La Hacienda truly changed my life. I’ve been to treatment centers all over the state of Texas, and La Hacienda was the last treatment center I ever had to go to. The 28 days I spent there helped save my life and gave me the foundation I needed for long term recovery. The staff genuinely care and are always available to help, encourage, and support clients through every stage of the process. The program is strongly rooted in a 12 step approach, which was exactly what I needed, while also offering specialized programming to meet different individual needs. The campus is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean, creating an environment where healing feels possible. The medical staff were also incredible and made me feel safe and cared for throughout my stay. I will always be grateful for the experience I had at La Hacienda and for the role they played in helping me rebuild my life.

Saved my life.

Our family’s experience with LaHa left a lasting impression on me. My son first went there at a time when he wasn’t ready to embrace recovery and after that, he spent time at many other treatment centers. When he finally reached the point where he was ready to get better La Hacienda was the place he wanted to go. That spoke volumes to me. Out of everywhere he had been, La Hacienda was the place where he felt the most comfortable and cared for. It was a place that made him believe that recovery was possible. As a mother, I understood very little about addiction so I attended 4 different family programs at his various treatment centers and the one at LaHa was by far the best. When my son returned to LaHa he specifically asked his dad to attend the family session. It was here that he finally understood addiction as a disease and was given the perspective he needed to not only support our son’s recovery but his own through attending our local Alanon. We highly recommend La Hacienda.

From the beginning, the staff was helpful in understanding the process, getting insurance approval, clear communication to the family throughout the process, etc. The staff is wonderful about checking in with the patient post-visit and have developed a vast network of alumni who are deeply connected. LaHa is a place where hope begins and provides the tools to find health and wellness.

This is an amazing and very spiritual place to began recovery. The councilors there are great. This place saved my life. Highly recommend this place for you or anyone you care about that needs help with addiction.

I was a client here and stayed for 3 months. I honestly only had the intention to stay 1. Each month I agreed to extend because this place was worth it. One of my character flaws is perfectionism and I could complain about some small issues, but honestly that's irrelevant to the support and care I received. After detox, I was assigned the absolute best therapist I have ever had and several amazing recovery coaches that helped me work through my personal issues, legal problems, and my FMLA so I had a job to return to. I learned more about mental health, addictions, and coping skills then I ever expected. I met lot of amazing friends that I still keep in regular contact with since my departure and most of the staff are incredibly loving and caring. Food and facility cleanliness was also great. Overall, I had my ups and downs, but was shown to overcome them and have been thriving more than I had in a long time before arriving to windmill. God always keeps my life "interesting", but I'm glad this place came into my life.

I went into rehab scared, and unknowing of what to expect. Once I got there, Robert (head tech) and Angie (one of the many amazing nurses) made me feel very safe & welcomed me, explained the rules in detail and were willing to help me with whatever I needed. I did the intake process & got settled into detox. The next few days I went to classes and they opened my eyes to staying longer than my original plan which was just for detox. I stayed the whole 45 day program and it was the best decision for me. Some days were harder than others but the technicians - like Courtney, Karissa, Raven, Tito, Chris, JJ, and Sonny. - really made such a huge difference in my stay. Not only do some of them teach the courses but they are with us day to day & get to help us in some of the darkest toughest moments. Others that really helped were counselors - like Andrew, Jennifer, Chelsea, and Katie - with the curriculum, and sessions placed to help us not have to worry about outside troubles, and just to feel comfortable in our recovery. It made all the difference. And for the aftercare, there is Ripple Ranch Continuum Outreach Program, and our fantastic alumni coordinator Skyler Wellman. If anyone needs literally anything ever, he’s the man to go too, his heart and passion for the recovery in every stage is beautiful and awe inspiring. ✨ Not to mention the wonderful chefs in the kitchen who make us 3 wonderful tasty meals a day. And Ms.Nettie - can’t forget that most amazing woman✨💛 kept me strong even when I didn’t think I had anymore left in me. 🌸✨ Ripple became my home for 45 days when I needed it the very most. The connections I’ve made there will last a lifetime & I am so so grateful for it. ✨💛

Ripple Ranch was exactly what I needed and I am grateful for the staff, medical team, and counselors. I joined at one of the lowest points in my life and the work was not easy but the support from the team pushed me through the program and greatly improved my recovery and sobriety. The team cares about their alumni and treats you with dignity, care, and love. Very grateful they had me as a patient and I would recommend going if you are serious about getting sober.

Not only is the inpatient treatment portion totally rad; the follow up with the alumni portion is amazing. They possess the best alumni program in Texas.

Nova is far from perfect, and some of the information can be misleading. But if you want to dive deep into the 12 Steps while enjoying good food and a beautiful scenic view, this is the place for you. The staff is great — the RAs and techs are friendly and genuinely care. The woman who runs it, however, can be unreasonable and enforces some silly rules (like not being allowed to save your food for later — insanity), but fortunately, she’s not around much. Jeff and Korn are the ones who really run the show. They have a ton of recovery experience and are both awesome guys who truly care. Jeff changed my life and helped save my marriage, so the place gets five stars from me for that reason alone. Thank you to Jeff, Korn, Cassandra, Jen, Leon Phelps, Aaron, and the rest of the staff!

This placed saved my life and introduced me to a world that was hidden in plain site: a community of selfless people everywhere that are apart of Starlite or have been clients of Starlite. Starlite's help, their staff from top to bottom, have done the impossible task of getting me back on feet and with hope in my mind that I can do this. I recommend them, their location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, their curriculum is so packed full of knowledge and help, their counselors are selfless and extraordinarily intelligent. The doctors here have expertise and experience working in this field. They have knowledge and the experience on how best to comfort and treat people struggling with substance and or alcohol abuse. I beg anyone who's struggling to give this a place a try. They have many great modalities of treatments available. Best rehab in Texas.

I’m truly grateful for my experience at Starlite Recovery Center. The support, encouragement, and sense of community made a meaningful difference in my journey. I can't say enough good things about this rehab. Walking through the doors was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. The staff truly cared about my recovery and treated me with compassion, respect, and understanding every step of the way, from residential to outpatient services as well as the alumni program. The counselors and support staff created a safe environment where I could be honest, heal, and learn the tools I needed to build a new life. They believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself. If you or someone you love is battling addiction, I highly recommend this program. I was admitted to Origins on September 17th 2025. It was my first time going to treatment and wanting to get sober so I was scared and extremely nervous. As soon as I got into intake I immediately felt a sense of belonging. The staff made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. I knew from day 1 that I had chosen the right place. I was there for 90 days and everyday I was there was a gift. From the medical staff to the recovery assistants (RA’s) everyone of them truly care about you. I never once felt like there was any problem or concern I couldn’t go to them and be open about. My counselor was so attentive and caring. She helped me discover who I really was and how to handle truly difficult situations and thoughts. This place truly saved me and showed me a new way of living I never thought was possible. I’ve been sober over 10 months now and working in recovery. I credit finding my sense hope, peace, and serenity to Origins

Fullbrook is a really special place with people who genuinely care about the women and families they work with. The staff are compassionate, supportive, and clearly take the time to get to know each person rather than treating everyone the same. Addiction is incredibly hard on both the person struggling and the people who love them, and I really appreciate the way Fullbrook recognizes that. They provide a lot of support while still giving women the structure and accountability they need to move forward. You can tell the people there truly care about the work they do and want to see their clients succeed. I would absolutely recommend Fullbrook to anyone looking for help for themselves or someone they love.

Loved my time at Fullbrook. I’m beyond blessed that I was able to have a chance to understand and process my addiction and trauma through this program.
