Just great people all around.

Extremely happy with this place. I will say that I used to use the Circleville clinic (which I don't recommend) but I have now been using the Chillicothe clinic for about a year. The Chillicothe clinic is the polar opposite of the circleville clinic. Nate is a fantastic counselor. The entire staff is great though. You can even get your medications from their in house pharmacy. There is also a crisis center on location 24/7. I cannot recommend this place more than I already do. I will advocate for this place. If you're looking or on the fence, trust me - this IS the right place to be.

I was a patient at Adena Counseling for over a year and they gave me a list of numbers to call to find a new doctor because they did not have the time to see me on a regular basis. I started counseling here at Scioto a month ago and have been able to get in weekly for therapy immediately! This has taken a huge weight of my shoulders as I need consistent therapy. The staff is amazing and quick to answer questions. By far the best mental health services I have personally received in Ross County!

The staff at Floyd Simantel have always gone out of their way to provide me with excellent service. I have been being treated there for almost 5 years and in that time I have been able to make great strides in creating a life worth living. Learning how to live and deal with my mental illness as well as my former substance use and abuse was not something they could do for me, I had to do the work, I had to show up, I had to be honest with myself. They helped me to learn a better way of life.
Reading the other review posted here, to me, is pathetic. They are not magicians who can cure you with a wave of their hand. Rebuilding a new and better life for yourself takes work, which includes making plans and taking action, is what they have helped me to do, but I was ready and wanted what they had to offer.
And I have always been treated with respect and dignity in the manner with which I have treated them.
My treatment has been totally outpatient so treatment is ongoing.

I'm a 32 year old army veteran that has struggled with substance abuse throughout the entirety of my adult life. I'm over 9 months clean today and actually feel I have a purpose in life again. I've been in a couple different rehabilitation programs , but if it wasn't for PARS I'd still be in a hole. They give 1 on 1 counseling which is critical as well as weekly classes depending on what you need. Andrea is my individual counselor and she does an amazing job listening, remembering and knowing how best to approach my specific situation. Michelle and Terry are also counselors and they lead classes weekly and do an awesome job and actually understand about what they're teaching which is critical for anyone struggling with this epidemic. Everyone at PARs is great!

I attended the rehab in 2019 they honestly helped me find God and they saved my life. Angie and Barry are like angles sent here to save the 1 that left the 99. I am forever grateful for them and all the people who helped me get there. Thanks to them I have my daughter back and am getting married to the man of my dreams and working a great job making good money. I could have done it without them and GOD.

This facility saved my daughters life and made us a family once again. I had all but given up hope of my daughter being clean and sober, and then she ended up here. Great program that is so effective! When my family came for visits we were always treated so kindly and made to feel very welcome. It's been a good place over the few months I have been there all except there is a nurse in the window that treated me straight like garbage this morning and left me sitting at the window knowing that I have to ride the bus and have other stuff to do but today I lost my step brother to a overdose and dealing with this nurse this morning could have caused me to relapse but I made it through the day every body else is nice there except the nurse I had to deal with today even caused me to miss my counselor appointment

I didn’t even have an appointment, but I knew I had to get help right away. I’ll be forever grateful to the nurse, Linda, who came to my aid. She welcomed me and my tears with open arms. All of the other staff are truly amazing as well. My Dr. Don truly has a heart of gold and my counselor Lisa is Heaven Sent! I’ve never felt judged or uncomfortable in any way. Everyone that works there is amazing! My thanks goes out to Paula, Lola, Amanda and ALL the staff that have been there to help me through the struggles life has thrown at me this last year. I can’t recall all the names of the other smiling faces that greet me each time I go there, but they all have a way of making me feel like I’m seeing a friend. Awesome job, Brightview! The staff is so nice and very polite and they go out of the way to help you try to get whatever you need if you need a social worker if you need a mental health counselor, any doctors appointments they strive to help you get back on your feet. The counselors are amazing. They’re a genuinely care and they genuinely want to help overall I love Brightview. I’ve been going here for a few years. This is one of the top drug and alcohol centers. I think in Scioto County Ohio.

I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.

I have been to rehabs that charge out of pocket and ones that take Medicaid. Talbott hall is among the best places to get treatment that take Medicaid. This place saved my life when I was at my lowest. Detox was comfortable and the out patient programs have been solid.
