Wether you take the help, or not, it is not their problem. WWR uses a tired approach to recovery, providing care and treatment at all levels allowing clients to develop healthy life skills that will support their recovery and overall wellbeing as they transition back into everyday life. The fellowship and community achieved here continues after treatment with alumni events and open meetings. Recovery is celebrated and remains a continued focus. The staff are knowledgeable and truly care about the clientele. This facility deserves all of the praise it has received and will forever be remembered by me as a cornerstone of my recovery journey.

I can’t say enough good things about Windmill Wellness Ranch. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Everyone there goes above and beyond to help, and you can tell they truly care about each person’s recovery journey. The accommodations were clean, peaceful, and made it easy to focus on healing and personal growth. The atmosphere is supportive, positive, and encouraging every single day. The staff is absolutely amazing — compassionate, professional, understanding, and always willing to help however they can. This place is amazing. The complaints in the reviews worried me. But the moment I arrived I was treated with the upmost care. Only weak people leave a treatment facility like this. This place saved my life and I was treated with dignity and respect throughout. I have my life back and that is what I went there for. Anybody you read on here that has anything bad to say is soft. This place can fix anyone WILLING to be vulnerable. Some adults never got told they couldn't be unicorns when they grew up and it shows.

Nova is far from perfect, and some of the information can be misleading. But if you want to dive deep into the 12 Steps while enjoying good food and a beautiful scenic view, this is the place for you. The staff is great — the RAs and techs are friendly and genuinely care. The woman who runs it, however, can be unreasonable and enforces some silly rules (like not being allowed to save your food for later — insanity), but fortunately, she’s not around much. Jeff and Korn are the ones who really run the show. They have a ton of recovery experience and are both awesome guys who truly care. Jeff changed my life and helped save my marriage, so the place gets five stars from me for that reason alone. Thank you to Jeff, Korn, Cassandra, Jen, Leon Phelps, Aaron, and the rest of the staff!

Loved my time at Fullbrook. I’m beyond blessed that I was able to have a chance to understand and process my addiction and trauma through this program. Fullbrook center was life changing for me. I didn't realize at the time what a difference it would make in my life. But since my return home in January, I have 4 months of sobriety under my belt and no desire to ever drink again. Every relationship in my life has changed for the better! I have been to several different treatment centers yet never a place like this!❤️👍❤️ The clinical team was outstanding and the recovery advocates were amazingly loving and caring... I was treated with total respect and the place was beautiful... The food is amazing 🤩 The bedrooms are very nice the facility is soooo clean ..... The classes for recovery are great 👍 Like I said the staff pays 120 % attention to you.. What more could you ask for then to recover on a gorgeous island. South Padre is beautiful. I've been sober 105 days and gained the tools I needed to live a life in recovery.. I would totally refer anyone to this place. Trust me it's perfect to recover from such a nightmare of any substance abuse you may be suffering.. they'll teach you everything you need to get well and stay well 🙂🤗

I was in the Hannah House from February 8th until March 10th. Everyone there is awesome. They literally care about everyone that is in there. Not going to lie the first couple weeks were rough but I survived thanks to the loving staff there. I learned routines and have kept up with them at home. I went in a very broken person addicted to Xanix and alcoholic with depression, grief and anxiety. I feel great no cravings whatsoever and I have been clean and sober for 62 days today! I was able to work through my depression, anxiety and grief also!! Thanks to this wonderful place where I will always call home.

I was just discharged from The Right Step, Wimberley, TX, yesterday. This place and all of their AMAZING staff, including RAs, Counselor, Doctors, Nurses, Kitchen staff SAVED MY LIFE! After years of addiction I feel stronger and more equipped to face this disease head on. There are only minor things I would change: I think the women should have a large covered smoking area like the men do. The two small covered areas would get soaked in the rain and we were still required to smoke there. We would have to stand there to have a cigarette because chairs were soaked. It was cold, wet and uncomfortable. I think the women deserve an equivalent to the men, who have a large roof covered patio. It's only fair. Otherwise, not much to complain about. Some staff were better, kinder than others, but I won't name drop here. Overall, I would definitely choose them over again. Going to Right Step was the best decision of my life and I am grateful beyond words!

We felt heard understood and supported despite the tremendous pain we was experiencing and having my son in that hospital ms CHERIL WEISE gave me the peace of my mind every single day by keeping me informed about my sons condition and progress even though she had many of patients to care and see, she always return my calls and always made time to meet us in the office with kindness and compassion she kept us updated on my sons progress and provided support during on of the most difficult times of my life. I will be forever grateful for her dedication professionalism and genuine care. I would also like to thank the nurses doctors and therapist. And the lady in front desk in special the lady with blonde hair she always was si nice and sweet always kind respectful and welcoming. The only thing I didint like it’s the phone where my son it was never work perfectly. TODAY THANKS GOD 🙏my son it’s back home with us🙏

This place changes lives. Its helped me to have the tools to accurately address and process what my addiction and addictive behaviors look like both mentally and physically. How my trauma has played a role in my life and how to deal with it and myself daily. The amount of growth that can be gained in a few weeks and months is a miracle. Robert Kidd and his team do an amazing job prompting, listening, and directing healing and true recovery. Its all about being healthy in the end. It’s hard to put into words the amount of gratitude I feel for Robert Kidd & “the Room” @ Positive Recovery, but I will give it my best shot. After finding myself at an ultimate low & loosing nearly everything that ever mattered to me in life, I found myself sitting in what we call “the room”. Robert asked me a question that I had no idea wld be the start of a new & beautiful journey…. “Who is Kat?” Take away the kids, the marriage, the job, etc…most of which I had lost at that point anyway - who was I, at my core? I had absolutely no idea - but thankfully, I had a willingness & a safe place to find out. Thru some really challenging assignments & sitting in the room w/ others who were willing to open up & share things we probably wldn’t otherwise talk about…I found myself doing the same. In doing so, I have been able to let go of things I didn’t even realize I had been holding onto & have rediscovered who I AM. It’s a special room & To say that I’m grateful is a serious understatement. Everyday is a gift 🙏 I realize that more today than ever. #soberaf #onedayatatime

I hope this review reaches you when you’re feeling like you’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. If that’s where you are, know that PRC will give you the help you need, and Robert Kidd is in the business of the highest calling—Saving Lives. There are a few moments in my life that I can pinpoint as truly life-saving, and my experience at PRC is one of them. There are plenty of IOP programs around, but the people at this center, especially Robert Kidd, are on a whole different level. Before coming to PRC in San Marcos, I had been through three treatment centers and several Intensive Outpatient Programs, with my life in complete disarray. But everything changed when I met Robert. When you show up at an IOP, it’s not on your best day—it’s one of the lowest. My family had given up on me, and I didn’t have anyone to help me sort through the wreckage of my life and guide me forward. I felt hopeless, like rebuilding my life wasn’t possible. Robert took me in at my lowest point, and I’ll never forget what he said after going through the intake process. He looked at me—a 28-year-old man, fresh out of my second rehab, with a newborn child—and smiled. “Hey Bud, we’re going to get through this. And I don’t just mean maintain—I mean thrive. I have high hopes for you, John.” It had been a long time since someone believed in me. Robert became the father figure I needed when mine had stopped speaking to me. From that moment, I gave everything I had to getting clean. I had never stayed clean and sober for more than 12 days, but Robert's belief in me made me want to succeed. It wasn’t the money spent on rehab or the numerous counselors and medications that made the difference—it was Robert’s belief in me. He didn’t just let me slip away when I missed a group session; he would reach out, encourage me, and motivate me to keep going.
