This is my 3rd time in treatment. They say third time is a charm. They are right. Crestview recovery was an amazing experience. It was well organized and they knew what every individual needed to be successful on this journey of recovery. The staff was really nice and took care of all my needs. They were patient and gave me space when I needed it. They kept me busy and always learning something new everyday about myself and how addiction works. This treatment center has save me from death. I now strive to be my best self and show up even when I don’t want to. I’ve learned how to be patient with others because they were patient with me. This kinda of program will only work if you work it and I want to see change in yourself. Treatment gives you a new start to life no matter what awful things you did in the past. I highly recommend going to this treatment facility.

I attended the partial hospitalization and mental health outpatient program at Crestview, and it has helped me get my life and health back on track.
I felt welcomed and supported by the staff. The counselors were compassionate, knowledgeable and truly dedicated to providing individualized help that addressed my needs.
The program is structured similar to other PHP programs, providing a mix of group sessions and individualized therapy. The group sessions taught helpful skills, included some yoga, topic presentations, and allowed me to connect with others who were going through similar experiences. The individual and family sessions were where I felt Crestview really shined, providing individualized care that helped me get back on my feet, functioning and happy again.
I would highly recommend Crestview.

Wanted to thank the staff and everyone who was in here at the same time as me.I didn’t come here entirely on my own free will, but because I was kind of cornered into it by my therapist. And I wasn’t happy about putting my life on hold to be here. But now I see why she really wanted me to go.I had no previous experience with programs like this and didn’t know what to expect. And you can bet I doubted everything every step of the way. I still do in some areas. But the longer I was there, the more I saw a difference and realized why things are done the way they are.I got a lot out of the program in the relatively short time I was there and have seen a big difference in my eating and thinking. And also in my physical health and brain. My memory has really noticeably improved and so has how I feel physically. And I’ve felt so much calmer and happier compared to before I went in. Turns out eating consistently helps you not feel like you’re in fight or flight all the time, who would have thought haha.

1000x better than allied, been here since 2020 and was at allied for 6 years before that. People and councilors will tell you that this place is a “Juice Bar” but what that actually means is that you can balance being an everyday patient while working a job and living a life. You will NEVER I repeat NEVER be stuck here for 2-6 hours because some councilor wants to punish you for missing your groups or appointments. All services are offered here if you want them, you aren’t forced to do them. You’ll never wait more than 15 minutes to be dosed, and it’s all about recovery at your own pace because we all know it’s all about how badly an addict wants to get clean. No amount of weekly allied groups, bottle returns, dose holds and forced counseling sessions makes you more clean or less of an addict. So dont let that discourage you from easier more accessible treatment. You do it when the time comes. They even offer alternative treatment like acupuncture, and they test for Hep-C. All I ever got from allied was lost jobs and time wasted being jerked around jumping through hoops just to be able to get my dose.

I cannot say enough good things about Deschutes. This program saved my child’s life and I am forever grateful to the highly skilled and deeply compassionate people that supported her and our family. Before going to Deschutes, my 17 year old was in crisis and deeply disconnected from our family. She was heavily using drugs and engaging in many risky behaviors. We tried several different therapists and interventions but nothing had an impact. The stress on our family was tremendous.Sending our child to Deschutes was a very hard decision, but it turned out to be the best decision we’ve ever made. One of the greatest strengths of Deschutes is the family education and therapy component. My husband and I learned so many new skills for relating to one another and with our teen. Our child saw us evolving along side her and I believe that helped rebuild our family connection and trust with one another. Thanks to Deschutes, we feel like a family again. Our child’s therapist Lori and our family therapist Mariah were both AMAZING– as were all the guides and the staff. These people are such good and deeply caring humans and they changed the trajectory of my child’s life forever. My child entered Deschutes with no coping skills. She was angry, lonely, and depressed and would not talk about feelings. She finished the program confident and genuinely connected to self and family. She also now has lots of new skills to help her regulate and cope with challenges (and so do her parents).

Hell, I even remember getting thrown into the old Hooper drunk tank after being a passenger in a DUI car accident. I should’ve played injured instead of trying to leave the scene. Anyway reading through the negative & single star comments, it’s very clear for me to see the repeating theme & same old BS excuses people love to try riding. I’ve left at 3am throwing a damn fit thinking my girlfriend on the female side had left cuz they wouldn’t tell me if she was still there! She was & I ended up the dumbass in relapse, alone. NOTHING on the recovery path at all will EVER succeed without that first required desire & commitment from within. To then accept a plethora of positive suggestions & encouragement that’ll only fall on deaf ears unless YOU LISTEN for it! Shit even right now in my full addiction, a criminally corrupt career criddler… I can see the writing on these comment walls! Hoopers without a doubt… Saved my life more than once. Maybe they’ll do it again … If I decide to let them help me help myself! Our options are few & the end game for everyone is the same. Why speed up reaching death & spending the gifted time of life in misery. Forcing loved ones to be miserable. Let go of your guilt, blaming yourself is obviously a step towards acceptance. Quit punishing yourself though, because your punishing everyone else that loves you too! You are the most important person in your life & ain’t nothing selfish about living like it!Good Luck

had a much smoother detox here off fentanyl than the first time cold turkey.if withdrawal has been too challenging for you to get clean, and you have 4-7+ days you can take off work & home – i would highly recommend trying it.they helped me get another chance at a fulfilling life, and i believe they can do the same for you.they also offer a lot of help after you get out with housing, work, meds, etc.

After withdrawing for 24 hours on my own I went to Bridgeway to detox off of fentanyl and meth. I only stayed for 3 days because that was as many as I felt I needed. My personal experience fantastic. Anytime I didn t feel well I was able to talk to staff and they would administer my own personal medication I brought in as well as the detox meds they have on hand. The food was amazing. To be able to have people specifically making you healthy food for 3 large meals a day and more if you want. Along with soup in between breakfast and lunch and a refrigerator full of milk and beverage machines in the kitchen. You re not forced to go to bed at a certain time you can watch movies all night or color and read. You can t have your cell phone with you so be prepared if that s a dealbreaker for you. Your not forced to participate in any groups or extracurricular activities like that if you don t want to. You can shower whenever you want as well as go outside. No smoking but they have nicotine gum and patches. I was there a few months ago but im still clean off of fentanyl and meth. Even with meds you re still gonna be uncomfortable to a certain extent. One of the nurses even sat and talked with me for a long time the first night I was there and couldn t sleep. My personal experience was nothing but positive and I would highly recommend it to anyone whose tired of being trapped in addiction.

Bridgeway was no doubt, the beginning of the end of my addiction. I came in hopelessly addicted and had no idea of how I was ever going to get clean and stay that way. The people there truly cared about me and getting me help. I ended up at Adult and Teen Challenge which is a year long faith based recovery program and discipleship where I began my relationship with Jesus Christ. I am now 2 months into an internship with ATC and 15 months clean and sober thanks to the family of friends at Bridgeway and I am forever grateful to them for helping save my life.

Attending inpatient addiction treatment in Oregon is like a hospital stay, although some rehabs have a more residential feel. It is a 24/7 medically and therapeutically supervised program where people learn to live without substances in their system. Individual, group and peer counseling are available, and most programs also have peer support along with some amount of medical and psychiatric care.
Some programs provide recreational activities and outings to help people develop skills at entertaining themselves without drugs and alcohol. Many inpatient programs allow family and other loved ones to attend counseling with you, either in a family program or during specific sessions.
Most programs will address co-occurring disorders too including addictions not related to substances, like problem gambling or sex addiction. Dual diagnosis issues are also addressed such as anxiety and depression, or other undiagnosed or unmedicated conditions like bipolar disorder, personality disorders or medical problems like diabetes.
Inpatient programs are available in many areas of Oregon and throughout the country and most will take insurance and Medicaid or Medicare. Contacting the admissions department is the first step in ascertaining if inpatient treatment is right for you. The benefit of beginning your recovery journey in an inpatient setting is statistically indicated to provide a higher rate of success long term.
