I went and got seen here today, and my nurses name was timbres she was a big help. She went above and beyond her line of duty to help me out. She helped me with information that I had no idea about. I was also seen by a provider by the name of Tami. She was also a good provider going above and beyond her line of duty as well. I just want to thank these ladies for making me feel so welcomed to South Dakota, because I'm not from here I'm from Oklahoma. And these lady's make me feel at home.

i guess the other reviewer was parent-placed with great private insurance. My girlfriend's son has all the issues this place is supposed to address, but obviously kids on Medicaid aren't worth the time of LSS. A kid with a verified family history of mental illness, truancy and some incidents of violence would appear to fit the bill of LSS. The state office in Pierre has approved her son for placement, but all she gets from LSS on Enterprise is the runaround. Again, this kid in need has the unfortunate situation of being on Medicaid, and it looks like that's an issue with LSS. It all comes down to the almighty dollar I guess, and LSS is no different. She was told her son doesn't fit the criteria for their services. Not only is that a joke, but goes against all LSS claims to be about. The kid is in need and LSS is turning it's back on him.

I've had the privilege of working with therapists Jennie and Sherry at this office, and I'm incredibly grateful for the support they've provided. Jennie's guidance has been especially instrumental as I navigate the challenges of being a mom to three young kids. Jennie's compassionate and understanding approach has created a safe space for me to express myself freely. Sherry, another therapist at the office, has also been valuable to our family. Her guidance and insights helped us overcome various challenges, and I am thankful for the positive impact she has had on our lives.
I also want to acknowledge the exceptional communication and responsiveness of the Billing and Office Manager, Amy. Amy has made the administrative aspects of the process seamless, and her availability and responsiveness via text or phone calls have been a great asset.

I have not been through drug rehab nor do I think that I need it? I do think that this facility is helpful I feel like the psychologists are down to earth and understanding, especially the 20+ year psychologists. They are so good that they don't have to take notes; while you are in a session. Makes it feel like you're just talking with your girlfriend, very calming.
It was court ordered that I took mandatory counseling when I was a teenager. I feel bad for my counseler, because of my demeanor, being a immature teenager. I worry she felt like our sessions were unproductive and a waste of her time.
The facility and Yankton is a little bit more tucked away it's in between the prison and Broadway street. It's not on a main road. The facility in Vermillion, South Dakota is right on Main Street. In front of the court house you cannot miss it.

Treatment services at NFC are excellent. All of the staff are great people who care about their clients success. I was at a different Treatment center previously that was BS compared to the level of care at New Freedom. I highly recommend.
