I came into the hospital on june,9,2025 to have my first baby he didn't arrive until june 10th i had a midwife by the name Kristy and a nurse jantet who delivered my beautiful baby boy. And i can tell you tbat they made my first delivery experience thr best they were so helpful and encouraging to help me get through the delivery. I couldn't thank these ladies enough for all they have done for me. The only thing i was a little upset about was we were not allowed to take pictures or vidoes while i was in active labor we had to wait till the baby was out of me.

I was in the intensive care unit 1 August to 13 August the doctors, nurses, and the complete staff from housekeeping to the girl who took the blood work. They were exceptionally helpful and courteous. They always asked if we needed something or wanted anything I got the best treatment you could’ve got My self in my roommate. Miss the staff and doctors

This place is a wonderful place for all your mental health or general counseling needs! I’ve been seeing two therapists a doctor, and a case manager here for over a year now and only have great things to report. The staff is friendly and helpful, and while I can’t speak to all the services or professionals here, I’ve only had good experiences with all the ones I’ve seen.

The nurses and techs were absolutely phenomenal loved them! I want to thank Dr maul for discussing things with me when he had the availability with such a high caseload. Coming to terms with my diagnosis has been tough and he validated the last question I had about how my mental illness can be exacerbated. Either social work was confused or the program on the outside was and I was released without care on the outside which wasn't great. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all but I got what I needed out of it.

Was recently taken by ambulance to the ER. Had a CT scan right away and was in and out very quickly. Everyone was really nice and tolerate of how filthy dirty I was haha I was on the templeton ride. Wish our hospitals were that fast and friendly!

I was on the psych unit for a few days and the staff was always attentive and compassionate with me while I was struggling. The one staff member, Logan, gave a really great group about depression and he helped me feel comforted when I was feeling really bad about certain things. Alex helped me feel understood and I could relate to him, he never made me feel like I was left out or awkward. I didn't get the other two RN's names (horrible memory) but they always came in a pair and whenever I saw them, I instantly felt at home and relaxed. Incredible staff who genuinely care about what you're struggling with and help with accomodations for your needs. (The one RN gave me fidget toys because I needed a distraction and they're still in my pocket everywhere I go) Thank you so much to the amazing staff and doctors who treated me while I was there, every single person on the 5th floor unit was incredible in their own ways, extremely grateful I got to work with such a terrific team!

My father was in the ICU this past February. The staff was great! Our nurse, Dan, was so kind and helpful. He even comforted me when I broke down when we finally made the decision to take dad off life support. It's not often you find a staff member that cares as much as he did. His kindness was much appreciated. The doctor was very informative and explained my father's condition in terms we could understand to help us make decisions about his care. While dad was in the ICU, his wife was also admitted on the 7 tn floor, she has dementia and dad was her care giver. So they took care of her while we tried to figure out where she could go after dad passed. My 95yo grandmother was also admitted at the same time on the 6th floor. Every staff member we dealt with was amazing. From the nurses to doctors to the clergy. When my dad passed they didn't rush us out. Let us take our time to say goodbye and grieve. That was so appreciated. Highly recommend this hospital.

I was a mess when I first went to Mountain Laurel Recovery Center. A man with a lifelong history of substance use disorders. Their individualized approach to each recovery sets a standard on how a treatment facility should operate. From a traditional 12 steps perspective to a holistic practice all the way to mindfulness. They will find a way that works for you. I am fortunate enough that I got to meet all the beautiful staff members including but not limited to, my counselor, administrators, other counselors that were teachers for my program. All the way to the nursing staff, kitchen staff and the caring ones who watch us throughout the facility. I would give 10 gold stars if I could.

Hi. I admitted myself into mountain laurel in January of 2025. My stay was amazing! I had the best counselors, the best staff and the best care possible! Everyone was wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, there was plenty of opportunity to either have private time or spend time with peers. The groups were great. I came out a new person! I would recommend Mt. Laurel to anyone fighting addiction! The care I received was top notch!!!

When I found myself entering this treatment center, I had absolutely nothing going for me. A year later, I got my son home, my fiance and I both got clean TOGETHER, we both have full time jobs, 2 cars, a beautiful home and our families back. For this first time in 14 years we are both sober, healthy, happy, and succeeding in life. Without the counselors and all the help here, I woukdnt have made it but love my life today more then anything Andi owe thisplace so much for that. I attended this facility and was very appreciative of the love and care I received. Was it all good no but that was of my own doings. I want to give a special nurse named Karen the most love of all. This lady is absolutely amazing,loving, caring soul. If anyone is ever blessed enough to be in her presence the they will understand she truly is a gift to be around. I have been to detox here about 5 times and the county paid for it every time. The staff is kind. They care. Most of the people that work there have a history with addiction and sober time. The nurses are all great too! Sweethearts. The place is really boring, understaffed and has a jail like space to move around in. It feels like being in jail a little bit because of the small area to be confined in. But I was always treated right and received help. Are you going to love it here? Probably not. But if your goal is to get clean then I'm giving it five stars. Today is my 1 year anniversary since my last drink. I have never made it this long before.

I spent six weeks at the Greenbriar Wexford outpatient facility at a very difficult time in my life. My counselors (Ken and Sasha) were simply the best. I learned a lot of tools necessary for my recovery and I feel they definitely put me on the right path. This is an excellent facility! The knowledge and compassion of not only the therapists, but also the rest of the Greenbriar staff, is extensive. The treatment program is very effective. I HIGHLY recommend Greenbriar outpatient treatment for anybody who is struggling with any type of addiction!

This is a opioid recovery facility and can help people who want help!! It is the closest to Living clean you can get. I need the help it gives me. I have tried the NA & other programs this is what is best for me. The people are great well like everywhere there are Egos but not as a rule so if you need help start hear and go for it.

I love this place, as it has saved my life. But the pictures in the google add are definitely NOT the center on Washington Blvd🤷🏽♂️ Don’t know why they have these beautiful pics up, and that’s nowhere near what it actually looks like.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Joe Mattis from UPMC Mercy’s Emergency Department. This physician provided such expert care for my son who experienced a fairly significant trauma to his eye. Dr. Mattis was caring, concerned, efficient, thorough and stellar in his diagnosis and subsequent steps to ensure healing. He communicated the plan back to wellness clearly and articulately. Even more, he conveyed such genuine, dedicated concern and went above and beyond to help him.
We are forever grateful for Dr. Mattis and his team (Nurse Ed from Seattle and a lovely nurse whose name I did not get). He is who every doctor should be.
