Let me tell you something about the ER staff at Penn Highlands: they were fantastic. After I came in following a motor vehicle accident, the staff handled the situation with exactly what you want from an emergency department—professionalism, competence, efficiency, and, perhaps most importantly, genuine compassion. Nobody treated me like a number. They took the time to assess the situation, explain what was happening, answer questions, and make sure I was taken care of. The staff remained calm and attentive throughout the process, which is exactly the kind of thing you appreciate when you're having a very bad day. So, to everyone in that ER who helped me: thank you. You did your jobs exceptionally well, and I genuinely appreciate the care you provided. And yes, I realize this is suspiciously positive for a review. Don't get used to it.

I have spent over 15 years or so a patient in most centers and have had nothing but good experience and threw the availability of groups and great counselors threw the way..... I learned to live, survive and skills of so much for any situation in life!! I was properly diagnosed and real quick medications that actually worked. I have nothing but good to say!! With addiction a part of my past I also was capable of a counselor with drug and alcohol skills and that's hard to find!! Give it a shot.....!!!! I love my counselor of 9 years officially in that facility!!

I love this place my therapist is very nice and listens very well. Psych Rehab is also a lot of fun and my health has been all the better for it. The only complaint I really have is that they have me switch Psychiatrists a lot. Only reason for the 4 star review. Thanks a bunch for helping my mental health 😊

Dr. Panwar is great to work this as a patient of his. He listens to hear your complaints and offers solutions via medication and behavioral changes as a team with you rather than a doctor telling a patient this is how it is. I feel heard and happy when I leave each appointment.

I got my teeth removed today. All the nurses were great. They were kind, funny, and very professional. They didn’t pull you to do anything. They were right there to help you. Wonderful job ladies and gentlemen. It’s a little far from where I live but I would go back.

Had a surgery there recently, and let me tell you I have never had such an amazing time at a hospital. The staff was so patient, tended to every need, and while I was under made sure my husband was good and didn't need anything. I found myself here with an extreme emergency recently. It ended up in a hospitalization that lasted more than a week, at the DuBois sister facility, since the specialty services I needed were available there. I ended up spending an entire day in an ER bay until I could be transferred to the DuBois location. During my stay, I received premium treatment and quality care. I was really impressed with the level of service, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the respectful care.

Hands down the best treatment facility I've ever completed. If you're expecting perfection, you're wasting your time because it doesn't exist in this world. However, if you're looking for dedicated staff as well as amazing community there is placed in an amazing rural environment. Every facility has its issues, so I'm sure you will find whatever you're looking for here. My experience here was top tier, as I stated, the staff is very respectable and dedicated to their jobs. I'm from NYS and have been to several rehabs in PA . By far St. Joe's is the best. Offering a holistic approach to recovery with physical therapy , sound bath , swimming, tia chi and so much more. The clinical , RA, and nursing staff are all amazing, person centered and caring! They have a well put together humongous facility for freetime activities as well. Then after completion, its not over. They contact you with follow-up and if willing connect you with the best Alumni program and peer ran staff Melissa. Who could ask for anything more from rehab!!!

Staff is helpful and facility is clean. They offer 2 maintence programs for opiate addiction. Methadone and Suboxone. They take most insurance or you can pay cash. The methadone program cost roughly $125 per week. However they will work with cash paying patients that need some type of payment arrangement. If you need help with your addiction and don't feel that you're ready to quit cold turkey on your own Discovery is a positive alternative.

This program is awesome if your SOFT AKA NOT LIKE THAT behave yourself and don’t get sent here this program isn’t for the shit talking can’t fight passive and indirect individuals more than likely you will get beat up better hope there’s staff around to save you! I was here for 7 months?! I loved it I’m glad Im graduated here the teachers are great the staff is great yes there gonna be staff you don’t get along with but that’s anywhere even public schools!!! Staff do not abuse kids here it’s when your in-compliant and you get restrained do to HOSTILITY the fact you got beat at your own game you wanna cry talking about abuse that’s why I said…. Behave yourself. I only made it to status 3 not 4 I was more a behind the scenes and cause chaos and they knew it :) …. Oh and we had individuals that would run down on staff too I seen it first hand don’t make yourself a target trying to be a hero to the program director not only did you get other staff in trouble you put the spot light on us and that’s why that happen class of 2015 🥳

I have been to many drug and alcohol inpatient treatment centers, and my experience at arc manor was one of the best experiences i've ever had in my life... The people that work there are very helpful will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met... The staff there is very friendly. It's a clean facility.
