They have celebrated my victories, helped me through difficult moments, listened when I needed someone to hear me, and reminded me that recovery is possible even on the days when I questioned myself. What stands out to me most is that I have never felt like just another client. I have felt seen as a person. The staff genuinely care about each individual’s success, and that care is reflected in the countless small moments that often go unnoticed—checking in after a difficult group, offering words of encouragement, celebrating milestones, laughing together, and creating an atmosphere where healing feels possible. As someone who has supervised treatment programs myself, I pay close attention to culture, professionalism, and clinical quality. Oregon Trail has created something special. Their staff consistently demonstrate integrity, empathy, patience, and clinical competence. They don’t simply teach recovery—they model it through the way they treat people. Throughout my time here, I have participated in intensive treatment, recovery planning, peer support, 12-step work, parenting education, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical services. This experience has also reignited my passion for the behavioral health profession. Michelle talked our family through all the steps to success and was there for us in every moment. I can not express the appreciation and gratitude I have for her. It is beyond words. From the minute I walked through the doors it was evident to me that this was a place that served those suffering from addiction. The staff are truly dedicated and I believe “called” to spread the message and help to others. The work was hard but sharing it with other women and recognizing their honesty, strength and willingness made it possible for me to do the work and do it with complete honesty. The AA meeting every morning at the Little Yellow House, Von and Shannon’s delicious meals, the beach walks, gym time, bowling and movie time—-were just what was needed to help in the beginning of healing. Jean who kept our home so clean and tidy and her wonderful sense of humor and stories.The counselors, nurses, admin., etc. are dedicated to each and every woman who comes through the doors. I am forever grateful for the gift of being able to walk through the doors and be a part of this blessed place. I look forward to seeing my Awakening Sisters in the future. He is uncaring, has no empathy, and seems to derive pleasure on singling a person out within the group to pick on. He was horrible to me. He is also new at his job but I don’t feel this can be used as an excuse for his apathetic behavior. I am troubled that I shared personal information with him because he took what I told him in confidence and used it against me. He gives you inaccurate information about very important things. So if you go to this treatment center, beware of Anthony! I can’t say a bad thing about anyone else. The hub staff is great, and they’ve got some really good instructors there too. I have been here since 2014, ive worked normal jobs and raised my kids which is something i couldnt do using, they have helped me in ways i could ever imagine. Not only am i getting help but im also creating friend ships and relationships with the staff. I remember pattys first interview and from this day forward shes been nothing but amazing, she may get on my ass for being in the parking lot after they are closed but patty that's not my fault (people come up to me an wanna talk and ask for help) i love this clinic and i miss the employees that have come and gone but this clinic saved me! I've been clean since 10-09-2014 off hard drugs!
